so glad i discovered this salon! i’ve been to other places in the neighborhood but this is the best place for nice and long lasting silk presses in my opinion. everyone is consistently friendly and the service is great!

I discovered this salon through TikTok and Instagram, and I was immediately impressed by their strong social media presence. The experience in person was just as amazing! The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. My stylist, Azuree, was absolutely fantastic. I got a deep moisture silk press and trim, and she did an exceptional job. She also gave me great tips on how to better care for my hair. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience with outstanding service. Highly recommend!

I just visited Classic Salon, 3 weeks ago, and the experience was great. I got a silk press, with Joselin, and lets just say, it’s still silking. I must mention, I have very thick/dense, 4c hair. Staff is always polite, friendly, and professional; I enjoy my experience, every time.

I used to love coming here. Tashauna or tati is the best. I recently took my daughter's to get a repelish silk press with oil and trim. Let's just say it didn't work out at all. So the amount was 190. I was told because my daughter hair was thicker (4C), and it took longer she had to charge me extra. The amount came up to 230. Why wasn't this explained to me before starting her hair. The owner was there the whole time my daughter was getting her hair done!! I recently took my daughter hair out of braids for 2 months. I made sure it was washed and oiled. I knew she needed a trim because she didn't have one in 5 months. I don't understand why I had to pay extra. The stylist seemed to be taking her time on purpose, or she did not just know what to do to my baby head. The girl who did my daughter hair was new. She didn't know how to cut to me. Each time she cut my daughter's hair, it just got worse. When you go to these " natural " hair salons, make sure they can actually do your type of hair. My daughter Silk Press only lasts 24 hours. Her scalp was super dry, and her hair was puffed. I called the salon, and the owner told me that she could repress my daughter hair. Now, if it didn't work the 1st time. How was she going to fix it with just heat. My baby made sure she slept with the ac on for days to keep her little puff cute. She didn't like the cut she said she looked like dora, the explorer. I told her it would be ok the 5 inches would grow back. I should've just booked for tati she does my daughter hair well and cut nice. 😣 Every time I pass that shop, it's always empty. Idk if it's because of the price or they just don't have that outlet for flowing customers. Now I have to hear my daughter complain about her hair being too shot because (the lady didn't know how to cut her hair ) until it grows back. She hates her natural hair out because of the length. Having a preteen with a hair crisis is stressful, especially trying to get her to wear her natural hair with the peer pressure of wanting longer and straight hair because everyone else has it. She always loved wearing her natural hair, but since 5 inches is gone, she's been struggling to find a cute style that will fit her claw clips, etc. Being a hairstylist, you don't play with people heads. If you don't know what you're doing, say that. Be honest. Don't just take someone's money and do w.e. smfh. I hope my daughter was a lesson for her. To the owner, even though you play fake with a smile, change your ways. I could feel your vibe without you trying to be nice. Take good and bad criticism. Treat people fair. The customers are the ones who's making you money to keep that empty shop open. Do your research. Barley, no workers or customers in there. I don't understand that.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Classic Beauty studio with Joselin!! I came in expecting "mini twist (small parts and twist) but the outcome was far from what I paid for. To make matters worse, the customer service was horrible. The stylist seem so disconnected and seemed uninterested in having a client! I genuinely tried to communicate what I wanted and willingness to pay for it. Handling my hair with care was not part of the process! She was combing my hair DRY than putting product on it!! Than when I got a GOOD look at the product she used to put on my SCALP I IMMEDIATELY became pissed! With ALL the high quality products WHY would a “CLASSIC SALON" still be using JAM?!? Mind as well had went to a RANDOM African salon with NO actual cosmetology license! For the prices they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and quality. I paid extra for “MINI TWIST” and she basically did what she wanted! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon and will not be returning.

I had the most amazing facial at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who offered me a cup of tea , which was such a nice touch given the weather. The salon was spotless and created a calming atmosphere. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. I left with an instant glow, and my skin has never felt better. Highly recommend!

I’ve been able to be seen twice as a walk in and got a fabulous wash and trim. I’ll keep returning! Mind you, I did come at off peak hours so keep that in mind.

I really enjoyed the service here. They treat you very well and are really kind, and I love how they walk you through the products they’re using and suggest some for you for at home care. Took me a while to find a salon I love and took good care of my hair. It’s this one for sure!

I started coming to classic beauty studio in December of 2023 for my sew-ins w/ leave out service and it’s been an amazing experience. The staff is always welcoming and so professional. They are always willing to answer any questions I may have during my sew-in and or maintenance process. Their price is more than reasonable for the quality of service I’ve received. My hair is always done by Jodelin who does a phenomenal job with my hair style, she’s a very sweet and skilled stylist. I’m always serviced professionally and respectfully by the owner Kadeisha. I’ve called many times to ask about booking and there’s always someone available to assist me with questions or return my calls in a timely manner.

I've been using Classic Beauty Studio since September of 2023...I love it.Service is wonderful.Today I had my third Silk press and is sooooo in love with my service there.Very warm and welcoming environment.Quality time is guaranteed to your hair....I definitely recommend
