City Cave Near Southside is the perfect place to relax and unwind! The atmosphere is clean, modern, and peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We tried the float therapy and infrared sauna, and both were incredibly relaxing. If you're looking for a great wellness experience, I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing experience at City Cave ! The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the staff was so kind. I loved starting with a warm cup of tea before the sauna, it set the perfect tone for relaxation. The sauna itself was just the right temperature, with soothing aromatherapy and lighting. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to come back!

Had a very relaxing day with a sauna, float, and massage! The sauna was surprisingly my favorite part and I love that you have your own private room and can connect your phone. This was my first time trying float therapy and that was nice as well being able to disconnect from everything. The staff are wonderful and very kind! SN: the tea they serve in the relaxation room is amazing 😍 Definitely will be coming back!

Incredible experience! If you haven’t tried floating… it is out of this world! I did the sauna, the float and a massage with Hannah! Just do it! Leslie at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. Walks you through the entire process and oh my gosh… the tea! The hot tea! Yall… just go for it!

The Flauna was such an incredible and unique experience! I am already a huge fan of the infrared sauna, but spending the dedicated time to detox & sweat before floating in the most relaxing and comfortable Epsom salt filled bath was spectacular. From the moment we stepped in the door I felt relaxed and greeted with the best customer service. Very highly recommend for anyone looking for a self-care spa day or a new form of recovery to incorporate into your wellness routine. I will definitely be returning!

A friend told me about City Cave and after a a particularly stressful day I decided to book a float. It was my first float experience so I didn't know what to expect but I'm so glad I went! I started in the relaxation room where I had a lovely cup of tea and then moved to my float room. There was a table for my items and a shower in the room. You can pick your soundtrack and I went with Forest. You can also turn the lights off, which I did. Make sure to use the skin protectant on any cuts or scrapes or you will feel it lol! I hold all my stress in my neck and shoulders but after 10 or so minutes I was able to fully relax which was amazing. I can't wait to visit again.

WOW! I highly recommend City Cave Near Southside. The atmosphere is relaxing with lots of perks, I really enjoys the hot tes. I did the sauna/massage combo and truly enjoyed both. The sauna was incredible but Hannah was amazing! I went in with serious neck and shoulder pain and came out able to move more freely. I've already booked my next appointment, I suggest getting in before the news of this hidden gem gets out!

Beautiful location & easily accessible. The spa is clean, inviting and a perfect spot to relax. The float rooms are spacious and open for maximum comfortability. They also have everything you could need to refresh after a float before you head back out into the world. The relaxation room is a perfect addition to follow up your service with. I will definetely be recommending City Cave to my clients and family.

I enjoyed a midday float at City Cave this afternoon and it was a great experience. I was greeted warmly and guided through what to expect on my first float. The interiors are beautifully decorated in a low-stim environment, and the entire place was immaculately clean. I can’t wait to integrate this into my wellness routine!

We visited a few days after New Year's and what a great, relaxing way to start the new year. It's great to experience a float in an open pool instead of the pods. And even better to share as a couple. The owners are fantastic, they take the time to explain everything, answer any questions and make you feel welcome. The pool rooms are very nice and have everything to make the experience enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for a solo or couple spa day to relax and de-stress.

First of all, let me say that Rusty and Jennifer the owners are first class, salt of the earth type people! I typically live a fast-paced life because I’m a business owner and I’m always out on the field doing construction. I live in the world of high stress and no sleep. A friend of mine had recommended that I go to one of these spas. After my experience today, I am hooked. After a 45 minute sauna session my wife and I jumped into the float tank. What an amazing experience!!! If you’ve never tried it, you’ve got to try it once. If you deal with any type of anxiety r stress you will definitely know immediately when you literally feel the stress leave your body. The whole two hour session was that. Incredible experience. I bought a couple of gift cards for Christmas presents and thought I should try "floating" for myself. This was one of the most interesting experiences I've ever had - in a really good way! If you're curious, on a health or spiritual journey or just need to REALLY unplug, this is your ticket. The float is effortless. The temperature is so prefect you can't tell what body parts are in or out of the water. You choose your input (music, sounds, silence) and you're in control of the lighting. The private float room definitely had the "elevated spa" vibe - the whole place did! I completely understand why they suggest at least three floats to really understand the effects/benefits. I believe the hostess during my visit was Tanitia (a may have her name all wrong - apologies!) was amazing - engaging and informative. I bought a package and will be booking another float in the next week, I can't wait!

Loved, LOVED my first visit to City Cave! Super attentive staff, relaxing atmosphere, calming background music, clean rooms and lots of amenities in the relaxation room. My service was a 90 minute massage and a float. Both were the exact medicine I needed for achy muscles and my stressed brain right before the holidays. I'm absolutely going to be a regular now!

The float was amazing! I loved it. It relaxed me to the core. I also had a great massage by Hannah. Minor negative: Along with some nice meditative music in the relaxation room, they also played some Christian and patriotic tunes which I did not appreciate. Also, definitely recommend bringing your own hair conditioner. I look forward to another float soon.

Wow! I followed a sauna session with a float. By mid float my mind was quiet, and the quiet remained even through the next work day. The setting, the staff and the services made my overall experience beautiful. I’m anticipating my next visit.
