Every establishment should strive to be as good as CLARA Dermatology. I came here for help to treat Alopecia I developed on my beard and was seen by Dr. Hooten. She is very helpful and made sure I understood the process. I’m almost at a full recovery which is really exciting, and she took a great approach tackling this. The hospitality and kindness of the receptionist always makes you feel welcomed, and like family here. I could not recommend this place enough 10/10!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hooten for some months now and notice a huge improvement on my skin! I’ve never struggled with acne before so I was completely lost about what to do. Previous dermatologists didn’t help! But Dr Hotten designed a treatment plan and adjusted according to my needs and skin response. It takes time and patience but with the right professional on your side, it can’t go wrong! She is highly skilled and actually cares about the patients.

I've been struggling with acne for YEARS and have been to countless dermatologists and tried every skincare treatment and product under the sun. I came to see Dr. Bialas after hearing about how amazing she is and I instantly felt like she actually understood me and my skin. She was super informative and doesn't try to oversell you on products or treatments and really just wants the best for you and your skin. Bridget at the front is so incredibly sweet and answered all my product questions and Elizabeth is so kind and patient. I am so excited to get my skin under control and I'm so happy I found CLARA. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Clara. Dr. Hooten and Dr. Bialas are outstanding—both are incredibly intelligent, kind, and skilled in their work. They truly excel in their field. I also want to give a special shoutout to Kelly, who is absolutely fantastic. She’s always on top of follow-ups and does an exceptional job in everything she does! I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

I called Clara to talk through a potential order. I got transferred to Kelly who was such an ANGEL! She was so supportive and knowledgeable. Kelly answered each of my questions (even after asking the same ones multiple times- LOL). Thank you, Kelly for being such a great help and for being my little cheerleader trying these new products! Super excited for my first order to arrive! :)

I have been using Clara dermatology for the last year and cannot rave about their services enough. Their office is dreamy and tasteful and also feels like a spa when you enter. The reception team is delightful and it’s always a smooth process from start to finish. Dr. Bialas is wonderful and so easy to speak with regarding skin care goals and ensuring your treatments are flawless. She’s amazing! I love their skin care products and have enjoyed the nighttime moisturizer - peptides for the win! Another reason I love Clara is scheduling is so convenient and easy. I can find a time through their online platform that fits in with my schedule very easily. 10/10 recommend.

I have spent years trying to find a dermatologist that I felt comfortable enough with, who listened to me, offered real solutions, and didn’t capitalize on my biggest insecurity (my skin). I have finally found it at Clara. I typically see Dr. Hooten and she answers all my questions, is quick to give me solutions without overselling me on every single imperfection I think I have with my skin. She has made me feel so confident in my skin and has honestly changed my day to day life. I will say I know they don’t process insurance on site, but every time I go, they give me a super bill for me to share with my insurance directly to get reimbursed on things covered in my insurance plan, which is so easy and simple. It takes five minutes at home and the Clara team always answers any questions I have when I am submitting to insurance. Staff is nice and very accessible. Booking an appointment is seamless online and they typically have flexibility with when they have appointments available. They are prompt- I never have to wait long to see Dr. Hooten. The office is beautiful. I I cannot recommend this place enough.

Can't recommend this office enough! The energy of the office, staff, and Dr. Hooten turned my whole day around. My visit for a surface mole removal was quick, painless, seamless, and very affordable. So worth the drive from North Raleigh. I will definitely be a returning patient!

I feel so fortunate to have found Clara Dermatology and Dr. Bialas. I've never felt comfortable with skin care facilities where you were only treated by technicians who are not really qualified to assess if a patient was truly qualified for a procedure. I trust Dr. Bialas who is so well qualified to guide me to appropriate treatments. Everything is thoroughly explained throughout the procedure making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I am very impressed with this practice

I went to Clara Dermatology for my acne! Dr. Bialas was wonderful and helped me meet my goal! The process takes time and tweaking but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I rarely have breakouts now. Best part is that I can just wear tinted sunscreen daily!

The doctors and staff are amazing! Love the skin products too. They are not sticky or greasy and have transformed my skin. The Youth Boost serum instantly reduces wrinkles. I can’t imagine a day without it. Just try it and you’ll be amazed.

I've been seeing Dr. Bialis for two years now, and she is action-oriented while not being pushy at all. She has also helped me manage various skin issues throughout pregnancy and nursing, which I appreciated, since many dermatologists are not knowledgeable about appropriate treatments. Scheduling and other admin (getting prescriptions, payments, etc.) is easy, the space is bright and clean, and everyone there is really lovely.

A melanoma was found by Dr. Hooten on my back and it was dealt with by removing it surgically. Dr. Hooten was fabulous, nearly zero pain, and the rest of the staff was attentive and concerned with my well-being. Overall, I would highly recommend CLARA for all your skin care needs -- even the cost of this procedure was perfectly reasonable.

Both Dr. Bialas and Dr. Hooten are kind, competent, and highly skilled practitioners. I have been coming to the practice for well over a year now and am very happy with the care I have received (3 microneedling procedures and Botox injections). The staff here are all wonderful and extremely helpful and considerate. Facility is beautiful

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice. The physicians are knowledgeable, personable and kind. They took extra time to make sure I was comfortable, understood all my options and were very patient throughout the process. They were also accommodating when I requested a last minute add on treatment. The office staff are very welcoming and when you walk into the office you feel like you’re at a spa. I look forward to returning soon.
