What an AMAZING experience!!!!!! The spa was VERY clean, VERY relaxing and just a stunning space!! The front desk was very welcoming and polite! Ramone showed me around the spa and he was so nice and professional. Leslie did my hydro facial and she is the best person I’ve had for a facial. Leslie’s massage after the hydrofacial was amazing as well! I’ve been to many spas and this was indeed the best spa I’ve been to! Thank you!

Give yourself the time to experience all the amenities. I arrived two hours before my massage and I wish I came even earlier. They have a relaxation chair that I loved and took a small nap on. It was so great! This place is worth with every dollar! The staff is incredibly kind, they give you everything you need. The robes are soo soo soft I wish I could have taken it home with me 😮‍💨 the pool is soo relaxing and the water is so soft! The staff check in on you which I loved! Waiting area had hot tea which I loved after a massage. I would recommend this place over and over again! I will be retuning and introducing more people to this spa!

Spent 4 hours at Chuan and every moment of my time here was exceptional. From the inviting staff and clean, spacious, and calming atmosphere was everything I needed to unwind. To top it off, I had one of the best massages, The Harmony, with Koko. Can’t wait to be back!

Absolutely amazing treatment 🤩 ! The facilities are excellent as well - gym, pool, sauna & steam room. Staff are friendly and well trained. Been here 2x now and will definitely come again - highly recommended 👍👍👍

Decided to treat myself to a massage and body treatment here a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing! It is definitely expensive, but all of the spa amenities and the services are worth it. I had the CBD body treatment that included a body scrub and a massage. I wish I could remember the name of my service provider because he was wonderful. The staff were all very professional and courteous. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Extremely poor service from spa manager and staff. Team did not return my call for 2 hours and upon stating my concerns the spa manager did not properly provide any resolution and was rather dismissive. Not what I was expecting from an upscale spa. Due to this, I will no longer be visiting the spa or staying at this hotel.

I really enjoyed my experience seemed a little pricy, but what do I know that was my first experience at a Spa, so that may be the market price. But I definitely enjoyed the hot stone full-body massage, I also was educated by the massage therapist.

Prices are extremely expensive especially with the 25% added gratuity/ fees but the amenities and services are amazing…. The ambiance and esthetics are absolutely gorgeous! Very serene, very classy and upscale. Would definitely recommend.

Serenity Now! Did a couples massage. The space was great, massage great. Afterwards we sauna-ed separately though for some reason 2 women were taking selfies in one of the saunas while my wife was there which I believe is illegal. Met up in the pool and hot tub. Great robes. Pricey. Don't make this a habit.

Tried to book and appointment online and it did not work. Called and left a message and no one called me back. I’m staying in the hotel so I physically had to go and see availability. I’m pregnant and wanted the 30 minute hydrafacial. I just had the 60 min one a few weeks ago and have another one in a couple weeks so just needed the refresh. They wouldn’t do it because I’m pregnant (this is literally the only facial I’ve been getting pregnant) and they only offered treatments that were an hour and an extra $100 (convenient). The yelp reviews show 3.5 stars so I guess they are more accurate than the google reviews.

You should never need an excuse to pamper yourself but, if you did…. here you go Spa day while enjoying my stay at Langham was nothing short of amazing. The ladies in the locker room really made my visit personal and perfect. I can't thank you all enough for such an amazing stay, experience and helping me find an appropriate bathing suit! Thank you

Absolutely beautiful, the suanas and steam rooms are a bit cozy (max 3 people), but even on NYE they had appointments spaced out so that it didn't feel crowded. The facial was one of the best I've ever received and the massage while the mask was setting left me feeling thoroughly relaxed. They also have a lovely tea selection.

Quiet retreat in a luxurious setting. I highly recommend the Chuan Tao of Detox which combines body scrub, massage and facial in one tranquil session.

The epitome of elegance. My wife and I were welcomed with Champagne Flutes, given a tour of the facility and welcomed like family. The whole vibe is very relaxing and is a fantastic way to unwind.

The harmony massage was excellent and a unique experience that combined Swedish massage with acupuncture. The treatment room was relaxing and well appointed, the lounge was relaxing but the spa needs a few updates and more attention to details to be excellent (signage, dust on shelves in the reception/spa store, worn benches in changing room). Appointment included use of steam room, two dry saunas in the changing room and the pool. Steam room and herbal dry sauna were small but great. Himalayan salt sauna was open but was not hot. Pool was highly chlorinated, a little grimy and jets were not working in the jacuzzi. I wish I had not gone into the pool area! Overall a good experience, the service team was great. I was aware of the added 23.5% service charge, but if they are going to require it why not just add it to the listed service cost?
