Save yourself some money and a trip by not going here. I went in asking if there was someone who can do something difficult because I knew that what I wanted wasn’t easy. They said yes and Sophia took me. I asked her about herself and she didn’t ask me anything about myself. I had a set in before but since apparently my nails were not long enough, she had to take them off and instead of soaking them off, she clipped them off which hurt. I audibly said “ouch” and she didn’t acknowledge me at all. When I showed her what I wanted, she told me it would be $110 which was reasonable if done correctly. She tried to gaslight me into thinking my nail wasn’t crooked. She wasn’t capable of doing what I asked and when I said I didn’t like them and wanted them all just one color, she got mad at me for changing my mind. Kept saying “you’re so confusing, I just don’t understand you.” And repeatedly said “oh my god”. When she went in with the drill to take off the polish, she was being insanely rough and every-time she hit my skin it hurt (which she might’ve been doing on purpose cause little birdy got madddd). When she started to go in with the color she looked and me and said “no change your mind okay?” Like I am not allowed to change my mind if she didn’t do them correct. When we got to the front, she still tried to charge me $110. I refused to pay that much for nails I didn’t get. At the same time one of my nails are still crooked and there is previous underneath my nails that is visible. I ended up paying $75 and when we left, she yelled at me and my boyfriend “YOU SO BAD” and “don’t come back to me okay?!” Save your time and money and make sure you never have Sophia if you even have to go here as a last resort.

Sophia is the worst, she argued with me the whole time about my nails and how I wanted them done. My nails look so HORRIBLE! She definitely sabotaged my nails after I told her I wanted clear and not pink underneath. My toes are perfect I don’t know his name but shout out to you you’re amazing. Not Sophia.

This was my second experience here, i will say they were steady with thanksgiving being tomorrow. Mine and my daughter both went in for her a full set mid length one soild gel color on all. (60 bucks) i got a fill in, cut down, with a French tip. (65) here lyes the issue. There are no prices posted in the salon, i typically pay 48. I asked if he was correct for what I got he said yes, then when ringing my daughter up she paid less then I did before tip. It will be the last time I go here, for a 65 fill my nails should be perfect which they clearly aren't. So be careful as to what they are charging. Also don't hope to get coffin nails as my daughter was told that's a shape they don't do.

Quick and good place for waxing. Getting nails done is 50/50 on if you will get some one that will take their time and get it right.

I just left from there and I am highly unsatisfied with my nails. The sides of my nails are missing polish and they just didn’t turn out pretty. They aren’t shaped well at all and my pointer finger looks crooked. I normally go to onyx nails but since I was short on time I went to Classic nails because they are closer but I think I’ll just make the drive to onyx next time.

Atmosphere great. However walk-in, pricing without showing menu NoGood. Clearly asked for nails and toes pink white not even full set tip and was only supposed to pay $40.00 and eyebrow free. They charged $130! Will not return.

Horrible experience! Waited an hour before being seen with appts-had my hands in acetone for 30 mins til I took my fingers out-lady cut me 4x times with the drilling tool and over over OVER charged us my 9 year old had her toes painted they charged $30 Won’t be back and hope I don’t get infection !

I always get good service here. I usually walk in and the wait is not long if at all. They do a great job on my acrylic nails. I usually don't do anything overly fancy. Just basic polish. They are polite and accommodating. I recommend them

I got acrylics done for my wedding day and the person who did my nails was way too rushed and rough. The service left my fingers in pain hours after the fact. When he was done I had acrylic on my skin (big no no) The cuticles on my right hand are all damaged and was even bleeding a little. My mom was also handled really rough and ended up having to switch out nail techs.

I got both a manicure and pedicure and both were horrible. I asked for something particular and got something completely different and I paid for the most expensive pedicure and it was awful. The guy who was doing my manicure was nice and was very talkative and that's probably why my nails got done wrong. Highly disappointed and I will not be back.

I received a gift card for Christmas. Went in yesterday to get an acrylic full set done. And I had to leave in a hurry. But upon further inspection of my nails, the acrylic is uneven and one of them is so crooked that it's ridiculous. I'm not attaching pictures because I'm embarrassed of how bad they look. I will never go back to Classic nails and spa. I am completely mortified that I have to do with what I have to deal with and how my nails look

I would give zero stars if it was an option! Went for a pedicure and the lady literally was ripping my cuticles out instead of trimming. My toe started bleeding and she did not apologize, instead try to cover it like I couldn't feel the pain. 🤔When I complained, she then put antiseptic on it and moved on....still no apology. That was my first and last visit to this establishment.

One of The girls messed up my eyebrows but I don't know who it was. Theyre a little cheap with the glue on the nails also. But they are expensive so they know how to charge perfectly.

Sophia did amazing on my nails and they look better then I could imagine. I never have to wait longer than ten minutes. Prices are a little steep but quality is amazing

This place is way too expensive. They charged me $140 for a fill in and pedicure and I used my own polish. I will never paid this much for the same service.

When the lady the gave me my manicure started filing my nails, after polishing them, the file slipped and it cut under my nail. Still hurts 3 days later. One of my toes also got snipped during the pedicure. Not sure I'll go back.
