Most likely this place is russian owned. Extremely rude stuff. The girl at the front desk was acting like she is doing us a favor the whole time. They better learn how to behave if they are now living in America.

My boyfriend and I come here every couple weeks. It is a great place to relax and have delicious food! The staff is so nice, great service and the amenities are wonderful!

A great place to relax on your day off in the sauna. I used the services of a massage therapist, having previously signed up through the front desk. As well as the cuisine of this place is a delight, lamb chompes with mashed potatoes, salo, borsh, shawarma makes me remember this place with special warmth. I'm glad to be back here.

A very authentic sauna in Chicago. They got very good steam! Delicious food in the restaurant and fast service from the waitstaff. Actually all workers were nice and friendly. Great respect to worker Vasil, his doing great job.

Chicago bath house is an incredible place! The staff is absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and always ready to make your experience perfect. The food is delicious, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into crafting a menu that pairs perfectly with the relaxing atmosphere. What really stands out is how authentic the Russian banya experience feels. From the heat of the steam room to the traditional rituals, everything transports you to a true banya culture. My friends and I always have a fantastic time here—it’s become one of our favorite spots to relax and recharge. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience

Just be cautious as they’re not explicitly clear about the $45 entrance fee on top of whatever service you’re paying for. This wasn’t mentioned when I booked the service, only when it was time to pay. When I questioned these charges and where I could find that on the website (granted I knew it could’ve been my fault at this point) I was met with attitude from the staff member I spoke with. Quite frankly paying $140 for a 35 minute service is not worth it especially when dealing with rude staff. Service was decent but I will not be returning.

My go-to comfort spot in Chicago! An amazing, super-hot sauna, you won’t find anything like it at your typical gym or any fancy spa. Delicious food, friendly staff, and not a single issue in all the times I’ve been there over the past three years. Definitely 5 out of 5.

Sauna aficionado here. Been to every continent with exception of Antarctica (although I don’t think anyone actually visits there). They have the best wet sauna I’ve ever been to.

This place is great. I couldn’t get through the Chicago winter without this place. Good for the body and the mind. I challenge anyone to finder a hotter sauna in the Midwest. 5-10 minutes in their sauna is like spending over 30-minutes in any other sauna in terms of the physiological impact. The old Russian guy that doesn’t speak English could be nicer, but other than that, no complaints.., Cant recommend this place highly enough. It’s amazing

Баня работает. Но очень грязная! Вежливый персонал, вкусная еда. Есть зоны не отремонтированные. Баня функционирует, приветливые девушки в сфере обслуживания. Выдается полотенце, халат, обувь. Фотографии, которые выложены владельцем это отремонтированные и чистые зоны и совсем не выложены зоны, где отсутствует ремонт: отваливающаяся плитка в парилке, сломанные сливы. Ржавая вытяжка, старые кабинки. Это можно понять, но абсолютно грязная баня, где как будто не убирались неделями это испортило весь отдых. Это может увидеть любая женщина, когда грязь не от того что накопилось в течении дня, а грязь, которую не убирали долгое время. Волосы в слое пыли на розетках, стенах. Грязная парилка, с затхлым запахом. Сомнения по поводу фильтрации в джакузи. Вкусная русская кухня, но очень хочется чистоты и ремонта в этой бане.

Коммуникация с сотрудницей на ресепшене оставило крайне негативное впечатление. Разговаривала высокомерно, в её словах чувствовались признаки предвзятого отношения. Осталось неприятное чувство, будто перенеслась в 90-ые. Надеюсь, руководство пересмотрит подход к сервису.

Amazing to spend a weekend morning with friends. The food is great. I really recommend the chicken skewers. The staff is very friendly, and the facilities are very clean. Also a great place to do a birthday.

Great place, love the sauna, steam room, hot tub and restaurant! I will get a 10 pass soon to get through the winter.
