Never refunded my deposit. I brought it up with them at checkout and was reassured it would be taken off my credit card soon. It was not. Now I am fighting with my cc company to get a refund through them. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Calling this place a resort is also a stretch, like calling McDonald’s a restaurant. Service was poor and quality of the place lacking. Needless to say I won’t stay here again and could never recommend anyone stay here, in fact stay far, far away.

I stayed here for a few days for a conference in town. The resort grounds are beautiful and the gym is one of the best gyms I've ever seen in a hotel. It's huge. They have room service that uses real plates and cutlery, not the takeout containers most hotels use now. The problem is, the food is really not good. It was also not good in the restaurant. Unfortunately my room had a connecting door and the people next to me were incredibly loud throwing a loud party for two nights in a row. Because of the connecting door, I could hear every word they were saying as if they were in the room with me. Shout out to security who arrived very quickly both evenings and shut the party down. The room itself was clean but it was stock with a small bathroom, nothing fancy at all. Service across the board was excellent.

The hotel was nice, definitely older but clean. The lack of complimentary coffee was a negative, we did have a very, very small Keurig type coffee maker in the room but were only provided 1 coffee cup, and 1 Keurig cup the first day. The second, third, and fourth day they provided two Keurig cups but only restocked bathroom items, (lotion and makeup wipes) the first and last day. There is a small fridge in the room but no microwave. There is no complimentary breakfast of any kind, so the lack of a microwave made it difficult in the mornings. We were there for a 'stay to play' hockey tournament and they had two of their big conference rooms available for our teams to use which was very convenient and nice. Overall, it was a nice stay and would probably start again. The outdoor pool and hot tub were open even though it was mid January. I'm sure it's great in the summer when it's not negative temperatures and more of the facilities can be used.

Excellent. We had a fantastic experience here. The hallways are so nice and warm when you walk in. Everything is easily accessible. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Spectacular views from the balcony.

Overall the hotel is nice but indoor pool is far away from the rooms. I had major issues as the person that checked us in charged my card even though I used booking.com so I was double charged for the room. It was a nightmare trying to get my money back. The hotel and booking.com just kept blaming each other. I am not happy with the service. It took me days and days to get this resolved. I would recommend they take better care of their guests. If you make a mistake...fix it!! Update: Cheyenne Resort gave me my money back. Thank you for doing the right thing. I'll give more stars for this!

Cheyenne Mountain Resort is absolutely stunning! The lounge area in the lobby is gorgeous, and the outdoor fire pit overlooking the city was a wonderful touch. The resort itself is super clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning our room each day. We had a minor issue with a clogged restroom, but maintenance staff quickly assisted us. He was professional, courteous, and even gave us helpful recommendations for things to do in Colorado Springs, which we appreciated. The location is perfect, with plenty of shopping centers nearby. While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few communication issues. On our first night, we were woken up by a fire alarm that was apparently scheduled—but we weren’t informed in advance. After a 14-hour drive, that was rough. On the second day, the water was turned off from 10 AM to 2 PM, but I only received a text at 10:32 AM, which was frustrating as I was mid-shower. I felt that proactive communication could have made a big difference. Overall, the resort has a lot to offer, but the front desk staff could improve their communication and approachability. While the experience was lovely in many ways, I’m not sure I’d choose to stay here again.

Staff were unhelpful and un knowledgeable. Rooms were ok nothing spectacular. The amenities were lacking. Hot cider and hot chocolate were only offered two hours out of the day during winter time. The grounds are beautiful and having indoor and heated pool was nice. Overall not worth the price point for the lack of service nor amenities

This hotel is so beautiful!!! Definitely close to everything and the sights are amazing!! Uber and Lyft are easy to catch right out front! We used the catering for our event and service has been top notch!

When we arrived we immediately found hair on the bed and in the bathroom. I was grossed out and called front desk. They changed our room within 20 minutes. When we got to the second room I went to take a shower and saw a long piece of black hair in the drain and on the bathroom wall. I called again and they moved us for a third time. At this point i just wanted to relax after being in an airplane with a 4 year old all day. I still saw hair on the bathroom floor even after moving 2 times already. They did apply a $50 dollar credit and refunded one of the nights as well. I did appreciate that. For 720 dollars; I expected much more. The rooms were pretty plain and dirty. I also thought it was so strange there was I microwave. That small accommodation would’ve made a huge difference. We were traveling with a toddler that had meals that needed to be reheated. It was very inconvenient. The room service was ok, they added on a bunch of fees that was insane to me. The food was mediocre. I would say my experience was a 3/5. Definitely would choose another resort to stay at if you’re looking for cleanliness.

Great location for many local and regional attractions, from Pikes Peak to the Royal Gorge and much more. Rooms a little on the dated side, but ours is clean and comfortable.
