Hair Stylist: ROBIN COSTROFF. This was my first time at Chloe Madeleine. Everyone was kind and friendly. My stylist, Robin Costroff, was excellent. I've tried lots of places over the past 5 years and despite telling the stylist what I want in a cut, they basically just trim my hair or do something different. Robin listened to what I wanted, offered her suggestions, and gave me an amazing haircut. She was also easy to talk with and no pretentiousness you often find in hair salons. Thank you so much! I can highly recommend Robin Costroff.

Robin has cut my hair before and I always say that she's the only one who understands exactly how choppy I want my shag cut, but this time I really asked her to do the impossible. She took my three years of red box dye to the most beautiful bright blue in a single session, while taking all of the steps and beyond to protect the integrity of my hair. My new cut and color are absolutely gorgeous and I get so many compliments on my hair. My hair is also still super healthy even after bleaching and coloring it. I've truly never felt more comfortable with a hair stylist, and have never been more happy with my hair! I would absolutely 100% recommend her for anything and everything, especially if you want someone who can really actualize your vision for your look.

Love this place! The ambiance is so inviting and staff is very friendly. Robin is my go-to stylist; she is so detailed, knowledgeable & lovely! She always has great expert advice based on my wants/needs and I always walk away loving my color & style :)

My last appointment was my second time in Robins chair. I wanted a bob, but was nervous that it would be cut too short. Robin talked me through the whole process and cut little by little until it was the length I wanted. She is extremely meticulous and my blow out is always so beautiful and soft. I definitely will keep returning to her!

They SHOULD NOT offer “men’s haircut” ESPECIALLY when they DO NOT know how to cut men’s hair!!!! Such a DISGRACE!!!! COMPLETE circle around the head…. DID NOT EVEN attempt any type of fade!!!!! …….. HORRIBLE!!!!!

I am a student, so I move a lot, and it is so hard to find someone to do my highlights and cut exactly how I like it. I’m so thankful that a friend told me about this salon! The girls here are so talented and sweet. I leave with perfect hair every time and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Sierra does my highlights, and she is a master at blonde.

Liv is the best!!! She truly takes the time to listen to what you want and turns your hair into exactly what you describe! As a brunette, she is able to add highlights that seemlessly blend with my hair. She is by far the best stylist I have ever had! Definitely ask for her if you book here! She never disappoints! :)

Chloe Madeleine Salon made me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. I along with 7 bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law all went to Chloe Madeleine Salon for our bridal party hair and makeup. We had such a fun time as there were mimosas and pastries and an area for my bridal party and I to hangout. It was absolutely perfect! Olivia did my hair and makeup and made me feel more beautiful than I ever had in my entire life. I can't even count the amount of compliments that I got on my hair and makeup. For any brides looking for a perfect place to get your hair and makeup done, Chloe Madeleine Salon is the place to go! I'm forever thankful for the experience that I had on my wedding day. Thank you to Chloe, Kellie, Olivia, & Rae for taking such great care of us. I also go there for cuts & color, and Grace is outstanding! I will never go anywhere else.

I had Kelli do my hair after I had such bad luck and never loving my hair from previous salons. When I say she made my self confidence boost and I felt beautiful leaving her chair that day. Kelli was absolutely professional and is extremely talented! Also, i had my balayage done back in April and usually my blonde starts to turn brassy but my color still looks amazing (and my cut is still falling beautiful even with hair growth). I tell everyone to book with her and they won’t regret it!!!

I have been going to Rachel (Rae) at Chloe Madeleine for over a year now and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! I’ve moved around a lot and have never had the same stylist for long. Since moving to Manayunk, I’ve only gone to Rae! I get my color done about twice a year and she does it in a way so it grows out super naturally so I don’t have to continuously get it redone. I went to Rae for a fresh new blonde look, and she did not disappoint! She’s a blonde expert!! She explained down to the little details what she was going to do with my hair, and how it was going to turn out which made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. I’ve been trying out different salons over the past few years to get my naturally dark brown hair to the icy blonde I dream of. Nobody has been able to lift my hair to where I wanted and if they did, there was lots of damage in the process. I went to Sierra for the first time a couple weeks ago and I already love my results. She took her time and squeezed me in last minute to give me some highlights to start. Although I have another session next month, I’m happy with my current color and excited for my next appointment. That’s something I was never able to say at other salons. This is definitely the place to go, especially for wannabe blondes, and book with Sierra if you can!

Kyla is amazing— one of the most thorough, detail-oriented stylists I’ve ever had! I came to her with a vision and she executed it beautifully while maintaining the integrity of my hair. She’s highly skilled both with color and with cutting. I recently moved to the area and finding a new stylist is always kind of nerve wracking— I’m SO glad I found Kyla! Highly highly recommend!!

So greatful I found Kyla!! I moved to the Manayunk area about a year ago, while looking for a new stylist, I went searching through Google reviews. Kyla had amazing reviews while working at her former salon and each time I went to her I was thrilled with my hair! I'm beyond happy that I continued to be one of her clients since she switched to Chole Madelein Salon! The entire staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable, it's very clean and has a cool vibe. Today I walked out of the salon with a smile ear to ear. Kyla installed weft hair extensions in my hair for volume. Let me tell you, I almost cried the happest of tears when she was finished. My hair has always been so thin, I never thought it could look this good. Thank you again Kyla you rock! 😁

The salon is very beautifully designed and so open and hairy. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into setting up the space. My hairstylist Kyla did such a great job. She took her time and was very precise and took time to give me what she recommended which I really appreciated! Can’t wait to go back!

When I say life changing, I’m not exaggerating. My stylist, Kyla, was not only the sweetest, she blew my mind when she told me my hair had natural waves. I grew up with pin straight hair, and after pregnancy my hair texture changed to what I thought was an ugly frizz. Kyla taught me about different hair products I can use and techniques for styling that would encourage my natural waves to come through. I ended up walking out of the salon with beachy waves and a newfound confidence in how to take care of my hair. After years of bad luck trying to find a hair style and routine that works for my annoying combination of vanity and laziness, I am so relieved to have had this experience. It looks like I found my new salon!

Best salon experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had trouble finding a salon where I feel comfortable and love my hair. I went to Liv the first time and she honestly was the main reason I came back. Very personable, is okay with conversation and also isn’t awkward if you don’t have anything to say. I would’ve booked with her again but I had only a specific time I could come back. I then scheduled with Kelli and had nothing to worry about because the both of them had spoken before I arrived and liv told Kelli everything I wanted. Kelli was just as amazing and I left feeling confident. If I could give the salon more stars I would. Thankful I found them

Heather is my stylist for almost 5 years! This is a record for me and it’s because she is AMAZING! My hair was jet black when we first met and she helped me transition to brown. Recently she transitioned me to blonde and did an INCREDIBLE job!!! No damage and my hair is STILL healthy!

I got my highlights done with Sierra after having black dye on my hair for so long she brought me to the perfect light brown exactly what i asked for! She is such an amazing and talented hair stylist and did exactly what i asked. She kept my hair in healthy condition after lightening it and i couldnt be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend Sierra with all coloring and styling needs!

I went to Chloe after coloring my hair for the very first time at another local salon and having a very bad experience. I sent a message with my booking appointment that I was very nervous and needed help fixing what the other salon did. Chloe was so patient and professional and did an outstanding job communicating with me about what she thought would be best- she had a plan from the moment she read my message. My hair looks amazing and is exactly what I wanted. The salon is gorgeous and they are very accommodating.

My favorite salon in the city. Great stylists all around, and an adorable place. Kelli is my favorite stylist, definitely ask for her if you’re looking for a pro at coloring/balayage/highlights etc. I originally connected with her as she helped fix a color issue from another salon (it was really bad…), and I’ve never looked back. Highly recommend!
