I was told I was next because no one was waiting and I got there soon as they opened. So I got my pedicure & was done the same time as the nail tech I was waiting for and had to wait an additional 3 hours for service. I will not be back. This is my 5th visit each time I’m denied the service I requested it could be a language barrier but I looked past it. The way she cut my nails off and filed it down so much it started to burn I had to help take my nails off to prevent any more pain. The lady next to me got new nails w/ powder French tips and gemstones. my service was new set w/ powder and yellow outline. For comparison sake how was my nail service more expensive??? (No I’m not including the pedicure) the lady has told me each time I’ve gone in that I don’t know what I’m asking for when I show her pictures. Then a customer has to explain or translate. The prices are reasonable but not consistent and the level of customer service is unacceptable. No thanks for ever.

Bad customer service!! The nails came out looking fine, but the lady was very rough and rude. She ended up cutting me and blamed it on me. I told her I didn’t like one of my nail, that she filed it a bit too much and threw a fit. Thats not very professional of her. I DO NOT recommend!!!

Las chicas hondureñas dan un mal servicio, peleándose con la dueña o encargadas y diciéndole cosas muy feas en español las clientas no vamos a q nos pongan mala cara si tienen un problema arreglesen ustedes 😡.

The worse experience ever! Went in for a pedicure not only did she left small cuts all over my toes but the nail polish also came off before I even left the store 👎🏻

This lady was extremely rude! One nail was more Square than the others so I mentioned if she could fix it and she threw a fit. So I ignored it. Then she said she only understands Spanish so I should speak it or get a translator. I was talking to her in Spanish but it’s a little chopped up so basically insulting my Spanish speaking but I ignored it once again. She than asks me to pick me colors so I did. When I brought her my colors she threw her hands in the Air and said “NOPE this isn’t going to HAPPEN. These polishes are not Gel!” She could’ve easily used the colors I showed her and matched them to Gel but decided To throw a Fit and say “This polish isn’t going to work” I lashed out and said her tone and attitude was very unnecessary! she told me to pick the colors so I did just go and match them to Gel for me! And she continued to verbally assault me. I refused for her to finish them after that treatment and waited for 20 minutes to speak to the Manager who seemed confused and careless about the situation. I Will never come here Again, not even my own mother talks to me in such an ugly tone! I’m pretty sure more than half of them don’t even have Nail Technician Licenses. BEWARE THIS RUDE LADY!!

Today was my first time in. Will be the only place I go now. Need to brush up on my Spanish so I can communicate better. Didn't get the young dudes name but he was great.

Was waiting for a pedicure for more then an hour. Was told to sit in the lobby chairs meanwhile others came coming and they were serviced fire. Very unorganized. Went the following week for acrylic nail set and although service was quick my rhinestone all fell the next day.

I went kind of early 1030 and it was slammed busy.(they open at 10) The place was hopping. There were a whole lot of techs and the only one left was the one I got. $25 for a gel polish (I thought was a fair price)I was in and out in about 40 mins. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff... I will be going back.
