I booked a cut and style with Veronica and she was amazing! She was so attentive and kind and gave an amazing scalp massage that I didn’t realize was included! Very affordable and got exactly what I wanted, a 90’s style with layers and face framing bangs for $65. All the girls there are also the sweetest. Really a gem of a salon. Definitely my new spot. Thank you girls !

I had the best time at the salon. It didn’t feel like I was there long. The staff were so welcoming and they were so funny. It felt like everyone in there was family. Mary did my hair and she slayed it!! She is so amazing. She is so patient and she really wants to make sure whoever’s hair she’s doing leaves her chair with nothing but a big smile! I truly do love this salon, five out of five!!

I initially dismissed the negative reviews as unfounded, but it turns out they were accurate. After booking an appointment through Booksey for 1 PM, I arrived to find that my stylist only spoke Spanish. I was taken aback by the requirement to be bilingual as a client. Although another stylist offered to translate, I felt this would compromise the salon experience. Dr. Phillips is an affluent area of Orlando, and the majority of residents speak English. Failing to accommodate English speakers is both disrespectful to the community and poor business practice. Fortunately, I was able to find another salon that offers services in English.

We were trying to find a good nail salon that was quiet, relaxing Chocolate Spa is the perfect place. I was attended by Gaby, very qualified. I recommend it.

Went here for the first time yesterday for a balayage, hair cut and blow out. Mary is amazing and took her time to really get the color I wanted and the whole staff was amazing and attentive. The whole team really cares and listens and I will be going back in the near future. Check out there instagram!!!

A very cute little salon tucked away in a corner of Orlando. I was attended by Mary and she did my hair two days in a row for an Indian wedding. Very warm, very friendly and most important of all, very talented! She did a spectacular job and I would thoroughly recommend this salon! If I am ever back in Orlando, I would not hesitate to go back again.

I just had the best experience!!! Sama , sema I'm sorry I don't know how to spell it. She did my eyebrows and they have never looked better. I have gone all over Orlando trying to find someone to do my eyebrows. I don't have a lot of time bc I have 2 little kids so it was amazing how quick and professional she was. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found her!!!!

CHOCOLATE SALON & SPA was the best experience I have ever had when going to get my hair styled. No matter what your age, as a women you want to look your best. The owner is incredible. Cutting hair is an art. Each person's hair is different and you have to know how to work with each clients hair. This is the best haircut I have ever had. I recommend this salon over any other in the area. Thank you so much!

New girl in town looking for the monthly salon, this was very disappointing. I came with a budget since the girl at the counter told me a price 2 days before the appointment. After the stylist was finished in day of the appointment the receptionist charged me $200 dollars more. I asked why and she said I did not hear the price correctly. To my surprise this was the owner, which by the did not even apologize because of the misunderstanding. To me this is unacceptable, won’t recommend to anyone.

First time coming and it was an amazing experience! I had a bit of difficulty finding an exact reference pic of what I wanted, but they still gave me everything I could have asked for with what I could provide! I've been looking at my hair all night feeling so happy with it <3 Everyone was very sweet and made the experience just, wow! Will definitely be coming here in the future, I'm in love with my hair :))

I honestly hate to have to leave a bad review but it is necessary, 4 different girls in my family recommended me to do my hair here with Veronica , my hair came out terrible. I sent them pictures the next morning . All I wanted was my hair fixed they refuse to fix it, or even give me half of a refund. The highlights are terrible spots all over my head. Some are close to the route some or not. I’m going to need a color correction after this.

My family and I totally love coming here!! Faezeh and Pauline are both Awesome with hair cut, color, and styling. Lisa gives Amazing pedicures and manicures. This place is a hidden gem. Update: Since new management has taken over, it is no longer welcoming and has become overpriced. I no longer go there.

My toes are swollen and in so much pain after my pedicure! The spa was not clean, the tech was digging so much at my toes I can barely walk because putting pressure on my toes hurts. She was on the phone on and off through the appointment, didn’t fix the water when I said it was ice cold. I hope I don’t end up with an infection. I will never go here again and do not recommend anyone else does!

Was a good, friendly, welcoming salon. Since new owners...... Every appointment (I mean every) is messed up, I'm not certain if it's a language barrier, but regardless of what language I communicate in to assure a positive outcome. My hairdresser either didn't expect me or needs to reschedule her other clients to accommodate. Frustrating!! The previous owner constantly cleaned and kept up with the busy salon. Now it's dirty, the towels smell unwashed. Only a few of the original stylist remain.
