This was my first time going to Chic Beauty. I arrived on time to my appointment and was told I was not on the schedule. Looking down at my phone the aesthetician texted me 1 minute before my scheduled appointment to have me come back later. She double booked. I told her I wished she’d given me more notice since I got the text as I was walking in the door. The aesthetician booked a regular over my appointment and asked me to leave so she could work with her regular. I understand prioritizing regular customers. However it will be challenging to grow your business if you do not treat new customers with the same respect. I felt devalued as a customer and unworthy of her time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been getting my lashes and brows done for years at Chic Beauty Collective. When I say I am obsessed I mean I am OBSESSED!!! My lashes and brows look so amazing but also natural!!! Going to see Kaityana is my favorite, because when I leave I look and feel like the best version of myself! Kaityana is so so talented and a sweetheart as well! Chic Beauty is the BEST!!!

These ladies are THE BEST. I saw Heather for lash extensions for several years (I only quit because I moved out of state — wish I could still go!), and she always did the most beautiful job, and she did it very efficiently. I also saw Kaityana several times when Heather was unavailable, and she always did an amazing job as well!

Chic Beauty is such a cute place with good energy. Kaityana is so talented in her work. I get so many compliments on my brows and lashes. It’s amazing to never put on make up. Kaityana has such a great personality, I look forward to my lash appointments filled with fun conversation.

I went in for a treatment to take care of my nose and ear hair. I was welcomed in and walked through the process. Kaityana was very professional and assured me the process would be quick and as painless as possible. It was and I will be back, highly recommended.

I wish I would have followed my gut on this one. I was early but was never acknowledged that I was even there. Not a great first impression for a new excited customer. Heather was friendly but not very informative on what she was doing which would have been nice. Finished product...total waste of $80...which I paid and and even tipped...that’s just me. I can hardly see a difference AT ALL and she didn’t even ‘clean up’ there is tint all over the top of one eye lash line and she missed several outer lashes on the other eye. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! DO NOT RECOMMEND. So bummed I was so excited to have a lash lift done but this experience was just a joke. I don’t normally do a review but this review is warranted...so unfortunate. ———I would like to add an update as I feel that would be fair. I used mascara today and did notice a difference with my lashes. I was in a hurry and didn’t use a lash curler and it looked like I had. But the point of getting a lash lift was to avoid having to use mascara daily and without it I still don’t notice much of a difference and am still disappointed with the experience/outcome. I sure appreciate the feedback and offer from the salon which I noticed when I decided to do an update but I think I’m going to just move forward...

I kept bouncing around last studios because I never left the place LOVING ❤ MY lashes until I left after having them done by Kaityana. She does amazing work and on top of that she is a sweet person with a wonderful personality...it makes the hour you spend getting your lashes done so enjoyable! I recommend her to every single person that asks about my lashes!❤❤❤
