I'm a 67yr old male. I came to Dr. Stephens around 9yrs ago with multiple issues. Insomnia, high stress, anxiety, poor libido, and other emotional discomforts. She examined me thoroughly, and after proper blood testing administered protocols for HRT, Heavy metals, nutrition advice, vitamins, and others. Well, after a couple of years I got my life back.....All of it! I later brought in my wife who is now 73 and now we have been living life at the optimum. The office staff (and Kim) are always kind and professional, and make us feel like friends of the family. Highly recommended!

So I recently moved to Newnan and needed a new OBGYN. I found this place on google and I’m glad that I did! First, the facility is very nice inside and smells amazing something like aromatherapy. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and made me feel comfortable from the start. Now let’s get to Nurse Barbee…she made me feel sooooo comfortable with her during my whole visit! She is easy to talk to and didn’t rush my appointment. You can tell these ladies care and this is why I will be back for any obgyn needs. They also offer a wide variety of other things that I probably will look into in the future. Thanks again y’all!!

I owe my daughter's life to Dr. Stephens. Say what you will, I think highly of her and the care she provides. I've never had an issue with her staff but everyone's experience is different. Mine is one that I will always remember. Thank you for all you do.

I’m so happy I found Dr. Stevens and her team at Ciao Bella! They proved a relaxed environment where I feel like I’m part of a family. Dr. Stevens and her staff are unbelievably knowledgeable about all of the aspects of every service they provide. The bio identical hormone replacement therapy has improved my mental clarity and energy by leaps and bounds! Thank you guys for everything! You have a client and friend for life!

I love Dr. Stephens and her staff . Dr . Stephens cares about her patients and gives so much time and attention to help with medical concerns . She has excellent treatment options for men and women . She is constantly researching information to give her patients the best treatment possible in a holistic manner. She focuses on health and offers so many nutritional , hormonal, and GYN treatment plans that are natural and non-synthetic ! I trust her so much and she has so much knowledge . You must come to this clinic it will change your life ! She can help you with weight loss, (I lost 7-8 pounds in one week on HCG and text everyday with someone on the staff to review weight and give motivation) aide men and women on hormone imbalances to make you feel great, and bring back your inner 20’s, and she also aides in all GYN concerns with a lot of knowledge . There is no judgment and she genuinely wants the best for her patients ! You have tried the rest now come to the best , Dr Stephens is amazing! 💕

I went for a new patient visit to discuss my 61 year old hormones and whether I was a candidate for bio-identical hormones and to evaluate my thyroid issues. Dr. Stephens was very meticulous in reviewing my history and spent a lot of time educating me on my options. I will go back to her and feel confident I have found the right doctor to look after me. A nurse recommended her from Newnan Hospital.

WHY IS THE STAFF WRITING REVIEWS??? I have gone to Ciao Bella Center since 2012 on and off. Recently my mother passed so the weight I lost came back. I was a little skeptical about going back to Ciao Bella because of the way they treated my mother ... the staff is not pleasant and carry "not want to be there" attitudes... one of the reasons why I know of more people who chose to not visit this facility ...but I overlooked it and made an appointment anyway back in 2016. The day of my appointment I received a call 30 mins before my scheduled appointment informing me that I needed to reschedule because the doctor had to leave. Considering that I was 1 hour away from the facility so was already in my car headed there and also took time off work to make it to my appointment, I was not happy with that phone call. I gave the feedback to the office manager Kim, and just like any consumer, I felt that it would be understood ... considering that's an office manager. In my field of customer service it is understood that a MANAGER should be able to handle any feedback whether positive or negative. Well, now its 2017 and I thought I would give them a try AGAIN only to be told I have been 'blackballed'. So, because of the inconsideration done towards me I am no longer welcomed in their facility. So, me being a paying customer I am not one to let a staff know any feedback that is needed? The doctor gets on the phone saying that her entire staff received hostility. When did I talk to an entire staff? Last I check the MANAGER was the only one I gave the feedback to. Then she goes on to say that I was inside the facility where the 'incident' took place. Inside??? I never even made it to the facility to have an encounter due to a canceled appointment. Insert confused face here. Then she says the incident took place in 2015 .... insert another confused face. So, not only has the staff been rude to my mother, and others who refuse to go to this facility, now I have experienced it. If I could calculate all the money I have given to Dr. Stephens and her staff I would ... so to be treated in an unfair way all because of their inconsideration is not how you conduct a business.
