Men’s haircut was $30 and shampoo was $5 but didn’t actually shampoo my son’s hair just sprayed some conditioner spray on his hair and was charged $35. I asked about the pricing before we left and this was the breakdown. I would go back. The customer service was good and the establishment was very clean.

Called to make an appointment for cut and color. Talked to Erienne Smith and asked for someone who is good with color. She said she could help me. Made the appointment. I went in blonde wanting to go lighter for summer with just a few lowlights. She charged me over $200 and took 5 hours for a 2 color foil, cut and eyebrow wax. She gave me so many lowlights that I look brunette. The slices are different sizes and uneven. Almost all of my length is dark. The 2 colors used make me look more grey than I actually am. When I asked for it to be fixed, she didn't have time to return my call, and instead messaged me on Facebook. After getting the runaround for 5 hours on Facebook, she stated that she didn't think we were a good fit and that since I declined her ideas for fixing it (I had not gotten any options yet) that she would not fix it. Jen the manager stated that since they all are independent, I have to go through Erienne to get anything done. Beware this salon. They hire inexperienced people and do not stand behind their work. I didn't have a appointment, they got me in asap. Dee cut my hair to perfection and trimmed my mustache. Very nice people.

I love Mrs. Kim! She does and amazing job and try’s her hardest to work with my work schedule, as I need an later appointment in the evenings. It’s a beautiful salon, amazing atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

I made an appointment withErienne Smith for color and the color I wanted to do she told me she couldn’t do it because she “didn’t know how” so I was going to pick a different color to do and she then told me she don’t have time to do that color because it’s a long process I asked if there was someone else there that could do it and she said not until next Tuesday there was nobody in there and they were all just sitting around so I walked out with nothing done .I will not be going back and I definitely DONT recommend this salon

This salon is a great choice. It's got such friendly staff and amazing energy. I was gifted a massage pedicure and haircut around mother's day, and I just went back for another massage today. Cody (sorry if misspelled) is a great masseuse and I highly recommend her! 10/10 from me!! Can't wait to go again.

Jen was amazing!!! She came on site to do my hair for an elopement and was so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond by stopping by a florist and having a hair piece made after I expressed disappointment in the one I purchased. My hair looked amazing and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
