They are very clean -professional and so very nice -I would recommend them if you are looking for a fabulous experience. They also have a punch card /reward card for frequent visitors which is great ! Worth every penny! When you get a massage here -you know it when you leave -you feel great! I have been going here for years -I have NEVER had an experience like this person is suggesting. They do leave for a second to greet folks coming in but give you an extra few in the end. I have never been there where they end it abruptly when your minutes are done , in fact , whether or not your minutes are over , they still do a nice finish every time. The new owners are amazing and honestly care about their clients. The place looks great and is perfect for what it’s for. I’m not sure what that pic is -I have NEVER seen anything like this and I have been there MANY times and will continue going there. I am very pleased with Classic Massage. The only problem I see is people don’t know how to tip -they don’t realise how hard these therapists really do work.

So. Dirty. They left the room to answer walk-ins for more than 5 minutes of the one hour massage. Pulled the sheet up and completely uncovered my hips down and then left the “room” multiple times leaving the curtain open. Every time I pulled the sheets to cover up the unmentionables, they’d push the sheet back up. I took my friend from across the state and I’m so embarrassed I did. My usual places were booked, mistakes were made. Her experience was equally as horrific.

This is my go-to massage spot. If you need a deep tissue massage at a great price this is the place. They are kind and in my experience, appointment or not, I am accommodated immediately. I’ve seen previous negative reviews about a language barrier/confusion, but you specify what service you need, are taken to your room, shown where to place your belongings and the covering sheets are clearly laid out on the bed. I don’t think those reviews are fair, I’ve always been very comfortable. 5/5 will continue to come here.

1-They don’t speak English 2- if you think they will treat your back that’s not your place 3-They will ask for a tip which is unprofessional 4-30 mins is 43 $ and 1 hour is 72 $ that’s their price and I’m not judging cuz I don’t the other place’s price 5-They will till you your time is up like they won the Nobel Prize.

Ten years of shift work catching up to your lower back? Your kids left you empty nested but you still feel the stress of the terrible twos? How about the past year eh? Well they’ll get rid of ALL OF IT! Every last muscle you though you had turns into a bowl of jello and leaves you wondering “why haven’t I gone here sooner?” Some very broken English but if you can visually communicate what’s going on they try their best to accommodate. Table massage and chair massage both offered. However, I noticed in other reviews there has been issues about not knowing whether to undress or whatnot. I had the same issue. Just take tour clothes off to where you’re comfortable and they’ll make do. First time I went down to my undies, the second time I was unsure if that was right so I stayed in my jeans (don’t recommend). They didn’t really say either way but they work AROUND YOU!

The staff was very friendly. However, the massage itsaelf was painful! I have issues with chronic pain and evey spot she hit hurt! She used her knuckles and elbows for most of it......I guess I went on there not knowing what to expect. She led me to my room and just told me to undress..... That was it, no blanket or anything to cover up with. I found a towel but just felt uncomfortable the whole time. And there was NO modesty what so ever. At one point my whole reward end was completely exposed.....super uncomfortable!It wasn't the worst massage I've ever had but will probably never go back. 😕

This place is highly under rated. I have had great massages every time I have gone. I have chronic migraine and neck pain from past injuries. The masseuses are very good at finding and addressing my areas of soreness. I’m happier here than other more expensive ‘specialty’ practitioners in town. I would give them a chance, I have never had issues with modesty or other complaints listed in other reviews. I’m glad I didn’t listen to them.

I have gone here several times and have taken my son and wife. The service has always been very good. I enjoy deep tissue massage, due to bodybuilding, this is not a easy task on hard muscles, they always workout the kinks and relieve the pain in my muscles. Especially in my back and neck areas. Although not a high end massage in regards to the environment it is satisfying and just what the doctor ordered.

I've been to numerous spa's in battle creek . I found them at massage works very friendly. Gave a very good massage. But was impressed by the fact that she found the knot on my shoulder without me saying something. None of the other spa's had ever found that knot.

We asked for a basic 30 minute massage and were told it would be $30. Made the appointments and arrived. Nobody spoke much English so it was very difficult to know what they wanted us to do. We were put into the rooms with the lights off and weren't given any instructions. I felt so uncomfortable that I personally decided not to get the massage. The vibe was very unsettling. I left the room to tell them I changed my mind and a worker got between me and the door and I felt extremely unsafe. They tried to talk me into staying for a foot massage instead but there was no way I was going to stay for that when I felt so unsafe. I said no thank you and walked out the door. My 2 friends who went through with the massages were both charged $42 for the basic massages. Neither received disrobing instructions, my fiance got a massage with his shirt on? The other friend came out of it bruised and had cuts from the woman's nails. So if you want to be beat and cut up, definitely the place to go 👍👍

Best massage ever! If you’re looking for an upscale spa experience with incense, candles, scented oil, and Enya music, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. If, however, you are looking for a serious SHOW NO MERCY kind of massage, this is where you belong. My masseuse didn’t speak very much English, so there was no friendly chit-chat while she worked on my back. And, honestly, that’s how I prefer it. There was no clipboard to fill out or diagram to circle and no conversation about where the knots were on my back. She found them. ALL OF THEM. I left feeling completely tenderized. I was a bowl of pudding. I’ve never had my back worked on so thoroughly. She used her hands, forearms, and even elbows to DESTROY every knot. 10/10 will definitely be back again!
