Kristine Avery did a fantastic cut for my unruly hair! I booked my next appointment before I left because she did such a great job!!! Plus, she went over and beyond to return my coat I left behind. It was my late Mother’s coat and this time of year it is especially important to me. Not only did she hand deliver it to me, but presented it beautifully on a pretty hanger and obviously treated it with loving care. I am forever grateful for her kindness.

I had an appointment with Kristene I had made a few weeks ago for Monday at 10:30. As a mom of toddlers it is very rare that I’m able to get out of my house to do something for myself. My husband had taken a late shift at work to make sure I’d be able to go to this appointment. I drove 40 minutes to my appointment only to arrive with the doors locked and the lights off. I called four times and left voicemails and nobody came to the door. I looked inside and all the lights were off and nobody was in there by 10:49 I called again to let them know I was very disappointed that nobody answered my phone calls or showed up to my appointment and I wasted 40 minute trip each way to get stood up by a hairstylist. This morning I get a voicemail saying that she was there the whole day and must not have heard me at the door and asked if I would reschedule. I find it very hard to believe that she didn’t check the door not ONCE within the first 20 minutes of my appointment time that I was outside if she was there. That she didn’t hear one of my phone calls or voicemails if she was there. And that she was sitting in the dark if she was there. I feel like I’m being lied to and that she just didn’t show up for the appointment. Never going back here again. She didn’t even apologize just said I had a misunderstanding cuz she was “there the whole time”

I’ve had my hair cut twice by Sandra, the first time she took off almost 2 feet of hair! I absolutely love her and my hair every time I leave her chair. I was able to score a Sunday appointment for my VERY CURLY haired daughter with Misty, and let me tell you..she did a phenomenal job! It’s not easy to cut hair with my daughters texture, but Misty totally rocked it!

Kristine was my stylist and she was amazing! She checked in with me about the length, gave me styling tips, and told me what each product was for my hair. I would absolutely come back here. The shop is clean with a cute aesthetic and setting an appointment was super easy online. 10/10 experience

Misty cut my hair recently, and she is awesome!! She not only did a great job on my hair, she also explained why she was using certain techniques and asked for permission before using thinning shears! I really appreciated that. Love her and will be back!

Oh.My.God! I thank you Sandra Fink for my beautiful cut and bouncy curls that came back with your help! I haven’t seen them in decades!!! I’m so happy with my layered cut, bye dead ends. Feels light and fresh the color is perfectly a deep mahogany! Totally worth the money. Scheduled for appointment on Monday 10/23 at 9:45. Got a confirmation email!. Arrived 5 minutes early to find store locked, lights off. Waited 10 minutes outside, called stylist cell phone, called store phone. Left voice mails. No one came to door. Had scheduled this appt in order to have haircut for travel plans. During an prior sch appt, same stylist cancelled on me 45 minutes prior to appointment. So gave it another chance. My time is valuable. As I'm new to the community will search out other salon choices that are reliable. I will not return.

This is definitely the place to go if you want your hair completely fried & destroyed! This was my first experience with a perm. I’m not sure if she left it on too long or what, but she sure did place the blame on me once she saw how destroyed my hair was. She insisted that I never should have requested a perm if my hair was color treated, as if I was the “professional”… Then proceeds to cut THREE inches off of my hair without telling me because my ends were literally melting off. She continues to place the blame on me, tells me to try some deep conditioning at home, never apologizes & just sends me out the door with sopping wet hair. So now it’s three days later and my hair continues to fall out in clumps & feels like straw. It’s extremely devastating to walk into a salon with perfectly healthy hair & walk out with destroyed hair that is beyond repair.
