I was there on Tuesday for a basic Manicure. That little lady Linda is sneaky and if you don't watch her she will not give you good service. I was talking to the lady next to me and not paying attention and she took advantage. Two days later my polish is coming off and I realized she had not cut my nails or cut my cuticles. I had told Kelly when I first got there that I wanted a manicure and my eyelashes done. while I am getting my nails done she leaves and goes shopping. I don't know if I am getting treated badly due to my age or my color but this is not the first time I am a poor woman and my money is hard to come by, I also left a tip for each service. I wind up waiting to Kelly got back but what should have taken 40 mins tops took an hour and a half. Won't be taking my money back there. My hands look a mess.

I finally treated myself to some nail therapy and they did an amazing job matching the reference photo! Quick wait and quick but great nail job! Definitely going back for all my nail needs. **update after 4 days my nails started separating and I had to glue them back on until I found a consistently good shop.

I love CK nails! I’m always a walk in and they always are able to get me in. They’re very affordable compared to other nail salons. This is my nail spot from now on. I’m not sure of the technician’s name but she’s in booth 2 and I’m always satisfied 😊

Not a fan of this place it’s giving early 2000’s nail tech. I asked for v tips and got attitude from my tech once I insisted on showing her the picture from google to show her work was no where near what I asked for. I asked for a narrow square shape. The acrylic is so thick and overwhelming needles to say I will not be going back.

Terrible customer service waited over a hour. Then the way the lady argue with me about what I wanted on my nails was very distasteful. I have seen them do this to others never thought the day the try me after coming in there for a while. There disposition to black women are just horrible. Zero tact! Not all these nails shops are like this but on Garnerferry be wise go spend money to a business owner who treats all there customers with fairness I sat there and watched how much time and energy the owner put in a white lady nails given her so many coats of polish and amazing customer service until it was ridiculous. Please take your money to a place that not rude and poor customer service target to a certain race of people!!

Went for my birthday yesterday. The service was rushed and they were rude after I repeatedly refused upcharges on my nails despite me clearly stating I didn’t want the service. My nails didn’t even last the evening. I will never go here again. Save your money.

I should have read more reviews before coming here. I am completely in shock of this place. They DID NOT use sterile packs. She used her own box kit. So fingers crossed she cleaned the tools. As she was finishing cutting my cuticles she looked at her hand AND STARTED USING THE SAME TOOL TO CUT HER OWN CUTICLES. I’m so disgusted and in shock. I will never come here again!!!! She was also so unprofessional she was getting up constantly and using her phone or answer phone calls. I’m just hoping I don’t catch anything. The only reason I’m not rating it 0 stars it’s bc she shockingly didn’t do a bad job on the actual pedicure. All i’m saying don’t come here. Some many hazards and violations. I hope they get reported.

They were absolutely horrible. I sent my daughters to get their nails done and their nails look ridiculous. The nails are different sizes, the designs look like they were done by 1st graders and the nail lady cut 1 of my daughters 3 times. On top of that my daughter was watching the lady do her nails and she rudely told my daughter to look at her phone. If you can avoid going here do at all costs. They are not worth the money and we will never give them our business again. I wish I could give 0 stars. Get it together KC Nails.

Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Kelly did a wonderful job on my gel nails.She’s quick and hospitable and offers tips and guidance. I was unsure as to what tip color I wanted on my French tips and she went above and beyond to find me the perfect tip color. I am a jeweler so need short natural looking nails and she definitely delivered. I love them!
