Honestly appalled.. when I walked into the store to ask about a service that I had wanted i overheard the owner being very hateful and saying anti-Semitic slander towards the Jewish community. As I am a Jew myself and frankly this whole neighborhood here in Brooklyn is mainly populated by Jews I am shocked to hear such negative comments towards my people. As for this establishment I highly advise you take a look around all those customers you see sitting in your chairs as they are all likely Jewish and keeping your place up and running. Would give 0 stars if I could and don’t recommend anyone to come here.

I recently visited this salon and was appalled by the owner Felix's conversation with another customer. For over an hour, I overheard hateful and discriminatory remarks about the Jewish community. As a customer, I expect a welcoming and inclusive environment. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and disturbed by the owner's words. I strongly advise others to avoid this salon and not support businesses that promote hate and intolerance. I will definitely not be a returning customer and I would advise others to do the same. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!

This Salon is clean and organized . Price is very very reasonable . The stylist is very experienced, maybe little language barrier , but if you slowly tell them what you want , you will be happy about the service with what you pay:

Been going to Chloe Hair Salon when I found that my old hair salon closed during pandemic and never opened again. I’m so glad I took a chance. Staff is professional and friendly. Salon is super clean and prices are reasonable. I recommend this place.

Salon is ok. Services are done right and I don’t have complaints. I just have a problem with their payment accepting methods. They don’t accept credit cards over the phone and done accept Apple Pay. Dear owner, it’s 2024, it’s time for you to accept all payment methods!!!

Great and attentive service!! The prices are very reasonable. I come here for all hair services and I always have a great experience. Being coming here for 5 years and I recommend this place. BEST flexible to make appointments and most of the time they accept you as a walk-in. If you want a no drama hair salon and want the best scalp massage, you better schedule an appointment At Chloe’s!

If u need a good haircut and want to save some money - this is the best salon for it. Visiting it for more than 2 years, every time i am happy with the result, everyone is polite and doing their best to help u with ur choice of a haircut. Sketchy place don’t see everyone license on wall. Products are from Chine if u want your hair colored bring your own yea or European hair color. Confirm price right before they do it.

The guy who did my blow dry was rude, disgusting, and obnoxious from the second I stepped foot into the place. I would never return here, I’m short of reporting them to the BBB. There are at least 10 other salons that I’ve tried that are much better between Coney Island and Ocean Avenue on Ave U. This is the first time in my life I didn’t leave a tip at a salon. Highly recommend avoiding this horrid place at all costs. And forget customer service training, this person needs to get therapy, especially if he’s regularly exposed to customers. His behavior is bordering dangerous. I should’ve listened to the other review I read stating that. Definitely avoid!

I ended up in this salon by pure chance. My wife was there for a cut, color etc. I got there too early to pick her up and ended up waiting and waiting. I asked a stylist for a cut while I was waiting. I was pretty happy with it. I've returned to this place a few times now. Each time a different stylist helped me. I m pretty happy with the results.

I’ve been here twice, 2 years apart and both times, I had a good experience. Hair washing is very nice and relaxing. The girls they have spend a good amount of time washing and massaging. The person cutting my hair listens to what I want and delivers exactly what I want. The salon is clean; I witnessed them cleaning their tools after a client left. I think prices are fair.
