My friend and I got our hair cut there and so did my friend's husband. It's true that they charge very little and do a good job, but there's a problem: they don't disinfect the things they use. My friend's husband got an infection in his neck. Since many people go there to get their hair cut, I've also seen that homeless people go there too and they use the same thing on other people. I think they should at least disinfect the things they use.

My experience at Cherry Hair Salon was a complete disaster. The owner and the couple treat customers with an absurd lack of respect, especially if you are Latino, showing prejudice and hostility in an open way. She is rude, aggressive and without any trace of professionalism, making you feel humiliated and devalued, in front of other customers. What’s more, despite her being like this with customers and offering reasonable work, she demands a tip loudly so that everyone can hear and make you feel bad! Tips are a merit of customer satisfaction and not an obligation. For those who appreciate, respect and value good service and dignity, this is definitely not the place to go. My recommendation? Stay away from this salon.

They used to be good but not anymore. Lady did very bad job cutting my hair. I came home and washed my hair and noticed lot of long hairs left on back. Had to fix it myself.

Cherry's is a popular and unique hair cutting experience One is likely to see her dog running around and her chasing after it. Clients appear to have a preference for Cherry herself or a male barber also on site to cut one's hair. One better let her know in advance, if one wants an electric razor or scissor cut. Both Cherry's and another haircutting shop two doors down to the south charge the lowest hair cut price in town, which working people truly appreciate!

Great barbers, but long wait times. Hard to pick a time when there isn't three or four or five ahead of you. I go to Fancy Hair instead, down the street, and I can get in right away or at most a 10-minute wait.

I don't usually write reviews and I am almost always positive, but the woman that owns this place, Cherry...she has to be one of the rudest people I've ever met. I personally seen her arguing with a customer, then when I asked if Tom (the other barber) was there because I wanted him to cut my son's hair...she goes crazy and says, "what makes him so good?". Literally, she is hating on her own worker. And if this wasn't bad enough, I never seen her clean & clear her area of fallen hair debris from previous customers...literally, she's nasty in every way!

Today I had a bad moment with the lady who cuts hair, when it was my son's turn to go through, she was very rude and looked upset for serving us, it's not the first time. So I decided to ask if it's okay for her? and she got upset and started attacking me with the sme question, then she said that she wouldn't cut my son's hair and she pushed him to get off the seat. I told her don't push him , he can do it by himself. That bothered me a lot, being so rude with a 6 year old boy and me. I'm not sure if it was racism because every time I took my son she prefers to cut other clients' hair and not him. Usually Tom cuts his hair but Was my turn to go next with him or her, he is a really kind and patient person, he do a better job. He deserves a better place to work, a company like hers is very toxic.

Forget the timeline from Google maps. This place is always busy and you can't get in without a 60 to 90 minute wait and we just don't have that kind of time it doesn't matter what time of day 11:00 in the morning 2:00 in the afternoon 5:00 in the afternoon closing it's full it sucks don't go here.

We have been coming over 5 years both myself and my husband they are professional and talented if you don't mind waiting your turn you'll get the best service money can buy and a great value I have long hair and I get a trim shampoo conditioner and blowout and style and my husband gets a short hair cut and I get my eyebrows done how much you say 150$ 200$ Nah 30$ for all that can afford to tip well and fell good doing it most of all they are both good hair stylist Cherry and the other gentleman I don't know his name but he's even done my hair and it turned out great I recommend them 💯

Worst customer service, I waited for Cherry for 35mins to get free so I can go next, and she gives me a surprise that she is going for lunch .. and the other person very unprofessionally refused to take me … just cause they are so unplanned and so unmannered and unprofessional … I had to wait for Princess Cherry to return from lunch so I can go next .. just cause my mistake that I chose to get a haircut done with Cherry and that decision was not allowed to be changed …. I hope they understand how to treat their customers or atleast learn some business manners

Arrived at 6 (1 hour before the closing time), being told by Tom he need to go home and refused to do the hair cut for me. Suggest you to wait at this prestigious place by 7AM if you don't want your service being refused. Very disappointing place.

This is my first time writing a review-That tells you something. I try to be very compassionate and understanding, so it takes a lot for me to put something negative out into the universe. I am just not that kind of person, but this was very upsetting. A friend of mine knows Hahn at Fancy Hair Salon. I did not realize there's two hair salons very close together, so I ended up at Cherry's by mistake. I asked Kim if Hahn was there, and she replied, "Oh. She's not working today." I said, "Oh, OK. I'm a friend of xxxx's, and Hahn wanted to do my hair." I started to walk away, and she said, "What's wrong? You don't want me to cut your hair? I'll take care of you." So I said OK, waited, and got my hair washed and cut. I conversed with her on and off the whole time, and she never came clean and told me the truth. I tipped her $10 on a $30 bill because I wanted to support HAHN and HAHN'S business. I'm not sure if she was just seeing dollar signs when she did this or what, but I hope she understands how lousy and disappointed I felt once I talked to my friend and we realized what happened.

Tom is actually a decent hairstylist and nice guy, but Cherry is rude, unprofessional...and as you read reviews, she's subpar at best. She does not have good hand technique and her cuts are always crooked. The reason this happens is because she's an emotional mess that trades peoductivity over proficiency. Reason why some people are don't mind is because she's cheap.

Cherry's was amazing. I brought my 1 and 1/2-year-old son to get his first haircut, he was throwing a fit the entire time and somehow our stylist was able to give him an amazing cut, quickly and efficiently, and also was able to navigate his constant head thrashing around. I recommend Cherry's for all ages, and especially for kids.
