I love it! Ms. Jen is really friendly and I learned alot from her. The purpose for my visit is to get a facial and learn more about Dermalogica products to see if it's going to be beneficial for me and my skin. I didn't want to just use products on my face without consulting with an expert. Ms. Jen is very friendly, professional, and efficient. I learned a lot. She also has an open door policy per se that if you have questions about your skin care routine, she will answer it via text or we can even set up a consultation visit just so she can thoroughly address your concerns. I love that! All in all, my appointment with her is wonderful! I highly recommend her services to anyone who wants to get a facial and learn what is best skin treatment routine to do. Kudos Ms. Jen! Thank you for everything. See you at my next appointment!

I had the best experience with Jen for my facial and wax. Not only is she knowledgable and skilled with regard to skin care but she is also genuinely kind and nurturing. She was attentive to my skin concerns and was quickly able to put together a plan to help me reach my goals. I will happily recommend Jen's services to everyone and can't wait to go back!

I don't often do facials anymore so I was a bit leery about going for one. It was a new place and a new person. Ehhh, change is not my forte'. My intention was to just sleep during the facial. However, Jen was awesome and so very personable. She explained everything she was going to do beforehand. Plus, she made me feel super comfortable. Despite we just met, it was like connecting with an old long lost friend. In fact, it was me, not her, who couldn't stop talking. She sometimes couldn't get a word in. LOL! As for the facial. It was one of the best I have ever had. She really knows her skill. Her knowledge is impeccable and the products she uses are top notch. Don't think. Just go. You deserved to be pampered and she is the one who will go above and beyond. Thanks, Jen.

I had an AMAZING time with Jen today! She was so kind and took the time to understand my skin and make sure we were doing the right things for it! I’m also pregnant and she was sure to make sure that all products were safe. I did the 60-min signature facial and it was so relaxing. The perfect mix!

I just had my first facial in YEARS with Jen and wow, I am amazed at how fabulous my skin looks! I booked a signature Facial and she customized my treatment based on my skin's condition and needs. I love that this treatment can be tailored to what the client needs and that it's not a one-procedure-fits-all scenario. Jen communicated every single step to me and was extremely attentive and accommodating to my needs (I am pregnant). I really appreciated how intuitive she was in terms of what I needed for comfort. I received a thorough skin analysis from Jen and left with great looking skin as well as knowledge of what my skin could benefit from. I loved that I could learn about my skin during this process. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and could not recommend Jen enough if you need an esthetician for your beauty needs!!

Ms.Jennifer is soooo amazing! So kind and knowledgeable on everything. I went to her for a brazilian wax and it was phenomenal. I took a break from waxing because I just moved to the area and Ms.Jennifer made this super painless. Had an amazing experience with Jennifer. She took her time to do a thorough consultation and skin analysis. I was so relaxed during my treatment that I fell asleep! I woke up rested and glowing. She also helped me find a product to treat some breakouts. I can't wait to go back again next month.

I can’t say enough great things about Jennifer. I’ve been going to her for sometime now for facials and Brazilian waxes. I’ve never not left without a smile on my face as the appointments always end up feeling more like I’ve visited a friend than just paid for a service. I go to Jennifer for eyebrow waxing. She is always gentle and does amazing. I feel relaxed while she does my eyebrows and don’t want to get up when she’s done :) she’s worth every penny that’s for sure!

I’ve known Jen for several years now. I came to her with red, dry skin and acne. I had tried everything I could find, from over the counter to prescription, low to high cost, but nothing seemed to solve the problem. I went to see Jen based on a recommendation of a mutual friend. I told her I had one goal: I want to wear less makeup. I was tired of having to cake it on, of course, not really knowing if that was good for my skin either. Jen is very knowledgeable about facial products, ingredients, and different than everyone else- took a wholistic approach to skin. We brainstormed and discussed products, supplements, food intake, environmental factors, how they may affect skin. I tried out a few products and quickly noticed my skin felt more moisturized, and less red. Through every facial visit every couple of months, we evaluated my products, added some, substituted some, took some things out of my diet, added some things in my diet. My skin has never looked better! I owe it to Jen, her great instructions, insight, sincere care, and often times research in helping my skin be the best it can.

I have been to Jen for multiple back facials and she is so attentive. I get a great massage, an exfoliated back and the aroma of everything used just relaxes me. She is considerate of my needs and there’s never pressure like she’s trying to dig my pockets. Always very genuine and real.
