I will never be going to this salon again. I bought some fake nails from Walmart decided to go to this nail salon to get them put on. I went the day before my birthday to get them put on ( my birthday is December 15th) Getting them put on I didn't have any problems. Went back last night to get them taken off and I walked in and I told the girl that put them on for me that I needed to get them taken off. Instead of being respectful and saying someone will be right with you. She laughed and turned around and walked off. ( poor customer service skills ) then a guy came up and said he would take them off for me and ended up cutting my skin right under my nail on one of my thumbs and holding the other thumb way to tightly w while he was getting the nail off. Cutting off all the blood circulation in that thumb and it turned red. I told him he cut me and he was holding the thumb to tight but he ignored me and kept going. Then made me pay to get them taken off. I never ever had to pay to get them taken off and I never got cut or hurt getting them taken off neither. So I will say it again I will Never Be Going To This Nail Salon Again!!! And If Your Reading This and Your Smart You Wouldn't neither. This Nail Salon Doesn't care about their Customers all they want is the $$$$$ STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON!!!!

Not impressed. I had a gel fill and it started peeling off in about a week an a half. I thought it felt like the gel filling and polish didn't seem dry when I got home. They didn't leave my nails under the LED lamp long enough.

Tony is absolutely amazing! Takes his time and makes sure the customer is happy. I’ve been to other people in the salon and had 3 nails break off the next day. I would suggest seeing Tony if coming here because everything he does is quality.

I asked a set of acrylics with ombré and even showed an inspiration picture, and got nothing that even slightly resembles ombré and was still charged an extra $25 for “ombré”. They are extremely lumpy and uneven.

My mom made an appointment for herself, me and my sister. My mom won’t say anything but she thought the man that did her pedicure was rough. Me and my sister got acrylic full sets. Both have several problems. My tech almost drilled holes through my natural nails it felt like. Got offended when I told him one of the nails was crooked. I have cuts and glue all over my fingers and cuticles. And neither nail techs, for me or my sister, pushed back or cleaned our cuticles at all, both sets are extremely lumpy and mine were rushed. I was done in less than 20 minutes. My sister wanted to also get ombré on her nails… which my mom was charged for. And they’re ugly and unprofessional as heck!! They’re not even close to being an ombre it just looks like she didn’t finish painting towards the base of my sister’s nail. Me and my sister are very unhappy and our mom should be given a refund at least on those garbage excuses for ombré!!

Moved here a year ago and gave this place several chances. Very rough and non caring and unfriendly. Walked out this week and had to put bandaids on two of my fingers again. Sore nails from removal of acrylic or gel nails that they did. If I ask what kind of nails would be better so my nail bed won’t get damaged they answer as if it’s my fault and they’re just doing their job.(?) Sometimes I get a hand massage sometimes I don’t. If I complain they are hurting they tell me they are just doing their job. Sometimes there is a language barrier and other times there is not. I pay and tip and not even a thank you. Horrible.

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for 10 years, always receiving excellent eyebrow waxing from Tony and Phuong, whom I highly recommend. However, my recent experience with another staff member was extremely disappointing. During my last visit, the wax was incredibly hot, causing painful marks on my left eyebrow that took almost a week to heal. Additionally, she left some wax on my skin. My eyebrows were sore for days afterward. I paid for the service, but I’m unsure if I’ll return to this salon. This experience has made me question the consistency and quality of service provided by some staff members. I’ve attached a photo of my eyebrow to show the marks left by the hot wax.

This is the worst place to get nails done. Good prices but still a waste of money! They told my daughter that they had butterfly charms until it was time to get them designed and they didn’t have it. Then they tried to argue with her about the design she had in a photo to show them was “photoshopped”. We should have demanded a refund. Not to mention the lengths are completely different from nail to nail. Not even at all!

Beware! I went to have a mani and pedi. While I was there the experience was fine. When I went to check out my total bill was much higher than stated. The real problem was that I got a fungus or something from the salon. When my polish was removed from my toe nails my nails were soft and white. I would not recommend this salon unless you want to over pay and have your nails ruined!

Gave clear instructions of what we wanted for my daughter. They decided to give her fake nails, saying her nails are too short. They look absolutely horrible fake nails aside. I have tried to give them the benefit of a doubt after a bad experience before but, never again. If they can’t do better than that and do what the client ask, they need to shut down. She has polish on her skin and they didn’t even cover their whole nail with the dip.

I had an amazing experience at Cindy’s. I was a walk in and Tony took me shortly after. He did a wonderful job with my dip nails and I will definitely be coming back. I have struggled to find a nail salon that I like with fair pricing and I finally found it! Thank you Tony and Cindy’s Nails!

I moved to the area a little over a year ago and tried 4 different salons. I believe Cindy's nails is the best for what you pay. The 3 women who work here are great!

I moved to the area from Brier Creek about a year ago and have been trying to find a good nail salon ever since - AND THIS IS IT! They do a great job, are fast and very reasonably priced. The best part is they are open on Sundays!

The technician did not match mail length or shape when repairing my nail, and he didn’t seem interested in doing anything about it when I pointed it out. Very rough with the file, cut my fingers in several places. I will not return to this establishment.

Today was the 2nd time I got my nails done here. I got a manicure and both of my daughters got pedicures. The staff here has been so pleasant to deal with. Their customer service is above and beyond the other nail salons I have visited in the area. They are very kind, and not short with the customers, and we were seated almost immediately. They were even able to accommodate an additional request for a full acrylic set. Very pleased with their service.

The staff was nice and friendly. The quality of service was poor. I still have some of my previous nail polish on my finger nail. The guy that did my nails seemed rushed. The salon looked like it needed a good cleaning.
