I dont trust anyone but Brittany with my hair! The cut and color is always perfect & looks flawlessly lived in. Not to mention she makes your hair look so natural you can grow it out in between appointments without looking you desperately need a cut/color! I would give Brittany ten stars if I could!

I had an hour long facial with Lizzie (including derma planing) and I emerged a more beautiful, rested version of myself. My entire body was relaxed and 4 days later, I'm still receiving compliments on my skin. Lizzie is a fountain of knowledge. I'm hooked!!

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time, but I left with burns in my eyelids. My partner and I were going to a wedding this weekend, and I wanted to look my best. I had never gotten my eyebrows done before, so I was very excited. This salon was recommended to me by my partner, she had just gone recently and had a great experience. The interior is gorgeous and the staff were super nice. When it was my turn, I was taken to a room with relaxing music, a fireplace, and a comfy bed/chair with rumble mat. My eyebrows were trimmed, waxed, and plucked. It was quick and easy, and the price was $30. I gave an additional tip and went on my way. I felt great at the end, very excited! Unfortunately the waxing process left me a burn. At first it didn't look bad, but it was very painful and red, and sadly it continues to be very very painful. While I'm upset I will be attending the wedding with my face marked up, I just hope it doesn't leave a permanent scar. Edit: Citrine reached out to help. It was thoughtful of them to offer me a refund and a way to soothe the wound. I'll try the Aquaphor when I get the chance.

They are no transparent about their no-show fee while making an appointment and charge the person without giving a heads-up. When I tried to reschedule nobody picked the call and I was charged on my phone. They didn’t even try to accommodate a different time-slot. Really disappointed about them being so dishonest. It would be best if they could have given a heads up about it. Please don’t consider this place if you guys are first-time guest there. Update: The owner just wouldn’t agree to reschedule because they care about “Google reviews” more than the customer. If a person gives good review irrespective of how the place is, they are ready to accommodate. Unfortunately, we the clients go by these reviews. So I would say this definitely is a place that takes money from your card which they are supposed to keep it on hold until the appointment time.

If there was a way to give more than five stars I would. I used to hate getting my hair cut, but after finding this salon, I look forward to it every time. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and atmosphere of the shop is so cute and welcoming! And the work they do is amazing! My hair has never looked better and I leave feeling great every time. Thanks guys!!!

Meghann is a hair extension QUEEN! I've been to multiple salons over the years for my extensions and Meghann's installs are so much more comfortable, natural, and custom. Goodbye, days of scalp pain after an install! Goodbye, uneven coloring and visible bands! No one ever believes I have extensions. That's how magical Meghann is. She's also an amazing human and the salon is so welcoming and peaceful. I won't go anywhere else!

Haley is an excellent colorist, stylist, who listens to me and asks questions and gives suggestions for a plan to get to where I want to be with my hair. Always leave with better than what I imagined, style and color perfectionist!!

If you are looking for Fanstasy colors, then Haley is your girl! She is THE BEST!!! 🫶🏼 💜 My last couple experiences have been pretty great! The time before last I had the pleasure of getting my hair washed and rinsed by Carsyn… she did such a great job in that bowl that I told her she might have to do it every time!!! 😂 And the way my color turned out from Haley was nothing less than AMAZING!! 💜 My last experience I was made to feel like a queen by Cassie and the esthetician, Chloe. Cassie was able to get me booked in as a last minute switch to be able to get all kinds of facial stuff done. I am not the girliest of girls but it felt great getting all the treatments and getting my eyebrows waxed!!! Overall, I am impressed with the environment, the ambiance, the hospitality, the education, the services, the products, and the overall experience of Citrine Hair + Skin as a whole, but Haley, Carsyn, Cassie, & Chloe have all played a part in enhancing my experiences at Citrine and I am grateful for that! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Rachel is the best. She is great listener and does wonders with my hairs. Every time I go I don’t like my hair and when I leave I love my hair. I get so many compliments of my color. The salon is very cute and clean. The girls are amazing. Best part is they free drinks and snacks.❤️

The salon itself is so cute and welcoming. I’ve had great experiences with balayage and hair cuts here. Kati is great and listens super well to what you want, checks in frequently while doing the hair and really made me feel comfortable. They even had me send in photos of inspo and when I got there Kati had them saved too and asked me specific clarifying questions and it really does make you feel like you’re in good hands. I went for bangs as well for my first time in over 20 years and she was patient in cutting them and teaching me how to style and get used to them. All so appreciated. I even went for an updo with a random stylist for a wedding and had a bit of disappointment with it..long story short they handled it really well and it made me still want to come back. Thank you ladies!

Haley is the best! She always listens to what I want and walks me through whatever process that entails. When I started having an allergic reaction to hair dye, she special ordered me dye that didn’t irritate my scalp so I’m still able to cover those pesky grays. She’s also super fun and I always enjoy my time with her. Highly recommend!

I adored Megan! She was really good with my autism and patient, which is hard to find for us. She also gave me loads of advice on how to better care for my curls. The photos were taken after a few hours of walking around in the heat and it still looks amazing. (Coloring done by me)

This review is long overdue! Love this salon. Kati has been my stylist for over a year. As someone with thick, sometimes long, and very dark hair- she is super patient, takes her time, and I never feel rushed! She’s taken me lighter and back to the dark side. :) I always walk out excited about my new style. It’s a bonus that she’s also super easy to chat with and I enjoy my time in her chair. Highly recommend! Also, since having my second child my time is more limited and Chloe works with me to give me an eyebrow wax during my hair service. And she does such a great job- also takes her time and pays attention to detail!

AMAZING! The staff here are some of the kindest, most talented hair & skin stylists I have ever encountered! Whenever I leave the salon after Meghann does my hair, I feel am amazed at how beautiful my hair looks! Gorgeous blonde coloring everytime, she works miracles with blonde hair & extensions! The color work here is amazing, they can set you up with any color of the rainbow & you will not be disappointed! Also, the facials with Chloe are amazing!!

I got my first Mani by Chloe yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! She used a new dry Mani technique and I'm now obsessed. I've been going for monthly facials with her (which are my favorite form of self care) and now I think I need to add manis to the rotation!

I moved to the Columbus area early last year and was so sad to leave my old hair stylist - that was until I found Citrine! I’ve seen Kati a handful of times now, and she nails it every single time. I’m so grateful to have found Rachel! I sat in her chair the first time in tears rocking a mullet pixie situation that was mousy grey. We landed on a gloss to make me feel more me. Visit after visit she listened carefully to meet me where I was, guys we grew out a pixie with no awkward stage. I now have healthy long hair that’s the perfect amount of blond with a lived in vibe to give me more time between appointments. All stars go to Rachel and the citrine team

Kati is literally the best! I’ve been seeing her for the past year for partial dimensions 3-4 times a year, and my hair has never been healthier - truly, I have fine hair that actually holds curls now! She is the most detailed, thoughtful, and intuitive hair stylist I’ve ever worked with, and I feel so comfortable in her chair. She also does killer blowouts that last for several days!

When my hairstylist of 10 years plus became the owner of her salon and wasn’t cutting hair anymore I struggled to find someone who worked with my hair texture and took their time. I found Kati and she listened to what I wanted and the struggles I had been having. The outcome was the best haircut I have ever received. Now I bring my 7 year old daughter to Kati and have recommended her to my friends. So thankful to have found her!
