The injector I had been going to for many years for cosmetic treatments retired recently and I have been looking around since then to find an office that both had good results with injectables but also offered other treatments besides them. I visited this office for Botox and to consult Dr. Patel about could be done about some laxity/poor texture in my neck that I was unhappy with, but which was not enough that surgery would be a consideration yet. She suggested Radiesse and/or Pdo threads for my situation and I decided to go with the Pdo threads. I felt Dr. took time to thoroughly explain the procedures and how they work as well as detailing realistically the result I could expect. The result was actually better than I thought it would be and I appreciated that it is the Dr. herself doing the treatments whereas most places have a nurse doing them. I think that it's also super important that she clearly has extensive experience and training in the treatments she offers. The staff was friendly and the office was clean. I will definitely be visiting here again.

I had an excellent experience with Laser Hair Removal at Clarity Medical Spa! Dr Patel is extremely professional, Polite and so kind. She really knows exactly what’s she’s doing. She makes sure you’re satisfied with the treatment she provides. Not a single complaint. I greatly recommend her. I consulted Dr. Patel for micro needling and chemical peels ( experienced 3 of each), she is a very experienced specialist, she understood my requirements and walked me throughout the procedure without missing a detail. Answered all my questions with great patience. I'm excited to get my treatment done here and would recommend CLARITY MED SPA .I'm sure her knowledge and experience will not leave anyone with questions.

I came in for the laser hair removal treatment and was seen by nurse Margaret. I was nervous because it was my first time, but she made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the treatment. She explained what the process would be like beforehand, I will definitely be going back.

I had a great experience here! From the moment I walked in, the woman at the front desk was very welcoming. I went in to get a facial from jolly, but it was my first time getting a facial so I was not sure what to expect. Jolly took the time to explain the process to me and made me feel comfortable. She also advised me on what products would be most beneficial for my skin. I was very happy with the end results and will definitely be coming back.

Omg she did an amazing job. All I had to do was show her a picture of what I wanted done and she studied it for a couple minutes and they turned out just like the picture I showed her. At first, I thought she was going to rush but she took the time to have me send her the picture and she talked to me through every step to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I came from Napa and it’s a long drive going to Clarity Medical Spa in San Jose but since Dr. Patel is my Favorite Doctor and i love her works i would say that i keep on coming back to her she’s very professional, she’s honest and compassionate and know whats her doing and she answer all the question i have in regards to my skin and all beautification i needed. Thank you Dr. Patel! My review is a month or so overdue. I wanted to say, "thank you"! and what better way than with a review. I'm older and have never experienced cosmetic procedures before. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns. The procedure was completed quickly. I had a follow-up a week later, and she was very kind to do a little touch-up work, which helped alot. I recommend everyone to take their own pictures before going and wait several weeks before taking their own follow-up pictures to see the final results. I learned a lot from this experience. I'm a work in progress, so I will know better how to proceed in the future. Thank you again!

I inquired about the cost of a PRP hair session and received prompt text responses with pricing details, which was good. The clinic offered a free consultation, and upon mentioning a competitor's lower price, I was promised a welcome offer during a conversation with the front desk. However, during the call, the doctor, who is also the owner, seemed more interested in defending their prices than addressing my concerns. Despite just wanting to explore options, the conversation turned confrontational as the doctor repeatedly emphasized the clinic's experience and quality without acknowledging my preferences. I appreciate professionalism and prefer open communication. Unfortunately, the doctor's approach was rude and dismissive, things can be explained in a better way. I never asked for a cheaper price; btw, your staff has requested that I get on a call so you guys can provide a competitive price [which I never asked for in my conversation; I just told them that some other clinic is offering XYZ price and I will go with them]. I won't be recommending this clinic due to the unpleasant experience. I believe a more customer-centric and understanding approach would be beneficial for future interactions.
