I love Chic Nails! Today I showed picture and got exactly what I wanted Couldn’t be happier. Amy is an artist- check out my nails! Michael is also amazing - his dip nails last forever. If you go ask for either one - you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely enamored with the service. This was a fill and revamp by Mona over an already stunning acrylic set by Nancy the week prior. My nails never break or come off after Nancy applies them, and Mona was meticulous in reapplying the metallic inlays and seamless ombré design. The quality is on (and often above) par with $100+ manicures offered by other spas.

No to the acrylic refil, yes to the pedicure. I went in on a Wednesday they took me in quickly. I got #138 color shellac. after I left I realize my refil didn't look right well looks like I got half a refil the color wasn't added till the back of the nail bed or they didn't remove my cuticles. Two days later Friday the tip of my some fingers started chipping. Pedi was amazing lady paid attention to detail (no chipping, regular polish) and gave a great massage. Will only go back here for a pedi in the future

Today was my first time here and Mrs. Kathy is amazing. She did a excellent manicure on me. Professional, all of the equipment was sanitary, and she did a excellent massage with the hot rocks. My usual place where I live I feel like they always rush. Thank you Mrs. Kathy.

I have been going to this salon for few years at least and always get good service but went the other day for a regular mani pedi. Got an older lady. She didn’t set the timer to do the little 5 minute massage they do for the hands and then for the feet. Just rubbed some lotion on real fast and also never scrubbed my feet or did the little ped egg exfoliator on the heels/ bottom of feet. She then asked to take my payment while i was still in the chair before i was done. Didn’t like my experience that day. I will at least make sure not to have her do my nails again.

JUST HAD NAILS DONE ON 4/27 AND THE POLISH AND NAILS DID NOT LAST. It’s only 5/2!!! I requested a refund or for nails to be painted another color. They would not do. They just wanted to argue … so posting this so you don’t waste your time or money here. Extremely disappointed as a customer. I will never go again. Poor customer service. Customer service should always be number 1.

Will not be back! I reside in Cross Creek and I new this would be my go to salon for nails and pedicure, absolutely not! Sat in the waiting area for around 10min with no acknowledgement. Then finally this one comes over and tells me, “ We don’t have time today, come back tomorrow.” Will not patronize this establishment! Absolutely not!!! One on the many reasons I stop getting acrylic nails from these folks

Wouldn’t recommend. Very rough and service sucks. Paid 150 to have my hands cut and burned !! Won’t go back ever!!!! Very annoying cannot find a good service nail shop in the area

I have been coming here the past few times to get powder on my nails. The last time I noticed there was a lot of chipping and I had to come in and get nails repaired. Upon this last time there were miscolored areas on my nails and lots of bumps/bubbles. Before leaving I let the person doing my nails know that I didn’t like them but I was told it was the color I picked and the temperature of the powder made them look that way(never had this issue prior). Upon leaving and seeing the nails in the sunlight I noticed how uneven my nails were and that there were small holes and bumps in my nails. I went to get them fixed the next day and was told the person who did them was not available. I had mentioned I did not want the same person and I was told that no one was able to fix them and I can make an appointment. It’s just annoying that you pay so for a service and state that you aren’t happy with the final product and still aren’t able to get them fixed upon the initial request.

ever since coming to this place i haven’t been disappointed. if you are looking for great nails i definitely recommend danny. he is so attentive to detail and is so worth it!
