I do not recommend Katina. I booked a 5:30 appointment and she began doing another girl's hair during that time. I waited 21 mins then left. She was very sweet when I spoke on the phone with her and very sweet when I met her at the salon, but unfortunately I do not feel that she valued me as a new client. Before I booked with her, I told her if 5:30 is not a good time for her I could come later, but she agreed to 5:30. I offered to come later because I understood that my appointment was last minute, and I was ok with accommodating her schedule. I wish her the best, and hope her future new clients have a better experience.

Eric is hands down the best stylist that I have encountered in a very long time. My silk press is gorgeous and last for weeks. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who cares about their hair.

How you going to let someone do PIERCINGS out of your salon? Brandy is a bad piercer and her “clients” all have issues with their piercings.

Ms. Darlene is a sweetheart with an excellent eye and better hands! I wasn't sure exactly how I wanted my hair done except short, and she just knew what to do after looking up some styles for reference. She accepts walk-ins and isn't expensive at all. Takes both cash and card as payment.

On this date, I made a phone call to this business. One of the hair stylist employed there, Tina, had answered the phone. I had asked her a question pertaining to a certain hair stylist that work there. While Tina was talking to me, it seemed like she was having an attitude with me. A little while later, I called the business again. The same person from before ended up answering the phone. I was calling to get a certain hair stylist’s phone number because Tina told me via text message that she will provide me this certain hair stylist’s number since she couldn’t do a certain hair style that I wanted done. Tina gave me an attitude AGAIN because I called her workplace once again and that she was busy braiding a customer’s hair. I told her that she didn’t have to get an attitude with me just because I was trying to get a hair stylist’s phone number. After I said what I had to say, Tina had hung up in my face. I understand that people have busy schedules especially when they’re running a business, but one thing that you don’t do is catch/have an attitude with someone and then hang up in their face. This review goes directly to Tina, not Choices Hair Salon. It’s sad that this business has an employee working under them with a horrible attitude. I hope and pray that she change her ways because NO CUSTOMER deserves to be treated that way!!!
