Switched to this salon recently after 8 years with my previous stylist, so I like to remain faithful to a stylist. Cathy cut and colored my hair and took all of my questions and concerns to heart. She was incredibly professional and a true expert. Everyone in the salon was friendly and the atmosphere was cheerful and vibrant. Not only will I be back but I've switched my whole family over to Ciao Bella. These ladies know hair! For any of the negative comments, all I have to say is you get back the energy you put in.

Best hair cut …ever. Liz is a new stylist to me. My last one Margie, did a great job. So I was a tad nervous meeting someone new! WOW. Liz kicked my hair up a notch! In less than 24 hours, at least 10 people complimented my hair! I love it!

Cathy P. is an amazing stylist. She never disappoints! I will follow her wherever she goes. The salon was social distancing. Everyone wore masks the entire time. Each station was sanitized between appointments.

First of all let me tell you that this hair salon is one of the worst places I’ve ever been in my life! Absolutely none of the hairstylists,if you want to call them that, have a clue on how to style hair. Having said that when I spoke to the manager she was so rude to me and very abusive. My hair ended up being a total disaster having gone to two different hairstylists there. It really looks like they’re hiring people off the street that just don’t have a clue on professionalism including the manager.It’s really a sad state of affairs when they charge you 45 for a haircut and they don’t even know what they’re doing. Then when I actually went in there to show the manager She screamed and yelled at me and told me that it seemed like I was a complainer. She didn’t even look at my hair and when I asked her for a refund she told me to get out of her store.If there’s anybody out there that is looking for a professional salon that has REAL Experienced professional hair cutters...don’t even bother going to this place.Trust me!

I was disappointed and less confident when i left here. I went to go get my hair dyed blonde just recently here on Jan. 15. I had previously gotten my hair dyed blonde here during September. My hair dresser told me when i came back in January, id be able to go completely blonde. When i talked to my new hair dresser, she said she would be able to do my hair exactly as i wanted. She said she would fix my very outgrown roots and get rid of ALL of the little bits of brown in the rest of my hair. Now i didn't expect to be completely blonde but I expected a obvious difference as she made it seem like she knew exactly what she was doing. This lady was very very rough with my hair. Washing it, brushing it, dying it, she was yanking and pulling at my hair and my head was itchy and irritated when i left. She was coughing like crazy while dying my hair and had me very superstitious about even being that close to her with everything going on. When i was done with my 4 hour appointment, my hair looked exactly the same. There was still all the same brown in my hair and only one strand on my hair was a noticeable shade of blonde. I told her my concerns and she proceeded to get frustrated with me. I told her i don't see a difference and that it looks very sloppy and she just walked away and got her next client. We still had to pay $160 with a $20 tip. Please do NOT go here. Everytime I believe they will do well, they disappoint me. The only pros was that they offer you drinks, but the workers are extremely rude and judgmental, constantly giving dirty looks and giving off the worst ambiance as soon as you walk in.

Keleigh is the absolute best! I visit for hair cuts and eyebrow waxing and never leave disappointed. The salon is clean and welcoming with water and coffee and a cute lounge area. Countless services and a wonderful staff.

Last week I decided to try out a new salon and although I was skeptical of getting a stylist I did not know at a salon I had not been to I was pleasantly surprised by Margie. In fact, to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Margie spent almost an hour on my hair and I’m a guy with short hair. She actually cared about every little detail, she was patient, attentive and detail oriented, she acted as if it were her own hair. This was my first time coming into the salon and will not be my last time, I will definitely be returning to Margie, she was truly fantastic. Thanks Margie!

I didnt even make it past the phone call with the receptionist. I called in for a simple shadow root question and she had no idea what I was talking about and on top of that didnt know the price. First of all a shadow root is not a root touch up and should not be priced the same. It is a little more than a toner and a little less than a root touch up. The process is not the same. Now coming from San Diego where I was not only the coordinator for a top notch salon I was also the assistant. I had to be on my game since we worked directly with our local news team Fox 5. Our reviews were always 5 stars plus and half of them were regarding that the coordinator which was myself was inviting and well knowledged. I specifically didnt book an appointment for that reason. The receptionist sets the attitude for the whole salon. If I had not of known the ins and outs I would expect clients calling in to not book with us. Your receptionist should do her research. You are to properly follow through with the whole phone call in order to fill your stylist's books. That is your job. Research the process for every service you offer there and definitely know your prices. Very unprofessional. If you need a new salon coordinator who will make your books booming, reach out. Cause the one you have if holding all your stylist's back. You are to know your products and services like the back of your hand. That is how you succeed as a receptionist. That is how you succeed as a salon. ✊

I got my haircut by Kelly, thanks to a recommendation from the front desk staff. I couldn’t be happier with the cut! I have very thick and coarse hair, and she knew exactly how to handle it. She also gave me bangs, which I haven’t had in years, and they’re perfect! Thanks Kelly! I will definitely be coming back here!

I had my hair done by another stylist from a differe t salon (not Ciao Bella) and it did not turn out the way I wanted. I came in to Ciao Bella late on a Tuesday in panic to get it fixed. Jennifer had just finished a client and took me in without hesitation to help me out!! Everyone was so nice and helpful and she fixed my hair the way I had initially wanted!! I will for sure be back. Tony did my hair yesterday, boyalage and a cut. I am so happy with the way it came out! I feel like a new me. I cannot fail to mention Tony's winning personality, he made me feel taken care of and comfortable throughout the entire process. I've found my new cosmetologist!
