I went to get partial highlights which turned out amazing. The woman that did my hair was the owner and she really listened to what I wanted and did everything to make it happen. I find it so important that a salon cares about the health of your hair which she did. She was so kind and the vibes in the salon was amazing, everyone was so nice, laughing and a great ambiance. I totally recommend going there.

I have been a customer of Chic Beauty New Style Salon for years thanks to my lovely daughter, Vicky, who introduced me to Mayra (salon’s owner and amazing hairdresser and Lily the best manicurist in town). This review is long overdue. When I arrived at the salon at least four years ago, my hair was basically “fried”…So Mayra had to cut it. I have been seeing Lily for years too. For years I used to relax and color my hair. Big no no. None of my prior hair stylists had told me not to do both of those very harsh hair treatments. However Mayra “from the first visit” told me “we will stop relaxing your hair, will use nonpermanent hair color and we will alternate blowing your hair and using hair curlers.” She also uses a hair Botox on my hair without Formaldehyde which is wonderful. Mayra told me that she was going to do everything possible to bring my hair back to life. Well she did it!!!! Not only did my hair got healthier, grew, and looks amazing BUT I was blessed with the best stylist and friend anyone can ask for…so is Lily. Mayra is an EXCELLENT stylist and human being. Her professionalism her knowledge and kindness are exceptional. I have been blessed to experience that kindness on several occasions. I have recommended Mayra to my friends who are also extremely happy with Mayra’s work. If you are looking for an excellent hairstylist, manicurist, AND an excellent salon — because ALL of Mayra’s employees are phenomenal too (particularly Mily another AMAZING manicurist), please visit Chic Beauty New Style Salon. You will never regret it!! PS, also they serve the best Cafecito in Miami. I tell them all the time that “they are the best therapists in town”. . .because one laughs and jokes all the time and we “vent” and assist each other with life’s challenges. And unlike a therapist one comes out more beautiful with our hair and nails done!!!

Mayra gave me the most amazing layered hair cut and blowout. The salon is walking distance from FIU and has very reasonable prices! FIU students even get 10% off !

I been going to Chic New Salon since the end of 2020 I think. When businesses open back during COVID19. I was looking for a salon that follow the protocols; sanitation, distance, mask requirement; and that is how I end up meeting Mayra; the owner. Her team (Kendry, Jessica) is super professional, respectful and I get a warmth welcome everytime I come thru the door. She has been taking care of my hair since then, love going there as they made me feel spoiled especially when she pops the wine bottle 😉 hahaha. The place is clean, organized. I get compliments about my hair all the time, she picked the haircut and the color. They are awesome.

I found this Salon in a whim. The owner Mayra welcomed me in and gave me one of the best services ever! She’s sweet and treats everyone that walks through her doors with the same familiarity as her established customers! Her technique is spot on and I can guarantee that you will leave here with the same level of satisfaction I walk out with every time I visit her Salon. Facilities are always spotless and I love the vibe in the Salon in general. Appointments are highly recommended if you want an appointment with her, she is accommodating and is worth the wait 10x over! Do not skip on the blowout- you will regret it as she is the best in Miami. Go see Mayra! You will never leave her!

Me encanta venir a este salón. Hay profesionales de calidad. Llevo meses siendo cliente y estoy satisfecha. La Keratina, el secado y la limpieza facial son los tratamientos que me he aplicado; aquí son atentos con el cliente y además educadas (algo no muy común en los salones). Me gusta la decoración, los productos de calidad y la limpieza del sitio. Kendri me atiende cada dos semanas, no solo es talentoda sino muy divertida. Le daría más estrellas... Gracias. Me gusta esta peluquería. La atención es buena, las trabajadoras son excelentes. El Secado, la keratina (de buena calidad), y la limpieza facial son tratamientos que me he aplicado en el lugar y he quedado satisfecha... Debes agendar cita con anticipación.

I LOVE going in. All the girls are so sweet and nice. I have a great time and feel relaxed. I do my nails with Tanya and she is great. A true nail artist. My mom and best friend do their nails with Tanya as well and love it. A hidden gem 💎 as someone stated.

I made an appointment for my 92 year old for Saturday at 4pm.when we got there (on time) the assignment hairstyles was busy with another client.Of course I asked the Recepcionist if would take long, she replied no 5 to 10 minutes.We waited 25 minutes and she was not even close to finish with her other client.My mom got inpatient and refuse to keep waited.At no time the hairdresser approach my mom and told her to apologize for the waiting, to the contrary she started gigling and looking at us and laughing. I will never be back to this hair salon specially the way the hair dresser behave towards a 92 year old woman.

My hair looks terrible, it was nothing compared to the photos I showed and I have mismatch layers all over my head. I look like a little boy cut my hair with scissors. She was very nice but the haircut was not.

The tall lady with black hair was SUPER nice and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable and it felt like the wait was worth it. The blonde lady who did my haircut was nice and fast. She did what I asked. However, front desk/cashier was ridiculously rude. She had an attitude from the moment she was told that I was getting a haircut. She made me feel like leaving as she was very pushy for the lady who cut my hair to finish. This is the reason why I’m giving two stars. Unfortunately, her attitude and energy made my visit very uncomfortable. At the time of paying, at first she took her sweet time to come charge me and was rude. She has no manners.

Such a beautiful, clean and loving salon with amazing customer service! They do hair, nails, facials and eyebrows. You truly feel zen and relaxed when you are here. Everyone, especially the owner Mayda, is so kind, welcoming and attentive. I do my nails with Kelly and she pays so much attention to detail and does a fabulous job. I look forward to coming every two weeks and being amongst this family of stylist ❤️

Truly, this is a hidden gem! My mom and I both get our hair and nails done here. The owner, Mayda is such a beautiful and welcoming person. Tere, who does my nails is wonderful. Everyone there is great! When you are there, you feel like you are in the right place. Service, professionalism, and satisfaction are priorities for this salon.
