Don’t waste your time! If you are a man, this salon will not let you schedule a stylist. They do not like to work with men and are sexist. Had two appointments canceled on me and I was told they don’t have anyone working but my female friend calls literally five minutes before and gets an appointment. Will be filing a better business bureau report.

I have been going to Chocolate for your Body for years! Bernadette is the best! I get my eyebrows and bikini wax regularly. And have done microblading twice it holds up nicely! I’ve recently had a facial done and it was amazing! Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. The day of my service , I got a call that it needed to be canceled because the owner forgot to let the nail tech she had customers to come in to work.. receptionist is very rude through the phone I can’t imagine in person.

I have tried several times to book a spa party here without any success. I spoke with the receptionist and the manager was in the background saying she was going to call me but never got my number after several calls to them. The unprofessional service at this place is insane. I will never use them again and I have a $100.00 gift card for my birthday that I never used.

I received one of their gift cards as a gift and have tried on several occasions to make an appointment to this place. They never answer their phone, I booked online only to have my appointment canceled by them and an hour before my appointment. Smh. I finally decided to show up in person. Not one person ever greeted me or showed up to the front desk. I'd rather lose the money from the gift card than try this place.

Two out of my last three appointments were canceled without any proper explanation. Most recently, I called to ask why my appointment was canceled and was initially told it was due to a Groupon-related issue. However, my appointment wasn’t even booked through Groupon. When I pointed this out, I was simply told they had to cancel all appointments, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Other issues I’ve encountered include difficulties in finding my gift card in their system and confusion around appointments. On one occasion, despite having a text confirmation, I arrived only to be told that the nail technician had gone home because they didn’t see my booking in their system. It's disappointing to see this decline in service, especially from a place I once loved."

I have been going to the salon/spa over the years and even after multiple issues, have returned to support a small, female owned business. I made an appointment for a massage and facial. The day of my services, I got a call that my facial was canceled, but still had a massage. I had called the salon to advise I was going to be a few minutes late and the staff said they will leave a note for the massage therapist. I get there, the place was closed and had to call the therapist, in which they shared they were unaware of the appointment. A waste of time.

made an appointment online a month in advance for a mani/pedi, and despite receiving texts and email reminders, when i showed up they had absolutely no record of the appt and couldn’t see me. absolutely unprofessional and no way to run a biz. do yourself a real favor and believe me and other reviewers, they have major organizational issues.

Had 2 bad experiences already at this establishment. The first one they would not accept a voucher I was gifted for my birthday! I gave them another chance and the second time the receptionist was very rude. I will never return. Gave you guys the benefit of the doubt but I have friends who have also had bad experiences here. From ingrowns from waxes to scheduling issues and bad customer service. You guys seriously need some changes in management.

Customer Service Sucks I have called several times and also sent emails And no one has contacted me to help rectify my complaint. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. Now the voicemail is Full. What a bad way to run a business 😕 Update. The ower did reach out to me to apologize and correct the issue. However my new appointment was scheduled I show up on time. The shop was Not opened. Note hours state 8am. I arrived at 750am. Waited till 830am. The girl show up and immediately tell me she needs to reschedule me because my service is an hour and she won't have time. Miss how is that my fault because you were late. So now I have to reschedule again...wow I feel like your other appointments should be pushed back not me. The need better reliable workers! So disappointed was looking forward to my service. ☹️🤬 Zero stars.

This place is highly unprofessional. I made an appointment one month in advance for my daughter and her friends to have mani and pedis done for her birthday. They call me the day OF changing the times or I’d have to cancel. I had parents rsvp at a certain time and now I can’t take them in. Absolutely unprofessional. Will not be returning.

HORRIBLE!!! I meant to post this 2 yrs ago but was too mad to even type in their names. I went to get my eyebrows micro shaded/blades whatever and my lips blushed a very natural mauve pink color. The lady that did my services was foreign, I don’t remember her name but she was a white older lady with an accent(maybe polish or Russian idk)LOOK AT MY PICS they speak VOLUMES!!! She screwed up BOTH of my services soo bad that I wore a mask for over a week because I was too embarrassed to even show my lips! I paid well over $600 for the 2 services and I was soo STUNNED I literally could not wvennSPEAK. I had tears in my eyes all the way home. I told her several times my eyebrows weren’t numb anymore and she just insisted that’s the best she could do. The lip procedure was soo excruciating, it’s like she put NO numbing cream it was bad. So bad that I had to stop her because it was too painful, then she says ok it’s ok I’m done anyway. I called a few days later and she said I can come in and she would fix it. But honestly I never went back because she wasn’t about to have me looking like Groucho Marx!!! Also my lips turned DARKER than before. I looked like a blowfish for 8 days😩 Please don’t anyone let her get you on her table. Oh but the black receptionist was nice🤦‍♀️ By the way this pic is BOTH procedures she done and this was 3 days later. It took me that long to get up courage to take the pictures😭

Very disorganized staff and masseuse- I have been trying to get an appointment in with these people because I received a massage voucher as a gift - I originally called to get out on the calendar 1 month in advance, the day comes and they called to CONFIRM the massage - 45 minutes before my massage they called to CANCEL my appointment that I had made a month ago ! I called to see why they cancelled and they couldn’t give me a straight answer, I asked when they can schedule me again and they said “I don’t know. I can’t give you an appointment as our masseuses schedules are wanky- what does that even mean ? They said the manager would give me a call later that day to schedule an appointment and I’m still waiting for the call ! Very unprofessional way to run a business and staff not knowing when they can schedule appointment!

Definitely disappointed after such great reviews. It was my first time there and my appointment was the first at 10a. The lady was running late so I didn’t get seen for 30 mins. Things happen and I understand but the service I received wasn’t good either. I don’t recommend the chocolate body wrap at all. It was uncomfortable and messy. Maybe a massage would’ve been better. Then the lady who was with me was talking the whole time. I wasn’t sure if that’s normal since it was my first time but it wasn’t relaxing at all. She seemed to rush through the scrub part and I only was wrapped for a few minutes. Most likely my first and last time there.

I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Cierra to kick off my birthday weekend. The vibes were amazing and the host were attentive while I waited. When I got to the room it was very spacious, smelled great. Cierra did not miss a spot, it was one of the most intensive massage I’ve gotten and with the hot stones add on I left out feeling relaxed and refreshed.” 5 stars

I had a Lash appointment with Danielle. She was amazing, great first impression. I had a ton of questions and she was patient and very knowledgeable. She helped me pick the right lash extensions for me. My experience was great, the music was great, i was relaxed, and Danielle really made it a comfortable experience. AND, my lashes look so good. Ive gotten so many compliments. It's been a few days already and they haven't been shedding at all and they look perfect. 10/10 recommend.

I recently had a massage from Cierra and it was AMAZING. I had been experiencing some back pain and was overdue for some tlc. I read the reviews and quickly booked with what I gathered was the best and she did not disappoint. She was professional and thorough. She took her time and explained to me what was going on and what I could do to help my pain. To make a long story short if you needed a sign to book THIS IS IT!!!! I will be booking again!

I went for a massage and asked for a female staff member. I received a male staff member who just arrived from another country and was told there were no female staff members and massaged my butt cheeks. I was very uncomfortable, I also notified him immediately I was not comfortable. He stated he just sees everyone's body without gender. He was talking throughout the whole massage. The worst massage l've ever had. I also got to my car and cried because I felt violated. Butt cheek massages are inappropriate and he had his cell phone, who knows if he took pictures of me.

My first time visiting here off of a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The vibes here are relaxing and tranquil. I Had an hour massage with Cierra, which was one of the best massages I've experienced in a while. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining her process. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work.
