I love Chill! My visits always pleasant! It’s a smaller space but very efficient. The nurse Toi was top notch knowledgeable about the shots I was inquiring about. I don’t go often but it’s always lovely. The only thing I would change is the music. Maybe more spa like vs. Taylor Swift or Katy Perry. For a more relaxing feel. Thanks also for your help Susie!

Long term customer with well over 100 visits made. Unfortunately for the business and myself I tried to purchase a 30 session pass but I was talked out of it and eventually went with just 3 session package. However it must be noted the poor customer care and attitude from a staff member. While asking a simple question on a total price…. specifically the tax amount the associate becomes confrontational and said the price is the price. I simply asked for a breakdown how we came to this amount. She said the computer tells me how much and I said maybe so but let’s see how you added 11% sales tax? The employee continued to escalate and had a poor attitude saying maybe you can get a cheaper package. I just want an explanation how we came to 442 dollar total on a 400 dollar package with the tax. I suggested to call the manager but she became visibly displeased with this suggestion saying she knows what is going on. This was not an option. Finally I figured it out as their system was taking the tax from a non promo amount. Really was a simple question and explanation but the employee continued to recommend getting a cheaper package. After the 5th time of this suggestion they clearly did not want my business and I opted to pay for just the 3 services I used. Instead of buying a 30 package! I’ll be visiting a different cryo center going forward.

I recently visited here and had the pleasure of being assisted by Suzi. She was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, Suzi made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was very professional & took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Chill RX

I booked an appointment with this organization last Saturday. When I arrived I was told the machine was not working and would be available on Sunday. I called later that day and was told it was not available then either. I booked on Monday and got a text saying still not available and no staff. I booked another appointment for this Saturday and received a text message saying no staff. This place is totally unreliable. I would recommend it to no one.

I love ChillRx! The staff is great to work and always helpful! If you are looking for a clean and professional facility with the latest technologies in services for Cryotherapy and beyond - this is the place! The services (cryo, slim pod, infrared sauna, salt room, light therapy) are all great! I have been a regular for several years and these services are life changing if you are someone that suffers from joint pain, neuropathy, inflammation or just wants to feel better. I would highly recommend this place!

I love this place and all the services they provide. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful! My favorite thing is the slim pod because it is so relaxing. Their monthly specials are very reasonable.

Love the service, the services and everything about this place. I’m addicted! I have been for a long time. I don’t medicate for my bad back or for my headaches anymore Thanks to Cryo!😃 I’m always greeted with a smile and have recommended Chillrx to lots of friends and family that are equally as happy! ❤️

Brrrrh, I’m still burning calories from my -220 yesterday! The intro setting (unsure of exact temperature) doesn’t necessarily give a 195lb human that same invigorating response… Place is immaculate, staff are wonderful! 🫶🏻

I have been coming to Chill since March and I love this place. The services are all great, the staff is very friendly and professional. Karissa is my favorite, she is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. I love that this place is not intimidating. I highly recommend!!

I've been going to ChillRx for three weeks now and continue to be impressed by how incredible the experience is. Suzi and Niki are both warm, engaging individuals that take the time to answer your questions and offer advice! Using both the Slimpod and the whole body cryo treatments, I've noticed a remarkable difference in my energy level, my recovery, and my overall health. Consistently losing a few pounds, week after week, is an excellent bonus! I would strongly recommend ChillRx to anyone invested in their health and well being.

I've had lower back pain for years, and sometimes when I move the "wrong" way it flares up and I lock up. Local cryotherapy at ChillRx has helped tremendously. It's reasonably priced and more than worth every penny. Plus the owner and staff are fantastic. I recommend it to all my friends with aches and pains, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Whole body therapy has helped me out in so many ways!! I recover quicker after a workout and helps with body aches and pains and helps me sleep better at night too!! Great place and great ppl that work there too! Customer service is amazing!

This place is a scam. Do not sign up for any of their packages they will still charge you after you have cancelled your subscription. They have taken over 200 dollars out of my account and every month I am still getting charged after I’ve told them to stop charging my card. There is no way I can remove my credit card of their website so they continue to charge my card 73.00 since I first signed up in May and I only wanted to sign up for a month, it is now October and they will keep on charging my card

I have been to many wellness centers for cryotherapy sessions. This facility is by far the best all around cryotherapy experience. The facility is spotless, staff are knowledgeable, overall great vibe. The cryotherapy unit is the best I've come into contact with. It's a MUST visit wellness center.

Was so excited about ChillRx. My dr suggested I do Infared Sauna. Everyone here was BEYOND nice and helpful. They are VERY accommodating and open to suggestions. I will be going back.

Very amazing place to go for recovery, preventative maintenance, and just too chill out(no pun intended). Mary and the staff are great! The beautiful ladies will give you a mini tour of the treatment rooms and prepare you for your amazing session. If haven't booked with Chillrx now your missing out on a fun beneficial experience

I LOVE coming to Chillrx! The cryo has helped me with my athletic recovery so much! I no longer have heavy legs during runs and less soreness after weights. The facials have cleared up my skin too :) The owner is so sweet and genuinely cares about the well being of the community and wants people to feel good. I would recommend Chillrx to anybody and everybody!!!

I went to my very first cryotherapy session at ChillRx. I was completely unsure of what to expect, but it ended up being a fantastic experience. The owner, Mary, was very helpful and understanding of my uncertainty. She eased my nerves and allowed me to start at the beginner level. After the session, I felt completely rejuvenated, mentally and physically. I can’t wait to go back for another session soon! I hope to make regular trips to ChillRx. This place is awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The services are truly life changing for anyone that battles joint pain, inflammation or just wants to feel better. I have never slept so well for as long as I can remember. I would highly recommend at least giving it a try.
