The atmosphere is calming and relaxing, which makes every visit feel like a little retreat. The membership program is a game-changer—affordable and includes services like Hydrafacials, which have made a huge difference in my skin. The variety of treatments offered is impressive, and I love how my skin has improved—people constantly compliment my glowing complexion! The real highlight of my visits is definitely Emilee. She is hands down the reason I keep coming back. Not only is she incredibly sweet and personable, but her expertise in skincare is unmatched. She always knows exactly what my skin needs and tailors each treatment to address my concerns. Her attentiveness and knowledge put me at ease, and I always leave feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Emilee takes the time to explain each step of the treatment, making sure I understand what’s being done and why it’s beneficial for my skin. I started getting monthly facials w Veronica earlier this year and recommend 10/10. I’ve been to other places in NYC that have a much higher price point and think this facial is comparable. There's nothing I miss more than my membership since enrolling back into college :( I looked forward every month to my personalized facials, based on what was going on with my skin at the time.
