I started going to an RN, Mandy to get some of the blemishes frozen off my face. ( Love Mandy!!) I've been going to her a couple years now and am at the maintenance price. I just got a call from the office stating that they have brought in a new doctor and that is my ONLY option for the same service I was getting before only it is now $100 more. I don't appreciate being bullied by spa. If I wanted to go see a dermatologist I would make an appointment with a dermatologist. It looks like Clara now only caters to the wealthy and a blue collar health care worker like myself can no longer afford to have blemishes removed.

Dan's wife, here.... Rush hour traffic made me five minutes late for my 7:50 AM follow up appointment for treating these miserable SK skin growths. I assumed that the odd appointment time included the common arrival time buffer that most medical providers have these days. I brought a pair of shorts to change into since they offered no disposable coverups for the awkwardness of pulling down my pants to expose the affected skin areas on my legs in the first appointment. Mandy arrived in the treatment room and immediately began scolding me, explaining how that five-minute tardiness put her behind for the rest of the day. Yes, I know how compounding late arrivals works. I felt bad and humbly apologized for the delay. But she wouldn’t let it go, repeating twice more about my five-minute offense. I knew that I would not need another 30-minute appointment for this follow-up, likely more like 15 minutes so I thought there was plenty of time. But it turned out unknown to me that my follow up appointment allowed only 10 minutes. It was poor communication ahead of time about these details on their part. And don’t they build client movement time into the logistics of these appointments? Apparently, not. In the recent years that I have been visiting Clara to remove SK’s, the price has increased in hundred-dollar increments. This year’s $350 treatment includes one 30-minute session and a 10 minute follow up appointment six weeks later. That calculates to over $500 an hour for these services. For that cost, the customer service ought to be exemplary and five-minute offenses should be graciously accommodated. I felt demeaned, like I was being rushed and herded like cattle. I will not go back.

OMG! The chemicals that are in the Clara medical skincare is soooooo toxic on the skin!! It took me 7 months to determine why my face was swelling as if I was in a fight, and blistering with skin falling off as if I were burned!! My face LITERALLY made ice cubes sizzle due to how hot my skin was!!! I'm warning you all, please be careful with what you put on your skin!! This was recommended to me by my dermatologist!!!!! But honestly, all doctors are just practicing at the end of the day. I wore nothing but vitamin E on my skin for about a month before my skin started to look and feel normal, I went back to my regular routine using a gentle foundation by it cosmetics with SPF 50 in it, and my skin feels just fine, hydrated even. And then when I was in a hurry I used the UV Luxe by Clara medical skincare tinted sunscreen and my symptoms came back with a vengeance!! My face is blistering, swollen, itchy, and hot! This product is awful!! And to think I paid over $60.00 for this!! All it is, is an expensive poison!! Be careful!!!! You've been warned!! If I could post pictures I would!! I am not exaggerating!

Got an awesome peel done at the clara spa! My skin looks so much more even and brighter! The products are also super gentile and have given my face more of a natural glow!

I don’t remember my nurses name but she does an amazing job! I get laser genesis and got lip filler recently as well, and I’m so impressed with the results! It’s scary getting cosmetic procedures done, but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here.

I purchased a package of genesis laser treatments. I didn’t have the best luck with the treatments but Lisa the manager took great care of me and came up with some solutions to address my concerns. I’m also using Clara skincare and I’m so happy with the products! I use foamy cleanser, vitamin C, moisturizer, under eye cream and the pumpkin enzyme mask 2x a week. The skin care line is amazing I wish I made the switch sooner !

Mandy and Victoria and the rest of the team are simply the best. You're in a rather vulnerable state, the first time you visit the clinic, but you leave feeling cherished. It's a treat to reconnect with all of them each time you're there. And Mandy is a gifted aesthetician. 5 stars.

I've been coming to Nurse Mandy for a few years. She is always very kind and extremely knowledgeable. She makes the experience easy and fun. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand the plan for what we're doing, and the reason why. She's done my botox for a while now and I love it every time. I've never had a single issue or complaint. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for these services.
