Great place! Came with my sisters to celebrate one's birthday. Affordable prices and excellent massages. (FYI, they expect $10 tip. Weird it's a set amount and not by choice. Might as well add into prices for more transparent pricing.) Simple decor but your eyes are closed most of the time anyway so lack of aesthetic doesn't matter. It's clean and that's most important . If you're in room closest to entrance, you can hear outside which can break your "zen" occasionally but it wasn't too bad. I would definitely return. 😊

I unfortunately had an inappropriate and unsettling experience with my masseuse during a full body massage. He walked in unannounced while I was undressed and remained in the room while I got onto the massage table. There were SEVERAL instances of uncomfortable conduct during the massage as well. It was a rattling experience that I wouldn’t wish for anyone. To the owner, I would like to know the name of the masseuse that conducted my appointment. Please provide an email address where I can communicate with you. Update after owner response: I am happy to email you privately, but there is no email address for the business listed publicly. Where should I email?

Nice massage everything clean.. but if you have a rate for tips you should say it before... you got 1 hr.. 55$ and if i paid that ... dont tell me that i have to tip.. after i gave u 5$ and you still looking at me.. u want more... if u have a amount of money for tips say it before... but dont give me the restaurant version then when i go to restaurant i gotta tip.. if i want to...

The value is simply incredible. It's no-frills but very clean and comfortable. It's also right across from the library and down the street from coffee shops, so it's really nice to be able to do some work and then go unwind here afterward. It's one of my favorite neighborhood spots!!

Came here to wine down while visiting family, had an amazing experience. I let the lady know to be gentle because i am pregnant. She was very gentle and kept asking if the pressure was good for me. I recommend this place 100% great massage and pricing was very affordable

Hidden Gem in the heights. I just had a massage with Mac. He is wonderful 10/10. I've had many massages, but I can honestly say this is one of the best massages I've ever had. I support our local businesses if they're as great as this gem, because once they're gone we will wish we had them. I wish I noticed them sooner. I will be a regular moving forward.

Had an appointment for 7:00 PM that I planned my entire day around. When I went in, they told me that I needed to wait THIRTY mins because they booked someone else over my time. Both the masseuse in the room massaging someone was laughing and the person at the front telling me this. I can only assume they think terrible customer service is comical. Bad customer service and vibes. When people book a massage, it’s happy cause they need relaxation not to be laughed at. Edited to add: they also had my phone number to call me and let me know they were running late and could have given me that courtesy instead of having me head all the way there and then tell me

I’ve been several times now and usually reserve with a call ahead- Very little to no wait time upon arrival this way. I enjoy the massages, the space is comfortable & clean. The only downside is the noise from the salon next door and Broadway in general because it’s a buzzing area.

Few issues with this place so I’ll share my experience. I also am a massage therapist so I feel like my opinion here kinda matters 1. A massage is supposed to be fixated on the muscle and fascia. Never should a massage therapist be massaging on the bone. Multiple times my therapist dug her elbows and gave deep pressure on different bones on my body including my rib cage, my scapula and my spine. This was very very painful. Also the popliteal fossa (aka your leg pit/behind your knee) should never be massaged or touched. Yet she did this and was also painful. Also she went super deep into my calfs and majority of peoples calf’s are very sensitive. So that hurt also. 2days later my calf’s are still a little sore. But the elbows in the bone is what hurt the most. 2. I came in with extreme neck discomfort and asked the woman if she could focus mostly on my neck and shoulders. She maybe spent about 8 minutes tops on my neck. Those 8 minutes on my neck were wonderful. She had very strong hands and was able to relieve some discomfort but I needed a lot more time on my neck. 3. For a lot of my massage she was on the phone. Both talking and making appointments on the phone while also massaging me the same time. THIS IS NOT SANITARY!!!! And VERY RUDE to your client. The place was very busy so I can’t understand why she had to do it…but get a secretary then…also a lot of conversations between her and her co workers while massaging me was very distraction. At 0 point was I ever relaxed because she was either digging into my bones, on the phone or talking to somebody else. A massage is supposed to be relaxing…this experience was more stress building then stress relief. 4. I paid for an hour massage. I only received about 45 mins of a massage. Again the place was very busy but still…not an excuse in my opinion to give less then What I was supposed to recieve. On the bright side this place is very cheap…but you get what you pay for. My actual experience here I would rate a 1 star. I’m giving a 3 star not a 1 because I believe this massage therapist and the place itself has more potential. If the woman actually did some schooling she would be a great therapist because she has very strong hands and great endurance. She finished 1 massage, immediately worked on me right after, then after me worked immediately on another client. That takes a lot of endurance and strength. Massage therapy can be very exhausting so this woman definitely is very very tough. If she is reading this…please don’t massage/dig into boney regions of peoples body’s. This doesn’t feel nice and is quite painful. Also hire a secretary to answer your phones. And be more caring for what your clients needs/asks. If I say my neck is bothering me a lot , then you have to adjust your routine to better suit your client and their needs. I’ll return again in a month and see what happens. If I have another negative experience I’ll change this to a 1 star vote. If things improve then I’ll change to a 4 star.

I go here weekly for foot massage 1 hour or 2 hour massage. Love it here and they know me well. Only downside is the noise from the street. Foot massage area is where ppl pay so that can be noisey but they do great job and always available. I’ve been coming here for years.

If you can get over the noise, and understand that you are not going for a tranquil, massage experience, but still a good massage, then this place is great. Otherwise, be prepared to hear the Dominicans from the salon next-door along with busy Broadway traffic (honking, sirens,the occasional yells, etc.). The price, however, I think it’s totally worth it. I will be going back and simply taking some earbuds to cancel out some of the very loud background.

Two of us went in for a massage just to try this place. It is great to have an affordable option in the neighborhood. I liked that the rooms actually had walls, although thin and you can hear everything, it still feels nicer. It was clean and very nice looking compared to some other Chinese massage places in the city. The prices are affordable and we had decent massages. They were are very nice and there was no waiting. The only thing is trying to explain what you need rather than just getting the regular that they do every time is challenging. Will definitely try again.

Wow this place did not disappoint. Quiet, nice calming music and the massage was excellent. It had been a while since I had a massage and she worked out my tense muscles including a knot that was bothering me. My husband also had a massage and he said his was equally as good. We both left feeling relaxed. We will 100% be return customers.
