****UNPROFESSIONAL**** I took my son into this place to get a hair cut and I showed the lady a video. A whole video so that she could see the whole 360 of what I wanted. And I even told her I want to keep his curls and give him a mullet. And I emphasized the word mullet. She completely took it in her own way and buzzed off my son’s hair. How does that look like what I showed you?! What stylist can’t look at a photo and do what I asked? You just go in a different direction and do what you want? And then you she tells me, “Oh it was curly because it was baby hair.” Who tells someone that? So that gives you permission to just buzz off his hair. I didn’t ask for a buzz cut. I don’t know her name but she is a bit taller and has a black bob with glasses.

First time a female did exactly what l asked very happy on return visit l think l got the owner gave her my instructions, she remarked my type of hair could not be cut that way still did what she wanted. I have been licensed probably twenty years longer than her and know whatever the customer says is what is right. But she still don't know that she needs more continuing education classes.

I have been a faithful customer for over 15 years! I love Aracely’s way of always delivering exactly what I want and always being very honest on things that might mess up my hair. Very reasonable prices is a plus! The ladies are always very polite, and welcoming. The setting is very professional, calm and nice. Here is my latest work where Aracely did a cooper with high lights. Exactly what I wanted for my bday weekend. I have business cards in my purse as I am always very proud to represent where I get my hair done.

My 17 year old sister had been here multiple times so I went in to get my 4 month olds ears pierced and Angelica did an outstanding job. She is a pro with kids. She is knowledgeable, quick, and very kind. Picture is what her ears look like less than 24 hours later. Thank you Angelica! You're an Angel ❤️

It was okay…. They charge me $50 to straight my hair and did those light curls!!!! And as you can see they were not curled curled 😅And by the way last me 2 hrs I could’ve gone back and say something but I had a party going on… super busy you literally have to get there at 7

They never listen to what style you want your haircut to be. Very heavy handed when cutting length off. So much shorter than you'd ask for. Otherwise, nice ladies.

My sister went there and they burned her hair with bleach. She paid $140 for hair that had to be chopped off and she had to dye it black... She has curly hair but now she straightens it because she doesnt like how it looks curly and short.

Reason why I am rating this location 2 starts is because One of the 2 ladies who cut hair messed up my haircut. I was pretty disappointed. Also felt rushed, and the ladies were talking to the point where they stopped and went back to cutting again. Probably distracted one another .
