Loyalty and trust go hand in hand when it comes to massage therapy and that’s exactly what you can expect and give when working with Alisia. We have shared over 2 years of working together as she’s been my go to massage therapist. I trust her with my needs and she comes through, every single time. As a limo driver and weight lifting veteran of over 10 years I believe I am high maintenance due to the stress I put on my body. From injuries, to nagging muscle knots, she’s never let me leave me unsatisfied or at least a step closer to recovery. Her sole focus is to make sure she can do all that she can to make you feel better whether it’s with her hands or her variety of tools, and I am completely satisfied with her service over the years. Her gentle and kind prescience is why I trust her! Highly recommend her!

Good Intake and acupuncture procedure with take home tea 250.00 But the results are very good so to me it's worth every dime. I don't get as many migraines or dizziness. If you suffer from vestibular migraine this definitely helps.

Chicago touch has saved my life. After only 1 session with LET Michael reduce my pain 60% . I feel amazing and the results are impressive. Have been going here to Alisia for about a year now and she is literally the best there is. Very time I leave I feel so much better and I feel brand new. I had a lymphatic enhancement treatment a day before my surgery. After surgery, the follow-up nurse was surprised that I had no swelling and not much pain. At my post operative visit, the PA said my incisions were healing beautifully. Felicia did a fantastic job!

One of the best massages I've ever had - Michael is an amazingly knowledgable & experienced massage therapist, and as a former ballet dancer I have seen many over my lifetime. I most enjoy the custom body work that mixes modalities. I try to go once a month & every time is a very unique and healing experience.

Alisia was incredibly attentive to the areas where I was tight and sore, and she worked really hard to smooth them out. I felt so much better afterwards! I could tell that she really cares about her clients. I look forward to coming back soon!

This review was done a year ago early 2021 through the pandemic. The establishment didn't have many customers and I was somewhat happy. My previous review outlined “ I found out about Chicago Touch on Lake Street two months ago and I am in love with the customer service and Felicia's hands. She gives tremendous massages. I told her what I wanted and where she should focus and she never misses a beat. I am a very difficult person to please and they have fulfilled my expectations. You must check it out. You will never regret it. As of June 2022 I have revisited my review. I still think this place is very good and their customer service is great but I realize my messages are getting less and less of a good experience. I am somewhat saddened because I spoke highly about Chicago, Touch, and the good experience I was having. I have reduced my rating from 5.0 to 4.0. after a few unsatisfactory massages. Additionally for the price I expect a good and satisfactory one and a half hour massage. I do think the populace should still attempt to get a massage here because everyone's experience will be different. I personally will not go back. Thanks for the experience and I hope to find a good masseuse in the future.

While the space is beautiful and the staff is welcoming, my massage left much to be desired. I don’t recall the name of my masseur, he was a friendly older gentleman. The massage felt unfocused and far from thorough, and I’ve had many massages in my career as an athlete. I felt no difference walking out. Left stars for kind service but wouldn’t waste $80 to be lightly tapped on again.

I received a massage from Alisia to help with a hamstring strain. I felt amazing afterwards and even better the next day after following her recommendations. My Physical Therapist even commented on how it must have been a great massage when conducting our next mobility assessment. Very professional, knowledgeable, and attuned. Can't wait to go back, highly recommend!

One of my first massages in a long time. I work at a computer all day and my back had been so tight. I had a swedish massage with Alisia and it was the best massage I have ever received. She was very in tune with where I was more tense and how to help me. 100% recommend coming to Chicago Touch!

This spot is a refuge in the city, highly recommend. Michael is an expert massage therapist. Great, very generous person. I had a really excellent sports massage. Can’t recommend him enough, including if you are an athlete seriously in need of specific attention.
