Gel manicure should last 2 to 3 weeks. After 5 days started pealing off. I have not been cleaning not even dishes. Based on the cost I asked for a redo, only to be told I would have to pay again.

I got my nails done this evening, and the top coat has already started to come off. There are bubbles on my nails. Not professionally done. Would not recommend.

I’m in Columbus from out of town came to get a full set asked for stiletto shape and got mis- shaped almond with a bad polish job. Then when the polish was somewhat removed and I just opted for clear.. he just polish over the streaky color.. $60 wasted. Would never go back. He didn’t clean up the glue around my finger 😡😡😡

You never know what you’re going to get when you come here.. but more times than none they are rude to everyone except their “regular” customers. Walked in at 5:15 to ask for a simple gel color change and the manager told me they were closed (they close at 6) ..Don’t bother coming here- not worth it at all, it won’t be money well spent.

They were literally yelling “what color” as I’m walking to the chair. I told them black and purple. I was told no black nail polish? Like at all? Lol

Rude! Now Google clearly states that they don’t close until 6, they don’t have correct hours posted on their door. I walk in at 5:30 for a fill and the rude young lady in the front greets me by saying “do you have a question.” REALLY! No, I need a balance and she say they close at 5, but I walked right into an unlocked door. I really like Wendy and the young guy but this young lady is always extremely rude. Also Google you may want to confirm their hours since people rely on this information for accuracy.

Called and asked if they would be available for me to walk in in about 10-15 minutes. Walked in in 10-15 minutes, and I waited over an hour to be helped before I left without getting my nails done.

A classic case of.. what we asked for (and was told they could do) and what we got. They look like a Marlboro Pack. $83 in the trash. The older man in the salon did them. He assured he could do what we asked and sat at the table, and it turned into a whole different story. These were for her homecoming. I never said anything because we didn’t have time but this… is unacceptable. Completely unacceptable. And he also used reg nail polish. And not gel. They were chipping the next day. Do not recommend at all. Do not tell people you can do something when in fact you can’t and then put them in a predicament of “am I walking out of this place and not paying at all” or “am I paying and being disappointed for the next six weeks of my life if they last that long.” It was a star. How hard is a star.

Classic Nails and Spa is the worst nails salon that I have ever known in my entire life.The workers are very rude especially the youngest one among them,they don’t even know how to talk to a customer.I will not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I will never go anywhere else! They have the best prices, if you pay in cash they give you 10 percent off. Best customer service. They do a great job and are very timely. I took my 2 year old daughter to get her nails painted for a wedding and the woman who painted her nails was so patient, she even offered her glitter. I have nothing but great things to say. Thank you Classic Nails!

My first time here when I came in they said a 30 minute wait which was fine I signed my name then said I’ll be back in 30 minutes I came back in about 40 min because I seen they were busy then sat in the waiting area about another 30 minutes an they continued to serve everybody else including people who came after I had already been sitting there! So after about 1 hour an 20 minutes I total of waiting to just get a pedicure I left! Didn’t say a word to me the whole time I was there !Terrible service I won’t be coming back just ridiculous!

Rushed my nails and burned my cuticles. Put gel on top of my dip and it started coming off two days later. The man who did my daughter's nails burnt her cuticles as well, told her the color she chose was an old lady color and changed it even though she didn't want him to. Never coming back here again!

Today was my 4th or 5th time visiting because I've had okay experiences previously. After today, I won't be returning. I wasn't seated with the tech I had in the past. There was water all over the floor when I got up from my pedi chair & I fell...HARD. I was fine in the moment, probably from adrenaline & embarrassment. But 3hrs later, I'm EXTREMELY sore & still embarrassed. I messed up my nails during the fall. There was no offer to fix them or knock anything off the final price. I was also covered in whatever dirt was on the floor. The color I wanted was "out." I guess the only have one bottle per color cause I definitely saw the color on another client. & I noticed after the fact that some of my nails are uneven. I'm usually more observant during my appointments but the fall & lack of accountability really threw me off. Literally no accountability. $64 + tip for a regular mani/pedi on top of an injury that wasn't my fault. I'm so disappointed. Hoping they learn from this because I'm not a petty person but this could've easily been a lawsuit.

I went in and got a balance done. A few days later a nail breaks off randomly and multiple other finger nails are on edge of falling off. I have been here multiple times and usually the prices they charge do not reflect the quality of nail service.

I went in to get a specific nail design but the guy was very rough with my hands, didn’t cut cuticles or did the design I wanted and overcharged me for nails I didn’t like and refused to refund. Terrible service

In all my 70 years I have never ever went to a place of business and because of the color of my skin I had to wait until the Caucasian women get service before me. Called made apt at 4.30 on 7/5/22 This is nail shop didnI even honor Our apt and question who we made the apt with. I will not patronize a busines that looks at the Color of my skin . Shame on you. Money is green.

Today was the absolute worse i sat and waited over 45 mins in dirty cold foot water for a person i asked to do my toes she told me she was unavailable which was fine but the guy never asked her had i known i wouldn’t have even gotten them done smh
