My wife and I go every now and them, but 2 weeks ago put an end to that. First had to wait 30 minutes which wasn't bad, then they had to separate us into two separate areas, then after we paid, we were chased out of the location asking where their tip was. Tips need to be earned, not expected.

Massage is great but I got attitude tonight. I’ve been coming to this place for almost ten years. I love the massages here and the therapists-some who recognize me and my family immediately. I am also a service professional, myself, so I understand how to tip and I tip well-except for tonight maybe-accidentally. My daughter and I both got massages. So the tall man in the baseball cap calculated our totals and flashed me the total on the handheld calculator. He gave me the total on the payment terminal and I quickly calculated the tip, entered it, tapped my card and when I looked up, the man was flashing the total on the handheld calculator AGAIN, but this time it was like up in the air and all around in an animated fashion. I was a little confused-language barrier & all-but I finished the transaction and we walked out. Once we got about 10-15 yards away I started to realize he was displeased with my tip. We went to grab food nearby and so I calculated it-bc I was so bothered by it-on my phone. 13%-ugh. Not my best tip-usually I’ll do 20% but 15% would also be very acceptable. Idk what happened when I typed the tip in today but mostly I’m disappointed at how the man there was flashing my total around and obviously displeased with my tip. Mocking me almost. 😂-totally serious. And he is one of the therapists who would certainly recognize me and my family as regulars. Bad for business.

Me and my husband tried this place and it was absolutely AMAZING!!!’ The staff were super friendly and the prices were not bad!! This place is a must try!!!!

Place is alright, offers multiple massages. We did for 10 min to see how it feels. It was alright, have had better in similar places than that.

The aesthetic doesn't match a massage envy or luxe; don't let that deter you. Best quality massage I've had in the area that I can find, so I'll go whenever I'm in the area. Oh, and they take walk ins, so it's always convenient vs the struggles to make appointments. The costs are competitive, at about $1.25 a minute for table and about $1 per minute for feet. If you're there with family, let them ship while you kick back and relax.

It was very relaxing and refreshing. But the most important part was when I left the place and forgot my watch. The massage therapist tracked me down and gave me back my watch! Honesty and integrity goes a long way in my book. I rarely take my Breitling off and they tracked me down and returned it. Every time my wife drags me to Crabtree mall I will go here and get a foot massage!!

I really wish I could give zero stars. They dont have a handle on scheduling and there is actually no where to wait in there. I have severe back pain and came 3 times only to be turned away, came back turned away. Then they told me 10 minutes I walked for 8 mins because there is no where to sit. They gave my spot to someone else. They'll survive b/c they're in the mall but they truly dont deserve to.
