LuLu the stylist at this location is the best !! She has excellent customer service and great hospitality! LuLu has a very polite and calm personality. I noticed she works Wednesday thru Friday from 9am to 6 I would highly recommend her. I also take my grandkids. You will be very happy with her. Keep up the great work !!✌🏼❤️🙏🏼

My husband got there early before they open so he can get his haircut first thing and the lady there would open the door and let others in to get a hair cut and when my husband tried to go in they lock the door which might be her friends or family and would make the rest of the public wait 40min. Poor customer service!

Horrible experience they don’t want to work specially if you have kids do not take them there. They right away denied my kids just because they were sneezing. They don’t even deserve a one star

I went and was taken care of by Diana. She did my three boys and my daughter plus mine and the cuts came out awesome and she’s really nice. She’ll take care of your whole family in a timely manner and makes good conversation if you like talking to your stylist. Would recommend her to everyone because she’s that good. 😊

One of the worst experiences no communication skills bad customer service made me wait for an hour I left cuz Diana went on break for an hour while lobbyhad people waiting for hair cuts leaving only one person cutting hair very bad I will never go there again

I give this a one star I would give it zero but that’s not possible but I wanted a mid fade for braids and I didn’t realize it until I got all the way home I still hand hair the size of my finger on the side of my head and I’ve been going here ever since I was a kid and don’t think I plan on returning don’t get a haircut by Diana very sloppy rough and rushy with the haircut I got

My Husband and son have been Going To see Diana since October 2020. We are a military family and we haven't gone anywhere else. She's a Sassy Spunky lady we all love her. I did take my kiddos one time to the other lady that's in there for a haircut and well we will just wait till Diana is there to get haircuts. Love this place though. My Tucker loves his mow hawks and while the boys are getting a cut she sends me pictures of his hair 🤣

I hate to leave a bad review because ive been going to this place since I was a Kid. But the heavy set woman that is usually there is very rude and acts very bothered by customers coming in. She always sighs loudly while cutting my hair and is very rough almost cutting my skin with the clippers. There used to be more women working there that were great but now its mostly her and it makes the experience miserable.

Poor communication skill, we were expected to read minds. Lady was extremely rude. Tried a locally owned NE haircut place and I realized why no one does. Very disappointed, and honestly the hair cut was decent. Won’t be coming back. Especially if the women with the boot on leg is there....

This only place I get my haircut. I've been going to Diana for at least 6 years after getting a horrible haircut at another salon. She's great at cutting long/curly hair & awesome/thorough with a shaver as well. She's loud, friendly, & funny on top of it, so it makes the experience more enjoyable.

WORST HAIRCUTTING PLACE EVER! Lady cut my hair without my consent and did what she felt was right. I asked for simple feathering around the face and she hacked off half my hair without telling me. By the end she told me that she thought it would look better. She faced me away from the mirror so I could not see what she had done till the end. She was totally rude and should have never cut my hair to her own liking. Ga e me terrible split ends and waiting months for ig to grow out. Never going to this place again. And don't waste your time and money here!

The only female employee and has the worst attitude ever, I walk in today for a haircut and I get a stare like I'm inconvenience, WOW !! As I walking towards her to sit down, she rips the paper collar from the box at her haircut station with such aggresion that I turned around and left. Poor attitude and very rude !!!!! Dont know how this place is still open. Never again !!!!!
