Nellie will take such good care of you. You could be seeing her for the first time or going to her for years and she is going to give you VIP treatment. She takes in what you’re goals are short and long term and caters to your preferences and what you’re looking for asthetically. Highly recommend Nellie! I came to see her for the first time a couple months ago to dissolve old lip filler that had migrated causing visible lumps and an uneven smile line on my top lip. I was so nervous to lose the volume that I was used to but Nellie assured me that the treatment was necessary in order to correct the issue before we could add more filler, she was right! I am very happy with the results. I completely trust her judgement and recommendations because she is honest and will help guide you towards treatments that enhance your natural features rather than sell you on something you don’t need.

I am so thankful I found Nellie at Cherry Creek Med Spa. I was a devoted client at another Med spa in town for nearly a decade but could not get them to adjust my Botox pattern and never was completely happy with it. Nellie worked with me, she is so thoughtful, and spent the first few sessions adjusting my pattern until FINALLY we found a pattern that I love. With Nellie I feel like she really looks at her patients very individually and tailors their needs. She’s kind, honest, and very good at what she does. I had sought out help from Nelli for my lips since a previous experience left me with very uneven and undefined lips. She listened and was able to give me exactly what I was looking for and completely rejuvenate my lips. It was a painless process even when having to dissolve the lip filler I came in with. I have been in this industry for a long time and have been getting fillers for 15 years. I have always refrained from recommending the injectors I have gone to because what works for me, might not work for someone else. I have never felt comfortable being responsible for a sub-par injectable technique in a friend or acquaintance's face. I am 100% confident in recommending Nellie to anyone. She has unbelievable bedside manner, she is a meticulous perfectionist, she takes tremendous pride in her work, and she cares about the outcome and satisfaction of her patients. Nellie has absolutely transformed my skin. She listened to my skin concerns, helped me address them, and never pressed Botox or other cosmetic enhancements, but waited until I was interested. Once I was, she did baby Botox and it was perfect. Natural and still let me be expressive, but now just without lines! She is the absolute best in Denver, bar none.
