The cut came out great, but the old lady who used the razor on me cut the back of my neck.($15 + $5tip). Over all she did great tho, she might need to work on her razor skills. (Old Asian lady)

Cindy is a rare gem. I’ve never had such an inexpensive haircut and I really appreciate Cindy’s boss babe efforts to open her own place in South Philly after working in Little Saigon for someone else. I don’t need much-just trims every now and then and the pictures I’m posting are a month after and right after my last haircut. So her work lasts a while and I keep forgetting to put my hair in a bonnet at night. Best value, friendly service, all in all a great business

Great neighborhood spot for inexpensive boys haircuts. The stylist was so patient with our son and meticulous with shaping his hairline and giving him the exact cut of the pic he requested. Didn’t wait too long on a Saturday morning as a walk-in but we just beat the rush so maybe call ahead.

I have gone to a lot of hair Salons, and now I have finally found my favorite. The highlights were really well done, the staff were very nice and had a very close attention to detail.

I like this salon very much they open late at night and convenience I can go there after work 8:30pm they are still open. They cut fast and a very nice hair so ask for Cindy I would not go to any salon but here love it very much

Went here on a whim as my usual hair place was booked. Asked for root touch up. Was not the color I asked for and there are bleed marks all over my head.
