If you want to pay $200 for a mani &pedi go to this place! It’s my third time trying Chloe & Chen and once again I’m leaving disappointed with the result and shocked at the prices. This time I didn’t even get my nails painted as I was giving them a break. No massage with the pedicure either. What a rip off!!

Khristi nail services are the best in the area! But when admin folks talking to clients over the phone, they are VERY RUDE, never use polite language, like "how are you", "please", "thank you", "would like" etc. The service quality is not only nice salon design, but the overall expirience, however, I always under the feeling like I owe you smth or I abused you somehow when talking over the phone. Thanks!

Today was my first time visiting Chloe Chen Spa -I booked the "Milk and Honey" pedicure for my mom and I. We LOVED our experience! The spa is not only aesthetically beautiful but also super clean and comfortable. They prepared a beautiful cup of hot chocolate and herbal tea for us. I loved the jazz music that was playing as well -it was really relaxing. Hera and Doku were our nail technicians. They were super sweet and professional. They also did fantastic french pedicures! 10/10 service -highly recommend. I can't wait to come back!

I had the most amazing experience with Khristy! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she made sure every nail was absolutely perfect. The manicure was not only beautiful but also lasted much longer than I expected. Khristy is professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. I felt completely pampered throughout the session. The service was impeccable. Coming from Montreal to visit my boyfriend, I decided to take the opportunity to remove my fake nails and get a simple manicure. The salon was clean, and all the tools used were sterilized, which exceeded the standards I’ve experienced in Montreal. The nail technicians were meticulous, professional, and extremely kind, which made the experience highly enjoyable. However, this satisfaction was overshadowed by a significant billing error. Instead of the $74 listed on the website, I was charged $274. This amount was entirely unexpected and unjustifiable. Since I don’t speak English very well, it was difficult for me to discuss the issue with the receptionist on-site. Her lack of clarity and attention clearly contributed to the problem. Fortunately, this morning, my boyfriend managed to contact the spa manager. She handled the situation with great professionalism, addressing it seriously and efficiently. Thanks to her, I received a refund, which I greatly appreciate. The technicians and the manager deserve 5 stars for their work and professionalism. However, the receptionist’s attitude and billing mistake alone would have warranted zero stars. Nevertheless, I choose not to harm the salon’s reputation, as this seems to be an isolated issue. I hope this experience will serve as a lesson to prevent such problems in the future.

Walking into my appointment, the owner greeted me with a warm smile. I was nervous about my first pedicure, which I casually mentioned the owner, and she was so kind and reassuring that I’d love the experience - and she was right! The space itself is so beautifully aesthetic and clean. The music matched the interior and it smelled amazing. The chairs for the pedicures were SO comfortable for the entire session! I booked for me and two of my friends for a no-chip pedicure. Though my guests were late, staff patiently waited and accepted them as soon as they arrived. The entire experience was so relaxing! The bath bombs, salts, lotions, oils…everything used in the pedicure felt so luxurious! The owner checked in with my friends and I, handing us a drink menu and crafted beautiful hot cocoas for the three of us. For my pedicure, Lydia did my toes beautifully - she was very careful and paid close attention to detail. She didn’t make me feel embarassed to be ticklish during the massage and exfoliation! My no-chip pedicure looks perfect and my feet and ankles have never been so smooth and soft. After my pedicure, I was given a few minute shoulder massage as well, which I didn’t even realize I needed! The entire experience was absolutely relaxing and wonderful - truly a spa experience for just a pedicure! My friends and I agree the staff went above and beyond our expectations to get our toes done. I will not be showing my pedicure, but it looks beautiful! And as a registered nurse that works 12 hour night shifts, I feel insanely relaxed and pampered - I’d 100% recommend this spa!

An amazing 💎!! Whenever I am in desperate need of a nail appointment I usually pick a new spot each time. After coming here I will no longer do that! This will be my regular spot. Excellent service, beautiful interior and music. I felt relaxed and pampered. Hera was my technician and she was excellent! I can’t wait to come back with friends and family.

I asked for Glaze nails, showed her a picture. She told me they call it Crome. Upcharged $26 without telling me and Chrome is nothing like the Glaze I asked for. Then the finish wore off in 3 days. Nail tech was very nice but the salon is way more expensive than anyone else around and not worth it.

I do like this space. Service is always well done and techs are very kind but the receptionist is difficult and overcharged me. I originally made an appointment for two express pedicures but was told that was only a polish change - there is not a description on their website that says that. She then changed us to classic pedicures which are pricy ($75) but that’s okay. She ended up charging me for French tips (an extra $25) which I did not get. We resolved this issue by using the additional charge as a tip but she was very argumentative and hesitant to address the charge. I do not think I will be going back.

I have been to Chloe Chen Spa several times over the past couple months and it is my absolute favorite nail place! I’ve tried many other salons in the area and in my opinion this salon is the best by far. I love the design and comfort of the manicure and pedicure areas, and the music is very relaxing. The salon is always clean and there are a lot of colors to choose from (I get Dazzle Dry). I highly recommend Jika - I saw her my very first time here and have rescheduled with her every visit since! She is an excellent nail tech and she is so sweet to talk to. I usually get a Dazzle Dry manicure and regular pedicure and they are both long-lasting - my manicure lasts at least 2 weeks which is so impressive.

I’ve lived in West Loop for over a year but haven’t found a nail salon I loved until Chloe Chen Spa opened. I’ve been here twice since then and each time has been wonderful. The customer service is amazing and they and don’t rush through anything. Khristy does amazing French manicures!

UPDATE: The receptionist called me and asked me to remove my complaint about the music in exchange for a 15% discount. I don't like that. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars, which is a great review. My reviews are honest. All reviews should be honest because customers depend on them. Asking me to remove a complaint to get a discount is dishonest and I don't like it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Service is great. The MUSIC IS TOO LOUD. I've complained twice. It hasn't been lowered. I feel like I'm in a jazz club. I can't relax or hear myself think and I can't hear the nail tech or the receptionist. The nail tech said customers have complained about the music being too loud. So why won't they turn it down??? I'm here alone, which means there's no chatter to drown out the music. I won't return. Music is TOO LOUD.

I went to the Chloe Chen Spa the day before my wedding with a party of 6 and the service was amazing! They had enough staff to take care of all of us simultaneously, the ambiance was sooo relaxing, and the tea delicious. Everyone loved their nails. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again if I lived close by!

New to the city and was browsing through the internet for a nail salon to go to. That’s when I found Chloe Chen Spa, and I am So happy to have stumbled upon their place. They’re rated 5/5, which is a very accurate rating, but if I could rate them more, I would. I wanted to get a full set gel, so I called ahead of time, in which they were more than happy to take me in. I believe my nail tech was Ulljan, and she did such an amazing job! she took the time to make sure my nails looked Perfect and that I was satisfied with them, in which I was! I will say, their prices are more than what I’ve spend before on my nails, but the atmosphere, hospitality, care, and treatment are worth every penny. I will be coming back and referring my friends and family to come check them out! Thanks again Ulljan and staff for a wonderful first time experience(:

Exceptional service in a beautiful facility. The best nail spa in Chicago. Both technicians who did my pedicures were very experienced and gave amazing feet massages too. A huge plus.
