I'm honestly disappointed,I walked in there was only one lady ,she's didn't even acknowledge me ,she only had one customer and her customer informed me that she knew does toes ,I proceed to wait 10 more minutes for her to come out of the back room ,she started turning off the lights and then finally came up to me to ask me what I wanted ,I told her a full set,she looked like she was considering doing them and then just decided not to ,she told me to come back tomorrow.and then asked me to move from in front of her shop so she can close the gate ,I've never had an experience like this but I will NEVER come back !

I'm pissed when I got home my nails were cracking and the acrylic was coming off, my nail bed looks a mess I paid 80$ for my nails I tried to call line always busy at this point I need someone to fix my nail are give me a refund.

I found the person that does a great job on my nails. Lisa, the older woman who is typically in the back doing pedicures. I’ll happily wait for her to service me. I’ve given other nail tech’s there a try, but I can always find shortcomings, which sometimes can be difficult to correct given the language barrier. “Ain’t nobody got time for that.” Therefore, Lisa is my go to. Can’t beat a $20 gel manicure, especially when its done right, and it last! She say “Wha colah you wun?” Sometimes I tell her “pick a colah.” If I tip her real good, she says “I love you!” 🥰

I always come to this nail shop. Lisa did my nails. Very dissatisfied. I asked for skinny square and ended up with coffin shape. She cut me multiple places with the hand file. As I have flesh cuts look red. I asked speak to mangers and showed John my cuts. He said to talk to Lisa. Lisa said sorry. And they both dismiss me like was nothing. My finger are burning.woth open cuts And I'm a dental Assistant. So displeased with how this was handled .

Came here for a manicure and a pedicure, but left out with a half done manicure and I was so upset that I didn’t even want a pedicure. I show her info pic and she quoted me for $70 I said OK so she Continue And then she said she was done. I asked where were the rhinestones. She said no rhinestones. It looks like glitter. I show her the pic again And she said no rhinestone so I asked u can’t do the rhinestone She said I can, but it would Be $120 Which is fine by me the price was OK. So did she proceeded to put the rhinestones on but the rhinestones didn’t look like the picture she didn’t have the different kind of rhinestones. I think it was a problem that she tried to fix small nails on my cuticles when they didn’t fit. Bc the color was also off. SO NEVER AGAIN

About 2 & half weeks ago I went to get my feet done well I was the last client and they put a plastic bag over my toes with my shoes on. Because they were trying to get out to go home and then my toe nail polish was all mess up because it was not really dry and then the lady that did my feet was extremely rough and kind of rude and it was not until I mention I have an ingrown toe tail and to take it out. Well I thought she did but when I got home and really mess down on my toe it was still some what there. Then before I left they said to me to come the next day if my toe nail polish is mess up and assured me even the lady that did my feet that she would be there. I came back the next day and only 2 workers was there and I ask the man that seem like he was the manager if I could be taken care and he said that I need to come back because and he was not the manager and I tried to even call but they don't pick the phone before having to come in and he said that he is not the manager and started yelling and screaming and cursing at me. I am not the one for that mess. Then I came back about 2 & weeks later because my schedule is busy to address the matter and the same guy that was so rude to me state this time he was the manager and then did the same thing. They really sent me in. I will never come back to this dreadful place and the lack of respect is unreal and have reported them to better business as well. The only reason for the 1 star is because you have to put something in there for a review other than that it would have been 0 for sure. Please take your business some where else these people are the worst scums bags.

I Enjoy getting my toes done by Lisa I have only had 1 bad experience out of 14 years or service here its pretty crowded but most of them are very good at what they do I have had my nails done by Ling Luckie and Cocoa I prefer Ling cuz our bond but they are all equally good

I’ve been coming here since 2015 and I just had my last visit. This is the poorest establishment I’ve ever been to in my life. They are disgusting, they’re racist, and plain nasty. I come in with nothing but respect, I too well, and I make appointments. The workers nor the management have any respect, and they don’t appreciate your business at all. I sat and waited for 2 hours for “Lisa” for a pedicure. She only had one client before me, just for her to finish and pawn me on someone else who couldn’t do my nails properly. Lisa was so disrespectful, so nasty, so rude. Their primary audience is Black Women and they treat us so badly. I assume they are used to their clientele being irate and disrespectful that they treat everyone below subpar. I will never visit this place again and I beg you not to, either. I spoke to the manager and he was just as disgusting. I’m shocked but I’m not in disbelief. Please read this and know that your dollar is your power. Please choose to spend it elsewhere. They will only make changes if their pockets are hurting.

They cheap and so are their products. I came 3X because my nails kept chipping terribly and they would not do a color change even though every nail is peeling. I will never b back. really CHEAP PRODUCTS.
