The owner of this salon was doing my hair, when I arrived she was already serving another girl, which is why I had to wait a little, although I had an appointment for a certain time and I did not have much free time to wait. After a while, she sat me down in a chair and started curling my hair. However, she often returned to another client whose hair she was coloring, which really irritated me. Each client pays for the time and service they receive from you. It's just disrespectful to treat customers like that! I would like to point out the unprofessional behavior of the owner of this salon when she asked a young girl, who probably held a curling iron for the first time in her hands, to help her with my hair. Of course the owner began to be unable to cope with two clients at the same time, so she asked the girl who was present in the salon to help her. Unfortunately, this girl accidentally burned my neck several times with the curling iron, which was terrible. In the end, I asked her not to touch me and let the owner take care of my hair, since I pay her for the service. It seems that the owner is trying to earn all the money in the world. Although this is impossible, she apparently does not realize it. It is important to focus on quality rather than quantity! I didn't like the hairstyle at all, so I can't recommend this salon. And the attitude towards clients is a separate topic, which there is nothing to comment on even here.

I had hair extensions done at this salon, very satisfied, natural hair is indistinguishable from my own, I get a lot of compliments on my hair, no one knows it's extensions. thanks to the wonderful team of this salon. definitely back

I would highly refrain from giving this salon any business. They caused severe burns on my legs. The owner refused to accept full responsibility and blamed the burns and skin damage on her employee. The owner was not sympathetic and extremely rude and disrespectful and insisted I call her employee whom she fired to deal with problem and reimburse me for all light therapy I had to do repair my skin. Do not go here unless you want to suffer due to the negligence of poor professionalism. Really horrific. The owner should be ashamed of herself and the people she hires.

Do not waste your time going there...This salon has the most unreliable workers ever. So unprofessional.. I made two appointments..the first one I waited really long and the nail girl simply did not show up.. the second appointment I called to confirm before driving almost 50 min from the other side of brooklyn and they confirmed it, only to show up and them canceling a second time. Do not trust this place to keep the appointments you make. Completely unreliable and not trustworthy.

I cannot thank City Glam enough for their incredible work. I got hair extensions for the first from them the other day, and I am very impressed. The owner, Inna did my hair extensions and she is incredibly talented! She took her time to make microscopic capsules, which do not weigh down my very thin hair. For her work I was astonished that it took only around an hour and half for top quality work-- most other places take four or more hours (on top of overcharging you). The hair is real Slavic hair (best quality), and also so soft, it feels like your real hair. She offers a very fair price for excellent craftmanship and artistry. It is worth every penny. :) Looking forward to our follow up appointment to get them reattached. Thank you for making me feel so beautiful and confident. <3

I had very long black hair wanted to do balayage color. They wanted me to cut a inch off because my hair was too black, but it ended up my hair being up to my chest. They completely burned my hair. They don’t know what they’re doing at all. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless your hair is cut to the back of your head and neck and just wanna bleach it and just want extensions then you can go to them but if you like your own long hair and just want it to get a color in it, I do not recommend this place at all. I had to cut my hair into a bob cut I was not happy with my hair at all btw I Peed $300 so it is not worth it. After they burn my hair up to my chest, I went somewhere else to go cut my hair into a bobcut just to save my hair they don’t do a good job at all and not to be disrespectful. They don’t even speak that much of English so they won’t even understand what you’re saying or what you’re asking for..

Friendly atmosphere. Inna and Rachel are great teams. I have visited many hair salons, and most of them didn't listen to your concern, especially after hair coloring is done. But Inna makes sure you get what you want. This is the only place where they use toner after coloring your hair. Cheaper services with astonishing results.

Got my nails done from them last week the tech cut my cuticles raw I reached out to them letting them know hoping for some advice to prevent a infection. I sent pictures and didn’t even get a apology. I was told I would be contacted by the owner and never got a call. 2 of my fingers have been in bandages for days. Just know if you go here and they cut you and give you a infection you wont even get a apology so choose wisely.

I have been going to Inna since I was a kid for hair cuts, extentions, and most importantly balayages. Inna is a master at her work and always does exactly what I show her in my reference pics. When I go out in public, I always get asked where I get my hair done and by who. I always say Inna at City Glam Salon. 🩷

I recently had hair extensions put in at this salon . The color and texture blended perfectly in my hair and looks very natural .I am so happy with how my hair looks and it’s super manageable as well . I should have done this a long time ago .

They saved my hair!!! I went to a different hair dresser and she killed my hair and made it gray. Inna worked with me to get it back to the color I initially wanted! The first two times I went to city glam was the best my hair ever looked, I went to someone else because they were closer to my house. Biggest mistake ever!!!

Warning! 😡😡😡 I advise you never to go to this salon! Very dirty, tools are not sanitized, used from one client to another, it's disgusting. The atmosphere is very tense, low level of service, rudeness of the staff, tactlessness, irresponsibility in work. While I was waiting for my turn, I heard a lot of insults towards regular customers (I won’t repeat those insults). The most annoying is specialist Inna, she screams at the whole salon, interferes with the work of others and doesn’t do her job well. Save you time, hair and money - choose another one salon 💇‍♀️ 😡

Инна волшебница ей нет равных. Она такое вытворяет с человеком что после её работы нет прохода на улице. Нет человека ктобы не сделал комплимент. Это стилист от бога. Её работу должны освещать в лучших престижных журналах . А какая она внимательная любезная красивая и внешне и внутренне. Её работа - произведение искусства.
