To start off I booked this appointment one day before I got the service done. My appointment was originally at 11 AM and they let me switch it to 10 AM when hour before hand. Everyone was super super nice and super friendly and had no problems with customer service. Which is the only reason why I gave it to stars. I originally went in for a curl perm as well as a cut on the sides. I showed two women what I wanted to get and they told me that they would have to cut it short, which I was totally fine with. In the first two photos, you’ll see what I was wanting and then the last photos you’ll see what they did. I asked the woman why it was not curly and she told me that they would have to become twisted however that’s not what they did in the video that I wanted that I showed it as an inspiration. While my hair looks decent It’s not what I wanted, it’s not what I showed, and I would’ve never cut my hair short for this, I questioned her all I wanted to do was just cry at that point because my hair means a lot to me.. I tried not to make a scene after she told me that the perm will take 30 days to curl but I didn’t make sense to me. I think she could tell I wasn’t happy but I am honestly very disappointed for the price and what I wanted.

I am so glad that I found someone in Chicago that does great perms! I have had perms for 50 years so I know perms. Highly recommend this salon. Going back for Color.

Called to ask how much a wash and blow would be, was told 30 is the starting price but all depends on your hair. My hair is shoulder length, definitely full but it’s not that much for it to have been 15 more than the starting price of 30. 45 total, my scalp doesn’t even feel clean she washed it like she was scared to touch me lol and my hair looks damn near the same as when I walked in I could’ve easily done this at home doesn’t look nothing at all like salon styled hair which is what I go to the salon for. Friendly people but definitely not worth what I paid for.

I went there to get a balayage and instead they destroyed my hair, I paid $350 and all they did was ruin my hair, I wanted to get more blond and instead I have multicolors, even pink, I have no idea why they put red on my hair. On top of that I have to pay someone else to fix this so more damage to my hair, great. It looks like I was the one experimenting with my hair instead of a professional

This place is great. We walked in for a child's haircut (she has an adult amount of hair!), and they were very nice and got us in and the cut was only $25, and my daughter loved it.

This place is truly a hidden gem! They do such an amazing job not only with the hair coloring and styling but with the care that’s put into it. My hair always leaves here looking amazing and no damage despite using bleach. They also really listen to their clients as to what they want and don’t rush the process. I will continue to come back and let my friends know! Thank you for everything ❤️

I just went in for my first cut here today and couldn’t be more pleased. Leo took great care of me and gave me a perfect long bob. So happy to find a quality cut at a price I can afford!

Passing through the city, came here for my girlfriend to get highlights. Was awesome to get a last minute reservation. The lady who did the highlights seemed very kind and professional. My girlfriend showed a photo of what she wanted her hair to look like, and the stylist seemed very confident in her ability to match the photo. Currently my girlfriend is upset about the steep cost for something that doesn't match what she wanted and she will pay elsewhere to try to correct the color. Two things my girlfriend didn't like is the yellow tint of the highlights - some parts are more noticable than others. Also she doesn't like how chunky the highlights are. They're not evenly spread throughout the hair. Two photos are provided; one the example of what she asked for, the other is how it turned out

Beatriz is the best! Always does an amazing job w my hair and eyebrows! She always takes her time to make sure I'm happy w the result. Very nice, friendly and professional! You'll be in great hands with her! Totally recommend!! I drive 4 hours just to get a haircut w her.

This was my 2nd time here. I first came in for a walk in haircut and Leo did an awesome job on my layers and curtain bangs. I came back for a color and cut. Beatrice and Leo both helped me figure out what I wanted to do. Never pressured me and gave great suggestions. Will be bringing my daughters here next.

Asked for a wolf cut and she cut it into a pixie cut. INCHES away from what i wanted. the back is completely flat and rounded when wolfcuts are nothing like that

I love this place! I was looking for a place that would do a good job without breaking the bank and wow I found it! For $35-ish plus tip I get a shampoo, cut, and blowout. Leo is my guy and he just goes to town chopping the dead ends and giving me life. I leave the salon with a pep in my step from how great my hair feels afterwards. Thanks team!

I've been going to this salon for almost 2 years and every time it's been a fantastic experience! I've worked with both stylists in the salon, and have gotten all over color done and several haircuts for different styles and lengths. They are so accommodating, I was able to get a haircut the same day I called in! Beatrice took care of me and did a great job of listening to what I wanted and then confirming. The environment is relaxing and peaceful. There prices are very affordable and they do a good job! I will be going back to them and recommend them if you are looking to get a hair cut or your hair styled.

This salon graciously accepted me as a walk-in, I got a trim and an all-over bleach. 2 stylists worked together on my hair and did a wonderful job, very quick and thorough. They maintained my curls amazingly well. Definitely going back
