I went to get balayage a couple weeks ago, The environment is so welcoming and the staff is very friendly. Esme did my hair. She is very professional and made my experience very nice, not to mention the amazing job she did on my hair! I am in love with how it turned out. I showed her my inspiration and she did it how i wanted it. I will be returning with her!

Was looking for the right place to cut my long and thick hair and this was definitely the right place! I had Esme and she was so comfortable to be around and very professional. I will definitely be going back for anything to do with my hair ☺️

If you want quality, come here. The reviews speak for themselves. Came in late during the day, with no appointment, for a certain haircut and color, and Roman greatly exceeded my expectations. Seriously, he knows his stuff. I left thinking he was a hair wizard, and I definitely will be book with him again soon. You should too.

Cindy is amazing! For 12 years she's been the only one allowed to touch my hair. Even when I lived in North Dakota, Colorado, Washington and Virginia, I'd come home to visit family and would make sure to make an appointment so she could cut my hair. Thankfully we are back in El Paso now. My daughter now also only goes to her. I took her to someone else one time and they butchered her hair. Cindy fixed it, and now we will never go to anyone else.

This is the first time I’ve left a salon loving my hair! I’ve had many salon mishaps in the past, but I am so happy that I decided to come to Cindy’s Hair Saloon. The atmosphere was very inviting, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I booked an appointment with Roman, and he did not disappoint! He paid attention to the fine details, and truly cares about his art, which is apparent in the work he did on my hair. I will definitely come back in the future, and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to leave a salon with a haircut BETTER than what they were hoping for.

Came in with dead hair and hopes 😢 and left with a gorgeous cut and silky smooth hair, Roman was such a pleasure to talk to and learn from he was willing to answer every question big or small and gave me so many tips on caring for my hair and hair type, 10/10 recommend him and this location! I look forward to future haircuts at this beautiful & cozy salon!

First time going to this place @2:15pm on 6/29/24 and was able to get a walk in with Roman I will forever go here. I never had a guy cut my hair but let me tell you Roman did and he paid attention to what I wanted and my concerns he took his time and explained everything he was doing while cutting my hair. He was so nice and took his time. Highly recommend Roman! I give him 10/10 🙌🏽

I've been going to this hair salon since before Cindy took over and I always have a great experience! My scheduled appointment couldn't be honored by the stylist but Cindy and her team communicated openly and exceptionally well with me and other customers that were waiting. Cindy did my hair and she did amazing! I will always recommend this salon to my friends for sure! Also, Cindy did so well with the interior and decor of the hair saloon, it looks so cute!

It has taken me a while to write this review because life happens, however, I must say that Cindy's Hair Salon and staff are so genuenly welcoming and kind. I first must start off by recognizing the sense of calmness and comfort their place provides. I love how they all work together to make sure their customers have a great experience. I went for highlights and Iris did an absolutely amazing job! I'm so grateful for her advice hand tips for curly hair. I get alot of compliments about my hair and of course I have to say that Cindy's Hair Salon goes above and beyond!

My experience at Cindy's Hair Saloon was absolutely wonder. The atmosphere is so lively, all the stylist work together as a team, which is so rare to see at a hair salon. I got a curl perm and I absolutely love the results and the long process was pleasant the whole 4 hours! This hair salon is as perfect as it gets!!!

I cannot express how happy I was with services that I experienced. While i was there, not one customer left unsatisfied. Everyone left with a smile. Cindy herself introduced herself to everyone who walked in the door. Her students followed suit. She is a great owner and leader. I've been on the hunt for a stylist who does dry cuts since moving from Austin. I'm SOO happy to have found Cindy! She gave me the perfect shag and in a fraction of the time it normally takes for me to get my haircut! The environment is inviting and warm.
