I had a haircut and style by Nicky. (I think there are two stylists named Nicky; so my stylist had long blond hair). She proved to be very skilled at layering and styling my long hair. I appreciate also that she listened to me and would ask questions as she was working, to make sure she was doing it the way I liked it. (She was also able to fix my bangs after I botched them up trying to cut my own hair.)😊 I highly recommend her.

Honestly really disappointed in this salon. They cancelled my appointment less than 5 minutes before and told me they “thought I was a bot” when I called to ask why. I had accidentally booked the day before and instead of calling me or following up when I didn’t show (an honest mistake by the way) they suspended my ability to book. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. There’s plenty of salons in Scottsdale - give your money to someone who is kind and communicative.

You should have your head examined if you willfully DON’T spend your money on this business!! They are all suuuper sweet and it’s such a good environment always. Andi turned me blonde today and I could not have imagined a better job on it. After a quick look at a reference picture she got to work and did better than I could’ve ever even imagined. Loved her and absolutely love love loveeeee my hair and I had a blast!! Definitely come!!

You should have your head examined if you willfully spend money with a business like this. On Tuesday I google search a salon near my work so I can get a haircut on my lunch break. Call this place and secure an appointment for the very next day, Wednesday at 12:30pm. I arrive 5 minutes early for my appointment. As I walk in the receptionist says only" Do you have an appointment?" in the rudest, unfriendly and off-putting tone. No hello, no welcome in, no greeting whatsoever. It seemed I had interrupted her phone screen time by arriving for my appointment. She told me to have a seat and that my stylist would be right with me. Does not offer me anything to drink or acknowledge me after she waves me off. As I'm sitting in the lobby, another obviously regular patron walks in. Similar treatment by the receptionist, but this time there is no record of this patron evening having an appointment, despite showing them the text confirmation from their own system on her phone. She is told to wait and they will see what happened. 15 minutes have now gone by, and I'm ignored. I'm on my lunch break, so my gut feeling is I'm going to be rushed through with a set of electric clippers and shoved off so I can get back to work on time like I just walked into a supercuts or great clips. I stand and tell the receptionist to cancel my appointment and walk out. They are clearly poor at time management & customer service, and I am unable to understand why business act this way when there are so many options. Poor communication, and no regard for my time. Go literally anywhere else. I'd give them 0 stars if that was an option.

Jessica not only made my hair gorgeous, but she made me feel gorgeous as well! The appointment was scheduled for the perfect amount of time, so there was no rush. I left happy and will definitely be back!

I had an appointment with Jessie and she cut my hair beautifully and quickly. Honestly, I was shocked because it usually takes a while to cut my hair but she did it so efficiently and it was one (if not) the best haircut & style I have had.

I love this salon! It has been by far my favorite place, hands down, to get my hair done. Other places I have been, I feel like did not listen about what I want in a haircut or style, but Jessica really hit it of the park. She left my length alone and didn't take off inches "because it's dead" and really gave me the color and dimension I wanted and needed. I would 10/10 recommend. Everyone here was so nice and really boosted my confidence when I walked out of their doors with my new dew 😁

I went in for toning and haircut/styling I’m giving two bc the person who did my his tries to make the color right twice( but still didn’t get it)… I showed a photo of how I wanted.. but the bad part was blow drying n styling. I have never had someone style my hair so terribly.. it’s almost like how you do it when you are running late to a meeting and half all the uneven waves all over. She didn’t even do my framing nicely. I had no idea what she did. I have never been so dissatisfied with a professional haircut and styling.. would never go back there.

Run- don’t walk- book with Andi!!! I can’t explain how happy I am to finally find a stylist that’s truly an artist at what they do. I booked an appointment last minute as a new client with Andi today for a partial balayage and haircut. My hair is very long, was weighed down, dull, and needed some oomf! I showed Andi some inspiration pictures that I found and she went right to work! She is thorough and precise- including incorporating a color correction while my hair was processing due to the ends of having had previous permanent and stubborn color still in it. The toner formulation she used is GORGEOUS- it enhances my skin tone perfectly. She really knows her way around the color wheel and was careful in her selection choosing the best toner to set her perfectly placed balayaged pieces she had created in my hair. Andi even curled my hair after a blow out and made me feel so beautiful! Not only were her skills masterful, she is a very sweet and personable individual. I enjoyed our conversations! I can’t thank you enough, Andi, for bringing my hair back to life with gorgeous color and a much needed haircut. I have gotten so many compliments today because of your stunning work. You have gained a loyal customer and I will be returning and recommending this salon and this stylist to all my friends here in Arizona!

This is my second time and I never get disappointed— I finally found my favorite salon— who I can trust with my hair. This place is clean, warm and welcoming. Shoutout to Vanessa , she knows what’s best for my hair. I highly recommend this place.

I was visiting Scottsdale and really wanted to get a nice shape for my hair so decided to try this salon based on some good reviews. I'm so glad I came here! Davina was my hair stylist. She is so amazingly detailed and did a great job at giving me the style I asked for as well as making sure all the ends of my hair got cleaned up. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere. Since I'm traveling with my dog and did not want to leave her by herself in a new place, they let her sit by me while I got my haircut 🙂 Thank you for the amazing customer service! I wish to come back again upon my next visit to Arizona ❤

I've be to Melissa for my hair for almost 4 years. She offers great suggestions & always sends me out feeling cute. Whether it's a cut, a color or cleaning up the mess I made trying to trim my own hair Melissa always nails it! It's a beautiful salon & the ppl are so nice but Melissa is my hair-girl fo' sho'. Plus she's super fun :D
