Bad customer service! Asked on social media if the price that’s currently posted on their account is accurate, and they gave a condescending answer. Maybe post a newer one and delete old ones so actual interested customers won’t get confused?

City Glow is an entire experience. I have extremely sensitive skin coupled with eczema and occasional dermatographia; facials can often leave me worst off. Anya and City Glow are the only ones I trust. For the first time ever, I am able to get facials and treatments that leave my skin better off than when I walked in. Not only does it produce aesthetic results, but also brings about a sense of peace of mind and confidence. As soon as you enter the doors, you are teleported into an oasis from the bustling city. Sure hands deftly working their magic. TBH it's sometimes it's even more relaxing than a full body massage. You awaken feeling like a princess. And then you see yourself in the mirror. For me, I feel and look rejuvenated like 5-10 years younger. [Photo shows skin post-facial–clear, hydrated, and glowing] It's addictive. You'll feel yourself wanting to come back as often as you possibly can.

I was immediately disappointed upon arrival when I was told the pre- and post- tan treatments that were available to include with the appointment when I booked were actually not available. I would have cancelled if this had been made clear in advance but since I was already there I went ahead with the rapid tan. I waited over 3.5 hours to rinse (no soap) and the next morning the color was too orange and the coverage not consistent… by day 5 my shoulders and arms were fully splotchy and day 6 I still have dark streaks in some places and no color left at all in others.

Easily one of the best facials I’ve had in the city! I got the Deep Pore Detox facial & already feel brand new! So relaxing & a great experience — will definitely be coming back :)

I had an amazing experience at City Glow, New York in the East Vilage! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The salon's atmosphere is chic, clean, and relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. I’ve been coming to City Glow for over a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about it. I always see Anya for my lash lifts, and she never disappoints! She’s so skilled and attentive, making sure my lashes look perfect every time. The lift gives my lashes such a natural, beautiful look without needing extensions, which is exactly what I want. City Glow is the best! I have been getting the deep pore facial monthly for some time and it has transformed my skin. My skin is much cleaner and my pores look so much smaller. Anya is a talented esthetician and is knowledgeable about skin and health. She is delicate and effective with extractions and is so kind. I can tell she really cares about my skin.

I found this wonderful place that takes care of my facial cleanings every month, the estheticians are very detailed and honest with their work, due to my brown skin and PCOS, I have periods of a lot of acne and dark spots, what I recently had was Microneedling and I recommend it 10/10, I think that one session is not enough, but the photos do not do justice to the change in skin texture and shine, so I completely recommend the place and its facials.

I have been getting lashes done for YEARS...and across THREE states. These are the best lashes ever. They stay on for at LEAST 4 wks. The longest I had ever been able to go before was 3 weeks and that was not on purpose. I was typically every 2 weeks. At 4 weeks, I have to "remember" I need an appt. I live in Brooklyn, have been coming to this spot in the city for a year...every time I try to think of changing to a closer spot...I go back to...but 4 weeks though and here I am, a year later. This place is a 40 min drive from my house if that tells you anything.

If you aren’t getting your facials here, you are seriously missing out! Was recommended from a friend and it didn’t disappoint. The deep pore cleansing facial with Kaylin was top notch and includes ALL of the fixings with an extra relaxing facial massage. 5 stars and a must visit!

Love the facials here so much. Lana and Anya are great and so knowledgeable. Not pushy like other salons, yet very informative. Sweetest girls ever! My fav. here compared to other salons is the facial massage that incorporate in their treatments. I fall asleep everytime.

So I get a facial here and the owner then tells me about the moisturizing lotion I should use for my face. She tells me she sells it but I can buy a cheaper one at the Rite Aid down the block. Not sure what made her think she knew what I could and could not afford. I can't help but feel stereotyped in her establishment. I would never go there again.

Earlier this year, I came across City Glow when I was looking for a spot in NYC to upgrade my skin care routine. After getting a few deep pore detox facials (which already felt amazing for my skin) with Anya, she told me that I could benefit from microneedling because of my deep acne scarring and hyperpigmentation. Anya answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable before committing to the procedure. I began regular microneedling treatments around May, and my skin has never looked better a few months later (after just three treatments) -- seriously, it’s like magic. My skin looks more radiant and even-textured, my pores appear much smaller, and I barely ever get breakouts anymore. Also, I’ve noticed such a difference in my makeup application now that I have a smoother skin base, so my makeup doesn’t get flaky or patchy anymore. I don’t even have to use as much makeup anymore because my skin looks beautiful and glowy on its own! I’m impressed every single time by the results, and I can’t wait to get my fourth microneedling treatment in a few days. It didn’t take long for me to become a loyal City Glow customer.
