I had the most wonderful experience. It started with booking the appointment. Had a great chat with Kim, the receptionist, she was kind and patient and worked with me. Emma Amos was my stylist and I’m over the moon elated with her work.

Meaghan (Level 1) did a fantastic job with my hair today. I really like how diligent she worked to make sure she achieved the desired look I was going for. I was going for a bob cut, however my hair is thick so it usually takes more work/skill to get it right but it turned out really well! She also gave me some tips on how to style it and which products to use for my type of hair. I am also a new client and got a nice discount off my first cut. Great service and definitely recommend this hair salon!

Harper is absolutely amazing!!! My cut and color is exactly what I wanted! For the first time ever, my husband and my adult teen were blown away when I got back home! They couldn’t get over how great it looks!!! Also, I received a full face wax and it was basically painless and she conditioned my skin afterwards. Ciao Bella truly lives up to its name…beautiful!!! 🥰

I saw Emma today. She was amazing. She started off my session with an amazingly relaxing shampoo and head massage and then gave me the perfect cut. If you want bangs, she is definitely the stylist for you.

Love this Salon! We just moved here from Michigan and I was stressed finding a good reputable salon. Thank goodness I called Ciao Bella! I spoke with Sandy the owner, ironically from Michigan too! She assigned me to Angela for my color and cut.. Angela is AWESOME! She did a great job and I look forward to my next appointment!

You will leave this place looking and feeling like a new, more confident man. No one will ever touch my hair or face again. These ladies are the kindest and most knowledgeable folks in the business. Extremely overpriced. The stylist did not provide a consultation. Instead of listening to what I wanted, she decided what would to do based on how much she could over-charge me. She didn't even bother looking at my inspo pics. I came wanting a bob and to refresh some highlights was told it wouldn't suit my face shape. I left looking the same way I came minus several hundred dollars and with poorly lifted highlights that will need to be re-toned after a couple washes. Disappointed.

Katie is a hair magician!! I saw her for the first time for color and a cut, and she was amazing!! I have very curly hair and she took her time to go over techniques, products, tips, etc... I have already set up my next appointment with her! She is so sweet and friendly, as well as highly skilled and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience!!

Loved being in the salon from the moment I got there to the moment I left. Everyone is very kind and the place is super beautiful! Paige got my faith back, I was totally disappointed with the "hair services" I've been receiving in Louisville, I've been to three or four different salon and every time just disappointment. Extremely happy I've found Paige and the Ciao Bella Salon :-)

After an extremely bad experience at another salon, Reagan came highly recommended by both my daughters and wow. She is phenomenal. She took her time confirming exactly what I wanted and then the time flew by and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted! She suggested some great products that I'm excited to try and for the first time in a long time, I'm looking forward to coming in for my next visits.

I had an amazing experience! I loved my hair and haircut. Ally is so amazing and so nice. My appointment didn’t feel awkward at all. Although it was a tad out of my budget. It was still worth it though!! I would 100% come back!!!

I had a 5pm appointment today that was booked 10 days ago. 4:50 pm I’m getting a call that the stylist isn’t available and I need to either pick a level 1 stylist or reschedule my appointment for the next week with the stylist I prefer. I had to plan or alter many schedules to be available for this appointment ! I hope u guys revise ur policy to credit money to customer account if u cancel us last minute or don’t over book ur stylists or give a one hour notice atleast. Pathetic! I was asked to reschedule some other time and not for the same day or next day morning like how the salon have responded below for my review comment. Stylist dint opt to stay late either nor apologized. She jus said that she has no schedule to have me for that day and suggested to look for some other time next week 😂 What a big stack of lies you guys document as your response to my review above 😅 I can only laugh about this now , as I let go of my frustration.

I absolutely LOVED my first experience at Ciao Bella. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming...even the receptionist who checked me in was amazing. Emma had a thorough consultation with me prior to getting started and really listened to what I was asking for. She took so much time doing my hair and her attention to detail really shows in the end result. I love the cut and color that I received, have already received so many compliments (and referred several people to her!) and scheduled a follow up appointment. All in all, a fantastic experience!

If you’re looking for good service, this place isn’t it. The stylist will cancel last minute, literally less than 24 hours of appointment confirmation. Terrible communication skills. It’s likely that you will not be notified of cancellation. They will not confirm your information to properly notify you. When you show up to your appointment that is canceled, that you’ll be unaware of, be prepared to take blame for their lack of communication. When you arrive, you’ll meet a receptionist who is ridiculously rude. The solution to this, will be to reschedule for the next day. I highly recommend spending your time and money somewhere else.

Cassie was wonderful!!! She is ALWAYS patient and incredibly kind with my girls when she cuts their hair. And the haircuts ALWAYS look AMAZING!!! She is THE BEST! She also does my hair and has never, not once, failed me!
