I been coming to this place for many years and then I been realizing how come they only have there own people working here and they don’t speak a damn sentence of English how are you suppose understand each other I’m not trying to talk crap , I’m speaking reality This lady told me they don’t even have massage licenses I knew I start doing my reasearch . I will not returning to this business and I’ll also be talking health department .

I had an amazing experience at Chi Foot Spa . From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The massage therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and tailored the session perfectly to my needs. Every knot and bit of tension melted away, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and relaxation!

I can’t recommend this place enough, especially Andy! His skill and attention to detail were outstanding, delivering a massage that was both deeply relaxing and incredibly revitalizing. It was, without question, the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. I’m already excited to book my next session with him! Everyone would love this place, I highly recommend it to everyone!

My family and I have been coming here for a couple of years and we have not gone anywhere else! Reflexology massages and whole body massages are impeccable. They not only know what they're doing, but they get to know your problem areas and remember you the next time you come in and get to work! Kevin, Peter and Amanda are my go to massage therapists for either services. Will definitely still be making the drive to come here and get massages!

My favorite pastime!!! If you just need a break in your day or a little get-a-way, you have got to try Chi Foot Spa!! The massage therapists are all outstanding. You can ask for more or less pressure, depending on your preference. Molly is exceptional!!! Reflexology will help with whatever issue you have going on - pain, neuropathy, anxiety, etc. . if you have never tried this place, now is the perfect time to give it a try! It will become your favorite way to de-stress! Exceptional customer experience. Elsa is AMAZING! All massage therapists are exceptional!! Consider a gift certificate of health!

What a great place and how awesome to have someone massage your feet. Peaceful setting courteous staff and will not break the bank. I was surprised at that the 60 minute foot massage became a body massage too. It was more than I expected. Truly a great experience and it was filled with a surprise. So happy I went and I tried it!

I initially visited this site for reflexology and foot massages to alleviate my sciatica pain. Later, I received a massage on my leg, which was hurting, followed by my shoulder. I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received from Mrs. Dana and Mrs. May. They were both exceptional professionals who made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my treatments. I highly recommend this site for its cleanliness, reasonable prices, and most importantly, its talented and caring staff . in Spanish: "Empecé yendo a este sitio por la reflexología y masajes en los pies debido an mis dolores de ciática. Luego, me ayudó mucho un masaje en la pierna que me dolía, después el hombro. Me atendieron muy bien la Sra. Dana y la Sra. May. I just had the best back massage in the world. I got the hour foot and hour back. The foot I could have done without, no relief. However!!! The back massage was out of this world. I have lower back pain, I told this to the masseur. He used a lot of DEEP pressure, which most massage places don’t do even if you ask. Every massage place when I ask for deep is like folding flour for bread. When I want deep, I mean put pressure on me like George Floyd. Suffice to say, I currently don’t have any back pain and I’m very happy.

I went in looking to get a 30 minute foot massage and was convinced to get a 50 minute foot massage with a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage and I got neither… extremely disappointed, not only by this, but by the fact that when I gave a tip, which I think I should not have the lady at the front desk, said next time, give a bigger tip, which was very unprofessional of her, I went on to explain to her why I gave him a $10 cash tip and showed her the time I went in and the time that I was out and explained to her how I never got a 10 minute neck and shoulder it was two minutes and that she should check her cameras to see the video footage, she stood in awe and said that next time she’ll give me a discount and leave the massage at $45 instead, well, she can keep that because I’m not going back and the gentleman was extremely rough.

I got my best friend and I a massage and it was absolutely amazing! We did 1/2 body 1/2 feet. They were very nice and took their time focusing on the areas that they felt needed it the most. My favorite part was the when they worked on my feet because it felt like true reflexology. I felt the stress leaving my body and give firm massages. They used hot stones and Chinese oil as apart of the massage and it is a must! Definitely would recommend this place 10/10

I have been going to Chi Foot Spa for years now, I even continue to drive out there from East Hollywood since I moved from Pembroke Pines a few years ago. I had never had any weird or bad experiences there, until today. I went in for a 60 min body massage ($70), Grace (the therapist), talked me into adding and extra 30 minutes for a total of 90 mins ($105), plus she used tiger balm (add $5). Ok, so I go to pay my total of $110, and I handed Grace a $20 tip, and thanked her, she then proceeded to show me their invented tip sheet broken down by smiley faces indicating that I should be leaving her a $35 tip. I am the type of person that ALWAYS tips, but when you try to tell a customer what the tip should be, it's no longer a tip, it's a service charge (which is likely not reported as taxable income either). Tips are always at the customer's discretion, I understand if someone doesn't tip at all or under tips, but why would you chastise and embarrass me after I just handed you $20 (that will also NOT BE TAXED). I was very disappointed and immediately got tensed up again-experience ruined, and I'm so turned off that I will reconsider driving all the way out there again. Sorry Chi Foot Spa, you do NOT SET THE TIP, THE CUSTOMER DOES! You need to remove your tacky and RUDE tip sign that doesn't even represent customary tip suggestions of 18-22%. If you expect customers to tip 35% then obviously you are under paying your employees enough that they feel it necessary to enforce a 35% tip and you will be loosing more business than mine. I will give my $20 tip and my $110 to a different spa next time.

I’ve been here for a foot massage and it’s always been great. However, I last visited for a full body massage and what I got was a full body rub down. Like somebody was motioning up a baby, lol.

So this place I’ve been going for years. I love the staff. I love the way that they treat the guest. They’re the best place ever especially when you have a tight muscle they have the solution for that I recommended to all my friends and family. Foot massage was trash then have the audacity to run you down bout a tip thats your job not to enforce a tip good service never have to chase a tip i do not recommend
