I had a solid experience here for about 1 year straight. One day (November 2018) my stylist botches my haircut, the sides and back were left very uneven and lopsided. I decide, people are human I will give them another chance. Set an appointment, then approximately 1 week later go to the appointment. The doors are locked, not a soul in sight. 24 hours later I get a call from someone( not my stylist) informing me the location is closed, and going to be relocating. Sorry guys, I am done. Going back to my original barbershop. Don't set appointments if you are closing/moving. Also where is my stylist?? So the heater went out at the location, and instead of getting that fixed the entire salon shuts down, and stylists start working out of other salons??? Sorry, I am not buying it.

I had a wonderful first time experience! The aesthetic and services were definitely worth the price (which is affordable). Not only did my stylist know her stuff, she was also really friendly and relaxing to be around. The good news is that you don’t have to sacrifice quality for a reasonably priced haircut here 👍🏻

I was in from out of town and needed a cut/color. I highly recommend Julianna. She is personable and was very attentive to my requests. Cut and color came out superbly!

One of the most unprofessional group of people. The last time ( in September) I was there the hairdresser was talking about wildly inappropriate things and even though I was visibly uncomfortable she continued. Then my sister went in December and they absolutely ruined her hair, bangs were like a kindergartner cut them and the color was some of the worst I have seen. So then I start getting GROUP CHATS from them, so they are sending my number out to complete strangers. So I told them I didn’t want to be included in there “marketing” anymore. What happens? About a month later I get a text message, a friend request and a Facebook message throughout the day! (The message was at 2:30am) this is crazy! I will NEVER be returning to this place.

Had my haircut by Juli, she did a great job! Easy to make an appointment, $15 for a haircut can’t be beat! She was very nice and listened to what I wanted! Thanks juli for making me feel pretty again

I was a walk in while the place was empty. I was told that an appointment was pending and to leave and come back later. Is the waiting area for show? Are the sofas and chairs broken? How hard would it really have been to say, "Please wait because we have an appointment coming in, and will be with you after that." I won't be back.

I went in on Fri took my daughter and my sister I was told that when I didn't think it was cut how I wanted it she barely tried more off didn't put layers in my hair just used thining shears and then when I still wasn't happy was told if I wanted it cut more I would have to pay for another cut . Did the same with my daughter and didn't if blend her bangs in then my sister only had a wash and hair straightened and I was charged 40 dollars .Yes she has long hair yet my sister said she had never paid more then 25 for the same service. I watched her be rude to a customer. Coming in looking to get his daughters hair cut .So unhappy will never go back and I feel for the ones that don't know really said I liked the other girls that use to work there To bad the daughter doesn't have the same business head as her mom.

Love this place! I don't think I will go anywhere else as long as I live in Tulsa. Aby did an amazing job at helping me pick colors for my hair and blending them. Whether you're a man or a woman if you want grear quality from really friendly people definitely go here!!!!

Nice people overall. But when I requested more layering after drying it felt like I was asking for something strange or unreasonable. The hair stylist looked confused and then another hair stylist (maybe the owner?) rushed over and briefly gave me more layers in a very hurried manor while the original stylist looked upset. I hate feeling like an inconvenience, especially when I've been to plenty of salons where they have no problem at all adjusting the cut to my liking after the blowout. Paid $40 for an okay haircut and wash/dry without any styling.

Becka does the best job on my hair of any salon I have ever been to. Most other places I have been to charged twice as much as she does, and would leave dye on my skin around my hairline and have it washing out that evening (I have a dark color.) She takes care of all these details every time and does a fabulous job. She even does my toddler's haircuts now, and she always gets compliments afterwards.

I always go and see Allison. She always does exactly what I want and is really personable as well. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair and that is saying a lot. No pressure Allison. You just do a really great job!! I have never left unsatisfied.

I have visited this salon on multiple occasions. Each time I have visited I have experienced TERRIBLE customer service. I have had a set appointment time at each visit and every time I have not been seen until 45 min to an Hour late. My most recent visit, the lady I booked with double booked herself and ignored me for an hour and a half then offered me a free haircut for my trouble. That would have made up for it, however she proceeded to charge me the full $15 when she was done. So much for the 'free haircut'. I paid her and went on my way. I will never return to this salon.

I used to go here a couple years back but I went last weekend and it was all new people working there and against my better judgment I got my hair done by some lady I didn't know and it was a horrible disaster. First time she washed the color out my hair turned purple then she re applied bleach and nearly fried my hair and it still looked horrible! On top of that she botched my eyebrows and got hair dye on my expensive sweater anf burned my scalp. She was a total moron. I usually would never say something like that about someone but I don't think someone should be doing hair if they have no idea what they are doing. People pay good money because a woman's hair is very important. I will NEVER go here again. I had to givd one star to post this but they deserve none. At least the lady who did my hair doesn't.

I was not impressed, there was no acknowledgement when I walked in. It took a while for anyone to even greet. The lady that came to me didn't introduce herself. Throughout the cut her attitude was far from professional or friendly. She acted as if she didnt want to do anything. I tried chit cheating with her by being polite, she trimmed my hair as I asked very reluctantly. It took her 5 minutes total from the moment she took me to her chair. I did not feel welcomed or that service was up to par, let alone the stylist...not going back and do not recommend it.

The owners daughter works there now and fired all the good stylists and replaced them with her friends. They are all super rude and not worth your time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I've got my haircut here 3 times. The first time it looked pretty good the second time looks like crap and the third time she just sped through it and I was very unsatisfied and had to go get it fixed. I am a man they might be better with women's hair but not with men's hair. I like my barber to take there time and not get it done in like 7 minutes.

My daughter has curly hair, which can sometimes be difficult to cut, but Renee does a fantastic job on her hair every time, giving tips and suggestions as well. Prices are low... I was charged just $10 for my 8 year old's cut and just $20 for my adult haircut. There is usually an available time open on short notice and walk-ins are welcome.
