Glad I went here when I moved to Indianapolis. Professional setting and clean. Julia listen to me and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Which says a lot! I suggest this this to all who are looking for a place that takes their time and cares about their work and making the customer satisfied. Ask for Julia. Great communicator and made me feel like I was a client for years! Will will be back!

Julia G. always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and provide suggestions that suited my hair type and lifestyle perfectly. The entire experience is always exceptional and leaves me feeling pampered and valued. Julia G's attention to detail is unparalleled, and her skill with scissors is truly artistry. My haircut and color and extensions is beyond my expectations, and I've received so many compliments over the last 20 years of her doing my hair. Good service. Came in asking if they had availability for walk-ins. The blonde girl w/ pretty eyes said she’d ask around. They couldn’t fit me in but she said she could take my info for tmrw’s availability. I politely declined. She didn’t have to ask around and I didn’t have to wait for this information

I have been seeing Tierany for YEARS and she recently moved to Ciao Bella- the whole team is amazing!! I have even moved an hour away and still travel to see Tierany and the team here, because they are that amazing!

Tatyana is now my forever stylist😊 I booked an appointment last minute with Ciao Bella salon before a vacation and had no idea what to expect. Tatyana KNOWS what she’s doing! I have long, thick(ish) hair with natural curl and she brought this mane to life for the first time in so long!

Tyshell is the best hair stylist I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She is super passionate about what she does and fun to talk to. She constantly kept checking with me to make sure she knew what I wanted and let me know what was going on during the entire process. I just moved out to Indy and was worried I'd have to go through a few stylists to find one that I meshed with and was top tier working with fashion colors but I'm happy to say I've hit a bullseye first try. I'll definitely be hitting her up for work again!

Walked in looking for a new hairstylist that would listen to me about my hair strongly pulling warm as the hairstylist I had kept making my hair look like apricot. I was greeted at the front door and they found me a hairstylist! Maddy got me in and fixed a hot mess. She listened and I am definitely happy with her as a stylist. Looking forward to my next appointment

Stephanie was super friendly, does great work, and very professional! I loved that she took her time and wasn’t trying to rush. She was also great with sanitizing everything. All in all a great experience, definitely going back!
