Great place for a haircut!! Very affordable!! Cindy does great fades and tapers They even dye hair… Women’s, men’s they do it all Cindy is so friendly and nice You can pay with Venmo which is great also

Cindy's very friendly, welcoming, and warm. Affordable in a up and coming neighbourhood. Might be where Seneca used to be but who knows 🤷♂️😊
